I wear contacts most of the time and have always just ordered my glasses from online vendors to save money, but decided that it was time to treat myself with a high-quality pair that actually fit my face. Aubrey was incredibly patient with me as we tried to figure out what worked for me, and when I couldn't decide which frames to pick, she turned it into a March Madness elimination bracket until I made my final decision. She made my experience very enjoyable, and now I don't think I could ever go back to just ordering online!

Went this week and had a fantastic experience! Dr. Morris was friendly, open, and had me smiling the whole appointment. He was more than competent and explained to me what had changed about my prescription. The sales attendants were also phenomenal in helping me pick out frames. They understood what I was looking for and pulled things even from the back to be able to help me find the right frames.

I absolutely love this store! Everyone working is always so kind and helpful and they have the best glasses. Once, when their store was extremely busy, they gave me a free gift card for coffee next door to enjoy while I waited for more availability! I have been wearing their glasses for the past 3 years and they have held up better than any others I have had.

I received immediate and kind attention that was very helpful throughout my visit. Both of the women working at the time were lovely and warm. I do wonder what it would have been like had I brought my 92 year old father to choose glasses. There were no real chairs, just two high 'perching' stools. I wouldn't recommend that people who cannot stand for long periods of time use the store. I would give high recommendations for anyone else, however.

My 5 year old went for an eye exam and the entire staff was amazing. We ordered 2 pair of glasses for my son and when we took the glasses in for an initial adjustment, we had the same amazing experience as the first visit. Everyone is awesome!

Glasses here are way more stylish than other places. The people working there were delightful.
They are MUCH cheaper if you're paying out of pocket. I ended up paying a little more than I would've other places because they didn't take my insurance, but I'm working on getting reimbursed. It sounds like I'll come out even that way.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Very patient with my indecisive self and they cleaned and sanitized a hundred or so frames I had tried on. The optician was also very personable and made me feel at ease. Their return policy is reasonable and customer service is great. My husband and I both drive from out of town to get our glasses here. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pair of glasses from this location and it was a pretty awesome experience. The glasses I’ve ordered here were relatively less expensive than a pair from another optometrist with insurance.
Additionally, the glasses arrived earlier than expected and have pretty spectacular build quality.
I recommend this location if you like inexpensive and high quality glasses

I went in to look for a new pair of glasses and was greeted by Aubrey, she was super knowledgeable and helpful. Getting a new pair of glasses is difficult for me but I left feeling confident in my new look and choice. She also helped me order the pair I needed because it was out of stock at their location, and offered expedited shipping at no cost. She went above and beyond. I definitely recommend anyone in the market for new frames come try some on here. Their lighting and selection is spot on.

While I can certainly understand some of the negative reviews, I must say that your associate will absolutely determine your experience. While there were some associates who acted rude or disinterested, I had an exceptional time here with Aubrey. She was incredibly fun, warm and helpful. We left feeling confident and taken care of… I can’t stress how amazing Aubrey was! We found what we came for and had a good time doing so.

First used the website and app not knowing there was a location here in Salt Lake City. I was super impressed at how easy the home try-on process was as well as their virtual try-on. There were a few styles of frames that were not part of the home try-on program which was how I discovered the SLC location.
Walking in I was immediately greeted and assisted by their friendly and professional staff. The website and app already gave me a good idea of what I already wanted and the staff knew exactly what to ask to help me find the perfect frames. Not to mention checkout was a breeze - I hardly realized it happened.
After ordering, I was surprised at how quickly my order was processed and the customer service of Warby Parker corporate with me in confirming my prescription and shipping address. Had such a great experience I am coming back here to order my contact lenses as well. Great experience!

First time visit here for me and I'm very happy with my experience. I made my appointment online 2 hours beforehand and the doctor saw me promptly at that time. I don't have insurance so I like that prices for everything are available on the website.
Lots of styles of frames to choose from. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. No surprises, no wasted time. I'll be returning for sure.

Staff was nice and helpful but took two and half weeks to get my glasses! My old pair was broken. I paid $20 for express delivery. They did refund it but I would’ve rather got my delivery quickly. In the future I’ll go back to wal mart or any other place that has fast turn around and just calls you as soon as the glasses arrive.

I love this place. I took about 10 minutes to find what I like. I tried them on myself and when I was ready to buy, the guy had my glasses ordered in about 7 minutes.
I had my prescription from last year and brought that with me. They scanned it and got me all set.
They’re cheap and they offered upgrades but I didn’t feel pressured.
All of this you can do on the app, which is nice.

