I had a good experience visiting Dr. Niere for my annual eye exam. When I first arrived, they said my appointment had been cancelled because I had not replied Y to a text, but after showing them the text, which had no option for doing so and was simply a confirmation, they got me in to see her. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'll likely return.

I’ve been coming here for years and their communication is always great! There was a problem with my insurance and they worked with me to get everything straightened out before my appointment. They got me in and out without feeling rushed. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Always a great experience. The whole team there is excellent! Very professional and personable

We were recently visiting downtown St. Louis from out of state for a volleyball tournament and my daughter forgot her contacts. This amazing clinic was able to give her some trial contacts after we presented her current prescription from our ophthalmologist back home! We were so grateful. Their kind service was much appreciated.

This was a very pleasant experience. Each person with whom I dealt was very nice, Bria was a doll. The doctor was knowledgeable, answering my questions when asked and dispensing the test, making me comfortable during the process. I am glad to have them so near.

Had my second visit with the team at this location and it was friendly, quick, and the doc had taken time to review my last visit and ask questions about whether I was still experiencing the same issue. At the end of my exam, she tested the issue again to make sure I left being able to see in my contacts well! 10/10 would return.

The front desk workers were great. We had a lot of fun and they were very informative and helpful. The Doctor was very receptive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this location to any city dwellers and even County folk if you have the time, best experience at an Optometrist yet... didn’t even know there was such a thing, but yes, they made me feel welcomed, informed and best of all met all my needs.

My experience was a great one. All of the staff at the Downtown location were professional and responsive. In addition they were service oriented; very patient with my questions and genuinely happy to help! The office was clean and well-appointed and COVID-19 safety protocols were all in place. I would definitely recommend that you use this location for your eye care needs.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They would wipe everything down in front of you so you know they are actually disinfecting everything you use. I think the Eye Dr. could use a sense of humor or be a lot friendlier though. Overall, I love going to that Clarkson though and it's only a 6 minute drive from my house, so I'm good with them right now.

Very thorough exam by Dr Schulze. I appreciate her explaining everything she did and her friendly demeanor. She even gave me a copy of my exam if I wanted to go back to my regular doctor. They have an awesome selection of glasses and Maria was so helpful in my selection of the ones that suited me the best. I am so happy to have found this level of service in such a convenient location.

I would recommend them because customer service and quality care is clearly a priority at this location. I recently switched to Clarkson Eyecare because of its convenient location downtown. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and very thorough with not only my eye exam but also fitting me for glasses and contacts. I appreciated that they were upfront about the costs - even what my insurance would or would not cover - without pressuring me to chose the more expensive options.

The Ophthalmologist and Opticians were absolutely wonderful with my child and kind, even on New Years Eve. Nobody gave us an attitude and were professional. Best of all, it was the only place that given us an appointment much sooner compared to other clinics making appointments that are 2-3 months away. I would definitely go there again and give my recommendations to others.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The optician was unbelievably patient with me while I tried on different frames, and never made me feel rushed. I'm fairly particular with the styles I like, and she was very helpful in pointing out frames I might like. I ended up finding two frames that I absolutely fell in love with and couldn't be happier!

I absolutely love this location. I had an allergic reaction that effected my eye that morning and based on the my doctor’s recommendation I finally made the decision to got see an eye doctor and invest in some glasses. I did not have an appointment and was a was a walk-in. The team there was amazing. They were able to fit me in within an hour. They were very kind, friendly and professional. They worked to get me the best deals and helped me find a couple pairs of frames that I felt comfortable with. If you are in the market for a new eye doctor, I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare in Downtown St. Louis. Be sure to ask for Catrina, Randi and Dr. Caylin Katsev, They will take care of you!

had an eye emergency while on vacation in downtown STL. Called this office and was told they didn't have a doctor in that day. The very nice person I talked to on the phone went above and beyond in calling other offices to find a doctor for me that morning. I was in and out at the Brentwood office in less than 15 minutes after my appointment was set up by the downtown office. Awesome customer service from this person at the downtown branch!
