Absolutely amazing experience yesterday! The staff was incredible, attentive, funny, everything that made it great. The GM walked around letting everyone waiting where they were in line, answering questions, jousting helping all the way around -& so friendly. He had such a nice smile & calming demeanor-it kept everything calm, cool & organized. Steve helped us both pick our glasses. He too was fantastic. He was like the one liner straight faced comedian. He was fast, efficient & didn’t make it complicated or feel uneasy since we had 2 people getting new glasses this time. They had all 4 of our pair ready in less than 2 hours! Faster than we could get dinner & we were so happily surprised since we drive 1.5 hours to go to this location. *We have one closer (Sioux City) but they’re not friendly or helpful. They’re so busy they seem to not need my business when I stepped in the door-that’s how I found the Sioux Falls location last year, after walking out of Sioux City without ordering. I can’t say enough about them in Sioux Falls-friendly, helpful, honest, funny, kind & happy. That means so so much to me as a consumer. Thank you to ALL of them for the great experience & we will absolutely be back.

My husband and I both went to get glasses yesterday. Friendly staff greeted us to ask if we had specific questions and told us to look around. We were advised to find a table when we had picked out our frames. We were approached within 5 minutes of sitting down. Everything was done in a timely manner. We left and were alerted by text within the 1 hour aa stated and returned to get our glasses. Steve was great!

In the middle of our epic cross-country road trip, my co-driver accidentally broke his glasses. Without a valid prescription to order new glasses Dustin at Eyemart saved the day and managed to reuse the lenses and set us up with a new frame. What a lifesaver! Reasonably-priced and more importantly FAST turn around we were on our way in no time. Eyemart Express is highly recommended if you need eyeglass services.

My son broke his glasses and I took him to his original eye doctor and they were talking like 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. They recommended I come here they said like it would be quicker. I am so glad I did. They made a new customer out of me. I worked with a guy named Steve, and within an hour I had glasses that were perfect for my son. Steve was really great. He was very helpful and have a lot of great advice. So if you do go to Eyemart Xpress, ask for Steve, he’s the best.

Incredibly helpful and efficient. We have purchased glasses from this Eyemart Express location on multiple occasions and have always been very, very happy. We have had to use the warranty service several times, and it has always been a very smooth and easy process. Most recently we had an issue with a family member losing their glasses while they were in a remote location outside of the contiguous United States. We needed to send them replacement glasses asap, while also keeping the budget in check (we didn't want to spend as much on the lens upgrades etc, as we normally do). Andrea was incredibly helpful in making sure we stayed on budget and that we were able to get the glasses in time to make it to the post office the same day. We will always use Eyemart Express - and we highly recommend them. They do stay very busy, but it is always worth any possible wait. They are terrific.

I believe his name was Dustin that helped me. But he was awesome, I had called 5 times in the last 10 days being that I live out of town. I was out on hold for over 40 minutes each time and once was told that they would take down my information and call me back. Which they did not. So thankfully I finally got to speak with Dustin and he was able to get my order completed in less than 5 minutes. He did a great job and super polite and helpful.

My wife and I have been going to eyemart for 7 years now and have always had a great experience. Steve was such a joy to work with. Dustin always makes sure the service is top of the line. The optometrist has a very rude receptionist, and continually tried to tell my wife she was not covered by insurance even though she is. But that is not a reflection of Dustin and the rest of the eyemart staff.

I went in to update my glasses prescription. I had the exam done from a previous doctor. I went in to eyemart to compare prices on lenses and frames. It turned out they had a deal where i could get a second pair of glasses for $10 so i picked out frames and basic lenses. I left with two pairs of glasses for less than $100. The store was really busy but i was acknowledged right away and told I was 3rd in line for help. The manager Dustin was polite, and took the time to explain promotions and ask how my day was. When it was my turn the employee - Xander-was friendly and explained all my options. She was up front about pricing and made sure all my questions were answered. The lab promised my glasses would be done in an hour. It was less than half an hour and i was told they were ready. Eyemart is by far my first choice for glasses due to the kindness of their employees, good prices, and protection plans for glasses. I recommend eyemart over anyone else every time.

Such nice people work here. They are all about costume service. Got all three of our glasses (2 of them were progressive lenses) for the same price we paid for one pair in years past. Plus side is the year warranty on both lenses and frames for a year, past place we had to pay extra for this warranty. Will definitely be back again next time!!!!

We walked in on a BUSY Saturday morning as first timers and were helped very quickly by Sara. She did such a fantastic job helping us, we were clueless and she was very patient and kind with my 5 year old. She was very thorough at explaining everything clearly. She got us, what I believe, to be the cheapest deal on 2 pairs which was really awesome. A couple hours later we were able to pick up, then another very kind lady, Liv, helped my son ensure proper fit. It was such a great experience and I'm very very happy with the prices, customer service, and quality of product. We will continue to do business with Eyemart and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Victoria was the clerk that helped me with purchasing my glasses. She was very helpful with the insurance that I have. She was not familiar with that insurance and they were not available to help her process my insurance as they were closed that day. She kept the frames I chose and after she was able to contact the insurance company on Monday, she then called me at home to inform me of it. I then went back to the store and she was able to help me with my purchase. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed doing business with Eyemart. Despite the pandemic protocol, I was promptly waited on by courteous sales agents (Joseph) and my glasses were ready within four hours. That's unheard of. When you need new glasses, there is nothing better than 4 hour service. Why wait days or weeks with so many other online stores, when Eyemart will take care of you for cheap. I used the twofer 40$ coupon and was quite pleased. I went cheap knowing the plastic lens would be thicker and maybe heavier and uncomfortable......but.......they were perfect. They weren't so heavy that they were uncomfortable. If you want a thinner lens (poly) then it will always cost more wherever you shop. If you want more expensive frames with designer names, it will always cost more wherever you shop. Eyemart can handle all customers from cheapskates (like me) to those with more of a budget to shop for the latest expensive style. I'm still impressed with Eyemart and never regretted taking my business elsewhere. If you've got to have glasses with new lens as soon as possible, go to Eyemart and get the job done. Takes four hours to have new lens with no scratches to see the world the way its' supposed to be: clear and focused. This is the way the eyeglass business should be run: time is of the essence and nothing is more expedient then new glasses. A new wrinkle in the eyeglass business has been brought to the customer: this company is gonna swoop the market, and they should.

