Incredibly impressed! I ordered a pair of prescription sunnies all the way from LA because they had a frame style that a lot of other eye places don’t have. Communication was spot on, they were incredibly attentive and so helpful. It went smoother and faster than times I ordered from my own city! And they are perfection. Thank you Aaron and team!

The Eye Bar is an excellent place to go when you’re in need of eye care. I typically dread the eye doctor because I’m weird about stuff being in my face, but I felt at ease here because everyone was so inviting. They have great appointment availability, personalized care, and a great selection of frames. I love the selection of independent eyewear brands at the Eye Bar, and both my husband and I have been really impressed with the service we’ve gotten in selecting frames from Josh. He helped both of us find the perfect glasses, and ensured everything got a final inspection before handing the glasses over to us. The service and care we received was top notch. Going forward, I know I’m much less likely to avoid eye appointments.

The employees and doctor make you feel appreciate when you walk through the door. The store is organized and clean. The doctor is professional and explained my eye exam from the beginning to the end. She did not rush me out and even pointed out what eye drops I needed for my allergies. I needed to switch payment from card to another the staff did not have any problems with this task. The staff explained all warranties to me, worked with me putting on and taking off my sun glass clip (1st time sun glasses clip user). Eye Bar has a great selection of fashion forward eyewear which is why I originally bought my lenses and frames there. They stepped up with incredible customer service when they recently helped me after breaking my frames working outside. When I called them they had a frame in stock that I could insert my lenses and I was back in business within a few hours. Great people to work with.

Eye bar saved me twice by having the biggest and best selection of anybody I could find. Pandemic nightmare I stepped on my glasses, they had the frames in stock. Places just do not stock higher end frames lately. I live in Nashville and nobody here even carries Face a Face! Also I sat on the next pair and they had them, and someone accidentally hit me in the face and broke that pair. This last pair I am guarding with my life, since the manufacturer has discontinued it. All this to say Eye Bar has enormous selection and kick a$$ customer service. Thanks for being a bright spot in my pandemic experience, and if I am going to blow a lot of money there's no other business I'd rather blow it on! :-)

A breath of fresh air when it comes to the usual selection of frames you see at most eye doc shops. Very well curated selection of gorgeous frames and I love that the staff actively seeks frames for you to try on. I did have concerns with the fit and finish of my Chemistrie clip, compared to the previous I had received at my other retailer, but they were able to address that with a new one. Only real issue I had with the experience is they never called me when the replacement Chemistrie clip was in, as I found out by calling them after waiting a bit. Other than that, highly recommend if you're looking for quality and unique eyewear.

My mom and I loved this place! They helped me find the perfect frames, and I get tons of compliments. All their selections were very stylish and they do a good job helping pick the right ones for you. It felt very personalized. I did think the frames here were a little on the expensive side but its still worth checking out, especially if your looking for one of a kind glasses. Cool place, i recommend!

Absolutely excellent! Scheduled an appointment online, came in and waited for less than ten minutes before I saw the doctor. She was extremely upbeat, friendly, and got me in and out quickly. The rest of the staff was great and helped me pick out the best pair of glasses I've ever had. I brought in a few old pairs and told them what I did and did not like about each pair, and they helped me find a pair of glasses that I will never get rid of! I've referred many friends already, this place is great!

I was new to St Louis and needed a new eye dr, so I looked around for recommendations and a colleague mentioned The Eye Bar. I was thrilled that it looked like they carried a huge variety of glasses, so I went ahead and booked an appointment, which was easy. They had an appointment available at a convenient time for me that fit with my work schedule. On the day of my appointment, the staff was very welcoming, the office was nice, and the selection of glasses was great. I went intent on getting a new prescription and a new pair of glasses, and I got just that. The doctor was very nice. He was friendly and professional and took his time with me. Usually eye exams make me so anxious, but that was not the case here. They were super fast with getting my glasses ready, and the overall service was fantastic. I'm glad I found them!