Could not have had a better experience buying with Warby Parker! I initially purchased my glasses online, which was a little nerve-racking since I'd never purchased glasses online before. But the whole process was ridiculously quick and easy. But the best part was getting my new glasses and they fit so well from the get go! The frames I got are very unique and everyone who has seen them has complimented them. But my glasses did need some adjustment, as they would slide down my face when I looked down. I went in to the Salt Lake location and the staff was so helpful and friendly. One of the girls adjusted my glasses and made sure they fit perfectly and I was happy before leaving. I only wear my glasses part time since I usually have my contacts in, but I'm already excited to add more frames to my collection!

Prepare for a long review. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I cannot recommend them enough. I came in with a new prescription at the end of February, I felt bad that I walked in so close to close but I really wanted to get some frames ordered because my current glasses at the time were about to break off of my face. Even though it was probably 15 min before close I was greeted with open arms *figuratively* by the staff. They were so helpful. I came in with my now 19 month old son and he was super tired and really rowdy. They told me that they would help watch my son while I tried on some frames. I don't know if any of you have tried doing any sort of shopping with a one year old without. a stroller but its next to impossible and I wouldn't even have come in without help from my husband if I wasn't in the area on my way home. I was super impressed with their covid measures as well as amazing customer service. I wish I remembered everyones name because I could give each individual person a shout out. They helped me narrow it down to just a few frames and sent me in an email the ones that I liked so I could go home and show my husband to help me pick some out. I ended up coming in the next day and narrowing my search down even more to two eyeglasses and one pair of sunglasses. They helped me place an order and were very transparent on the fact that they only have an estimated time and shipping time varies due to covid, which I feel was very helpful considering you get that estimated time with the tracking number which isn't always correct. But then I was worried after looking at the order that may have ordered the wrong width of frame so I went in the next day after that to make sure it was correct and I felt so bad because I had been in the two days before but they were just as nice and let me try the frames on again and let me know the honest opinions about which frames worked better and I had actually ordered the correct width. Then upon arrival I took the glasses in and had them fitted but I was worried about my prescription being wrong, so I ended up giving It about a week and went to the eye doc to get a recheck and they have been so helpful in helping me take the proper steps in getting the right prescription. If I were them I would be annoyed at the amounts of times I have come into the store and asked them questions upon questions and my anxious self has a ton of them. And they told me about the amazing scratch warranty they have upon other things. Event the people on the customer service line when calling Warby Parker are amazing. All in all, I just think they are amazing and every time I have come in they have been so welcoming to me, my husband and my son and are just very awesome people to deal with when getting new frames. I am very happy with my frames and the experience all together. I am still trying to work out some kinks with my prescription but that's on me and they have been beyond helpful in trying to help me figure everything out. 100/10 recommend. I will only be getting my glasses from them from now on. Sorry about the novel but I just can't say enough great things.

I've loved shopping for glasses online with Warby Parker for years, but was so excited when they opened a store front in SLC. This year I needed an eye check up and met w/Mike and he was great, and really took his time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Today I had to go in to get glasses adjusted and contacts ordered and the staff was so helpful and so nice. I highly recommend this store, but also Warby Parker in general. The glasses and contacts are fantastic, but the help you get when you are in the store is unmatched.

This was a fantastic shopping experience, start to finish. I went to see if it was possible to safely try on glasses and it turns out the have a great covid protocol. Using the app beforehand was a great advantage as I already knew which frames I might like, and I had my prescription on hand. It took 5 minutes to decide, then a kind and helpful associate explained how it will work, checked me out (with a touchless card reader!) and I was done in 10 minutes max. Glasses arrived 5 business days later, on my front porch. A seamless, anxiety free experience.

I would be remiss if I didn’t share my latest experience at Warby Parker. Despite COVID-19, I wanted to try on a pair of glasses in person before I ordered online. When I arrived, they had a system in place that exceeded my expectations. They only let one customer in the store at a time, and they closed down and sanitized the other half of the store where the previous customer had been. Every time I picked up a pair to try on, I had a special tray to place them in for sanitizing, and a separate tray to put the pairs I was interested in
So not only did I feel safe, but all 3 workers were attentive and helpful. They helped me feel confident in the decisions I made, (it felt like shopping with friends!) and even helped me try to identify a pair of glasses from the website that I probably made up. I came away feeling so happy with my purchase and with my overall experience. Warby Parker has never let me down!!

