Everyone at the office was very friendly and you can tell they all care about their clients. They made us feel right at home and were great with my 4 yo daughter that doesn't necessarily like the eye doctor. She made it fun and made her feel comfortable. They also explained everything very well, so mama and baby all left happy and with peace of mind!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Sara Stockwell with Visions Eyecare and Therapy and was so impressed. The staff who began my exam were very helpful. Dr. Sara gave me the most comprehensive exam I had ever been given. She was very conscientious and explained everything in detail about my eye exam pertaining to the tests that were taken. There were new different tests from my previous eye appointments that I felt gave my eyes a complete medical checkup. I would highly recommend Dr. Sarah Stockwell and the staff at Visions Eyecare Clinic. It is a beautiful clinic where you feel you are given a very professional exam. The staff was friendly. Oh came 10 minutes early to my appointment and didn’t get seen until 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Yet there was no one else in the waiting area to be seen. I asked for my script so I could look for glasses online, but they never gave it to me.

We didn't know what to expect coming into our first appointment. Our doctor in Sioux City HIGHLY recommended this clinic. Even after the first therapy session, I am VERY impressed with the staff there. Brenda did an amazing job of explaining the exercises and explaining why we needed to do them daily. My daughter was excited to start the exercises and she expects us to do the daily. I am VERY CONFIDENT in the staff and am VERY CONFIDENT that with their hp, they will help her vision improve.

I know a trip to the eye doc is not usually worthy of a rave review but this one was. I was totally impressed with their state of the art technology. The testing was fast and effecient. Furthermore, the staff was great from hello through the exam. All people I interfaced with were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I felt cared for, appreciated the processes, and will stay with this group for my eye care.

I had my very 1st eye appointment/exam today, so was a bit nervous going in. The receptionist, the nurse, Dr. Ackerman, and the specs lady (my apologies for being bad with names) all made me feel comfortable and at ease. That is a big thing for me because of my hearing impairment. The tests were thorough, done with clear explanations as to why, and they encourage questions. It was an enjoyable 1st experience for me all-around. Thank you.

Staff was very knowledgeable in how to determine what challenges my son was having. They also did a great job of building rapport with us as a family and were at the same time very cautious of my son's perception and conversations that were had around him in order to keep this a positive environment. Being in the Special education field myself I was truly impressed with the quality of their work and care. I would highly recommend!

Most thorough eye exam I've ever had. It took a little longer than exams I've had elsewhere but that was because every step and every result was explained to me fully in an easy to understand way by Dr. Hupke. Even the the process to select new glasses was thorough and Jason explained all of my lens options along with which ones are better suited to my daily tasks. I never felt rushed and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Visions Eye Care to anyone looking for a new eye doc.

I had some eye irritation that turned out to be allergic conjunctivitis after I had all sorts of imaginings that I still had something in my eye, etc. They explained why that wasn’t the case in my instance after being examined and prescribed some steroid drops to ease inflammation and a recommendation for the upcoming fall allergy season. Staff was friendly, energetic and efficient. The clinic was clean and all were masked. Excellent experience!

The entire staff is so amazing and friendly. From the moment you arrive, you are taken care of and treated and talked to like a person. They do not rush you through like a normal eye doctor would. Everyone takes their time to ensure you get what you need. Dr. Ryan is simply fabulous. He wants to help his customers see better and feel better. He takes his time with you, answering questions, going over pros and cons. Never once have I felt like they were simply trying to get me into the most expensive pair of glasses or lenses that I didn't need. Dr Ryan and the whole staff is there to help you, including Lacy in the vision boutique who assists in finding what looks best on you. Thanks to everyone at visions for making my experience a great one!

I can not say enough about Dr. Ashley Gentrup. She is great with all of my kids. My young son has some sensory issues which require a bit of patience sometimes. She never ceases to amaze me with her ability to work through that with him and she makes it look easy to boot! She truly has a gift and a passion for what she does!

Dr. Hupke has been my eye doc for many years. She has always been awesome...great personal care and advice when advice is needed. The staff are wonderful as they are always friendly and greet you so cheerfully. They make sure one is comfortable and kept informed if there is an unexpected delay. Great place to go for eye care!!

Once again Dr. Ashley was amazing!!! My son suffered a concussion over a week ago and the exam that Dr. Ashley gave him was extensive and she was able to determine that he was experiencing many symptoms that I was unaware of. This provided him and myself a huge sense of relief and she came up with a game plan that put both of us at ease. Our multiple experiences at Visions Eye Care has been invaluable.

This was my wife and I's first visit to the eye doctor in 5+ years. As well as the first time that both of us had visited Visions Eye Care. The visit was nothing short of fantastic. Visions has changed our daughters life. The staff at Visions are compassionate and knowledgable. We have completed therapy and now just need to do annual checkups. We could choose to do checkups closer to home but will continue to be seen at Visions because we know we will get the BEST care.

They took care of me in a timely manner. They were friendly and even got me in for my eye exam on a Saturday. I think that glasses in general are expensive, but I did get a lot of extras. Love the frames I picked out. Over all a good experience.

The clinical work seemed very thorough and high tech, with pleasant people. I found the lenses to be surprisingly expensive. Like 4 times the cost of my previous optical provider. Hmmm. $650 for relatively simple lenses. (No frames)