Im beyond thrilled with eyemart, wont be going anywhere else for glasses as long as they keep the customer service and variety. I had an emergency situation And needed eyeglasses to return to work from an eye injury and had to have a friend drive me to eyemart Express by the time I got there it was an hour before closing and Dustin helped me along with a couple other employees I was able to get my glasses and return to work within 24 hours. Dustin was the rep that has helped me several times since with adjustments and has always been very delightful friendly helpful and I have hardly had to wait long at all each time. And since my eyesight is so poor Dustin has even offered to deliver my glasses to me so I would not have to have someone drive me to the store I highly recommend eyemart Express to anyone who expects a high level of professonalism skilled workmanship speedy transactions and competitive pricing.

My wife was going through a very challenging time after cataract eye surgery and her eyes were not stabilizing enough that they could do the necessary ultraviolet treatments needed to get her eyesight back to where it needed to be. She was extremely frustrated and we decided that we would get a prescription from the Optometrist and try and get her what she needed, wrap around glasses with total eye coverage and full UV protection. Something to get her through two weeks. Dustin the manager would not quit until he found frames that would work, they were ready in 72 minutes and he called the next day to see how they were working for her and when he discovered that the prescription didn't work well asked us to bring them back so that he could try the previous prescription because they could have moved back enough that it would work. We did, the old prescription worked much better and she can now function somewhat normally which she was unable to do before. Great customer service from a manager who wouldn't give up.

Customer service: even though they were short staffed and very busy, each employee I encountered was patient, friendly, and courteous. Price: At my old optical place, I was charged $396 for new LENSES ONLY- using old frames. At Eyemart I got a brand new pair of glasses (frame includes) AND sunglasses, for a total of $209. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I could tell that safety was their foremost concern and being able to serve their customers was in that safe and timely manner was so apparent!! I had an emergency as I had torn my only pair of contact lenses & still had to wear them as I had no back-up glasses to rely on anymore. Eyemart was able to get me in for an eye exam within just over an hour. While I was waiting for my eye exam appointment, they helped me pick out 2 sets of frames & set them aside for me. So I was in need of my first pair of glasses ever and I'm just under 5 months shy of my 50th birthday and it's a Saturday. I went to Walmart thinking I would be able to just walk right in and get an eye exam and be on my way with new specs within the day. WRONG!! So 2 Walmarts and 3 other places later, none of which had a doctor on Saturdays or were all booked already, and I'm none too pleased when at almost the last second before it's too late to turn into the parking lot, I spot Eyemart Express. So I'm a bit annoyed with life at the moment but walk into the optometrist's office attached and am greeted with an empty waiting room and they can thankfully fit me right in! So I'm seen by Dr. Ellwein within about 10 minutes of walking in so things are starting to look up! After getting my exam, I take my scrip (thanks again to Dr. Ellwein for making it a positive experience) next door to the optical shop where I'm greeted by a young man who's name I didn't catch but who is obviously the manager. He tells me to make myself at home and try on all the glasses I want and to let him or the staff know if I have questions, etc. So I try on several pairs, find the ones I like, take them to a staff person who was a bit awkward socially bless his heart but who helped me get all of the things on my glasses chosen and fits them on me, etc. and who was really a nice kid who tells me that I need to pick out a different pair of glasses because the ones I picked were just a bit too short to fit the no-line bi-focal prescription on and that was annoying because I asked another staff person before I even tried on a pair if it mattered the size of the lens because of the prescription and he tells me no, that they can fit it to any lens, but anyway, I find the exact same pair but with a bit larger lens and off they go to the lab but the kid tells me it will be 2 hours. So I'm like dude, the sign says an hour (I'm anxious. It's my first pair of glasses. gimme a break,) and he says yes, but we're pretty busy as you can see for one and it takes longer to do the no-line bi-focals. Bummer but ok. Now fast forward 2 hours and I come back only to be told that there was some issue in the lab and that they can't get them right after 3 tries, so I'm now getting a bit uptight thinking that I've just spent $250+ and am going to get shoddy glasses. But I have a seat, (whataya gonna do?) and it wasn't too long, maybe 15 to 20 minutes before I get a text saying my glasses are ready. So I go up to the counter and the kid goes through the last minute steps with me, making sure I can see out of them, that they are fitted properly, etc. and I'm on my way. Overall I give them pretty high marks because most of the negative experience I had was not their fault or was more or less unavoidable and when the time comes for me to need my next pair of glasses, I'll be going back there. Good selection of frames, good prices (though what a racket glasses are!) and a really good staff of knowledgeable, caring staff who helped ease my first time experience and I appreciate that.

I have used Eyemart Express several times. But this last time made me particularly happy. I had a prescription made by my ophthalmologist in a followup visit after cataract surgery. Eyemart Express made me glasses according to that prescription. After finding out that prescription was totally wrong, I got a new prescription at my regular optometrist. Eyemart Express went above and beyond, by replacing the wrong lenses with new ones even though the mistake was not their fault at all. Great people to deal with.