This is without doubt one of the best optometrists and glasses store out there. The eye exam was fast and flawless, not to mention the great price. It was a complete eye exam which helped to have a precise idea of the glasses I required. After that, I bought a marvelous pair of glasses which work just perfectly. The only hard part was choosing a frame, as they had so many options available I just couldn´t decide which one I wanted. I've been dealing with Jared and The Eye Bar for several years now and they continue to impress me with their World Class Customer Service. They are friendly, courteous and always go above and beyond which makes them the best in the business. They are my go to place for all of my optical and sunglasses needs. On 2 separate occasions I was looking for specific pairs of sunglasses which were very difficult, or near impossible to find. Jared worked his magic and somehow made it happen. He delivers!! great experience! All the staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. I am super picky when I'm trying to choose frames, so it always takes me forever--I must have rejected about twenty-five pairs before finally settling on one. But they were able to pull a bunch of pairs based on what I told them I wanted in a pair of glasses, and they didn't try to rush me along. Their selection of frames is also much more diverse than you'll find at most other eye places. They have some really cool styles. My exam was also great. Dr. Rick is such a pleasant, friendly guy, and very knowledgeable. I've been having a lot of trouble with my vision lately, so this was my third exam this year. He listened to me describe all my problems and then gave me a very thorough exam, after which he explained how and why he was going to change my prescription. Overall, great place. Everyone is so friendly and you never feel as if you are being rushed through so they can get to the next customer. Also, they have an adorable little dog. My best optometrist experience in a long time!

This place is fantastic. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful and the optometrist is efficient and answered all my questions. When I got fitted for contact lenses, she sat with me for probably 30 minutes and gave me advice on how to properly put them in. They also gave me helpful information about my insurance coverage over the phone before I had even booked an appointment with them. Fantastic service!

This place is amazing!!! Friendly atmosphere and efficient staff. They have a wide variety of fashionable frames at average price. My husband and I go to this place for our contacts and glasses. Unlike the previous charlatan we had, Dr. Rick was able to figure out our prescriptions precisely and efficiently; and the staff were so helpful in providing us with a multitude of frame selection that fit our style and look. So I absolutely did not want glasses - I mean I was practically kicking and screaming. But was forced to accept the fact that I needed them. The professional staff at They Eye Bar made the process so easy for me. The service was incredible - they really cared about finding the right frames for my face and personality. I had the best experience with The Eye Bar! I was a bit afraid to order prescription glasses online but I read such good reviews about The Eye Bar so I decided to inquire. They offer a great selection of frames and latest brands that I couldn't find locally. They sent me all of my choices to try on and they helped me pick the right frames for me, choose the right lenses, and were even able to measure for lenses, all from photos I sent via email (by the way, this all happened within about an hour after I received the frames and contacted them...they are very attentive to their customers!). I received the two pair of WOOW Eyewear glasses I chose and the progression was spot on for my prescription. The Eye Bar made the process seamless! I worked with Stacey and she is a very genuine, honest, kind, and knowledgable professional who answered all of my questions from start to finish. She is definitely an expert in her line of work! Like all the other posts here, I loved the staff at EyeBar and within minutes I was being offered choices that looked great on me. How did they do that so quickly? But I have one criticism. There was a fellow who was helping me and was terrific. A woman came down to assist and really overtook the situation. It wasn't necessary and made me uncomfortable. He and I were doing fine!! As I write this, we all have been struggling with COVID 19 and businesses are just now starting to open back up. Its VERY possible that since I was the only client at the time. I was part of some nervous energy, so I'll go back... and just hope to work one on one. Do try the place.

Just what I wanted! wanted sunglasses to use at the beach and did not want to pay for pricy progressives that I would use infrequently. I got the best from Eye Bar.The frames are light but very sturdy. The amber sunglass is fantastic and crystal clear. The bifocal is unobtrusive and it's a comfortable switch to read and back. These are really great for hazy or bright cloudy days as well as full TX Sun.These worked perfectly! I'm a customer for life.

Classic, comfortable and clear! I got these to use for reading outside in the sun and for driving so I can read maps, etc. in the car. They are perfect. The bifocal area is just perfect for me - not too small or too big.These are my sunglasses for all purposes. They look expensively and classy.
