Have used both the optometrists and the store. Great competent staff. Welcoming. Friendly, supportive. Prices a bit higher however you pay for quality. Have never had an issue with eyeglasses; frames or lenses. Lenses and frames for me have lasted multiple years. I am hard on glasses abs lenses. Scratch resistant coating actually works.

My mother and I were recently in and had a fantastic time. Appointment was on time, the eye doctor was wonderful. Courtney Graham helped us with a pair of glasses and we had a blast laughing together. She was very professional and such a pleasure to work with.

I have gone to see Mary at Pearle Vision on Foss Ave. for new glasses and repairs for many years now (even going back to the years they were at another east-side location on Sycamore). Mary has always been (and continues to be) so patient and friendly. She actually cares about making sure you have the best possible service. It always feels like dealing with family. All the other staff that I've dealt with there over the years have always been very good and professional too! Never a bad experience!

All of the employees are kind, friendly people who made what's typically a tedious and frustrating experience enjoyable. I do not enjoy eye doctors or glasses shopping, but the people st Pearle vision were prompt and helpful. My apointment was on a Friday, glasses were ready following Monday. Very impressed and very pleased

MARY was the absolute best. she was so friendly, and patient, and thorough. she made me feel like she and i were friends, which, coming from the south im used to but didnt expect up here. a beautiful lady inside and out. her glasses were very nice too. well now im just talking about mary. pearle vision itself was clean, well lit, and organized.