I have been into the store twice, first for an exam the second time to get glasses. The doctor was very friendly and receptive to my concerns, and no one in the storefront was pushy when I didn’t buy anything that day. I also got my old glasses adjusted for free. Everyone was kind and helpful. When I went back a few weeks later to look at glasses the service was great once again. Everyone was willing to help and offer opinions but no one hovered or made me feel pressured. I enjoyed my experience both times and will return!

Went in for an eye exam & new glasses. Mike was super kind & personable during the exam, & educated me on some of my vision issues that no other optometrist has ever explained (like why contacts will never work properly with my eyes). Had my exam done & exact glasses I wanted ordered in less than an hour on a busy Saturday, no complaints at all & will definitely be back.

I usually am very critical of the customer service experience when shopping, and very rarely do I leave a business thinking "That was a fantastic experience!" But this is one of the rare exceptions. Every step of the way, and each individual I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and I felt like each decision was made in my best interest. My eye exam was top notch and I felt like I was catching up with an old friend. I will always recommend everyone to go here. I even looked online to see if they were hiring! Went in and was approached right away by a very friendly employee, Brett. He gave me the run down of the store and then stepped back so I could look around. They made very helpful suggestions, demos on some of the lens features and overall were so easy and nice to work with! I’ve been wearing classes for 20+ years and this was the easiest and quickest experience I’ve ever had! I was in and out with glasses ordered in 20 mins and while having my toddler with me! Not to mention, these will be the nicest glasses I’ve ever had for the cheapest I’ve ever paid! Get your glasses here!!!

Unlike some reviews, my wife and I had a great experience visiting the SLC location. Brett was fantastic! When we first walked in, no one greeted or spoke to us until I walked over and asked for assistance. Not ideal, especially since not everyone was busy. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though, maybe they genuinely didn’t notice my wife and I? I’m a long time Warby Parker customer and I was excited to finally go to a store in my city. Brett did me the favor of adjusting my frames and even explained some of the steps he was doing. My wife also wanted some prescription sunglasses and Brett’s advice was extremely helpful and informative. We figured out she had a low bridge and Brett gave us some recommendations, even though there were few low-fitting specific frames. In the end, my wife found one that she really liked. We haven’t received the frames yet but I’ll update this review if there’s any problems. Honestly one of the best store experiences I’ve had. Thanks to Brett, we’re confident in our purchase. It was refreshing to talk to someone who actually knew their stuff. There’s just so many pros to Warby Parker that I don’t get why anyone would get their glasses anywhere else.

These guys are having major issues getting orders out. I ordered my glasses in store well over a month ago and I still have not received them. I was guaranteed to receive them in 7-10 days when I ordered them. I have emailed them numerous times and all they say is they’re having manufacturing issues. I still have yet to have an eta on shipping. They have the best selection I know of, but it doesn’t do any good when you can’t get them.
Update: I did finally receive my new glasses. However the prescription was wrong. I called in to customer service to see what prescription they had on file. They had 1 out of the 6 numbers correct.
They were, however, very nice and gave me a good discount for all the trouble. Additionally, they put my new frames on order for next day air. My new pair showed up in a week or so. Although I was not happy, the overall customer service ended being ok and they stood behind their mistake and got things squared away. That’s worth changing from a 1 start to a 3 star in my book.

I bought my Warby Parker glasses about a year ago. They told me at the time about their one year guarantee on lenses. My eyes are super bad so I wear my glasses every day and needless to say, they get very scratched. I went in to see if my lenses could be replaced, not only did Brent Parker take amazing care of my lens replacement, he also found another pair of frames for me that are beautiful and were very affordable. I love this store! I refer it to everyone I know. The service is extraordinary and the product is very high-quality. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

I had heard of WP a couple of years ago while I was in college and have wanted to try them out since. I wear contacts 99% of the time and didn't want to spend bookoo bucks for a new pair of glasses.
WP made it so easy to find a good looking pair of glasses for a great price. I had them within a week of my visit, and they look fantastic!
I will never buy glasses from anywhere else!

I live in the neighborhood, and I've walked in here twice. The first time was to get replacement nose pads and though they didn't have what I needed they gave me a ton of options where else to look.
The second time was because I had some replacement lenses for my sunglasses come in the mail, but I wasn't able to get the screws loose. They were more than willing to use their special tools to loosen the screws for me as a courtesy.

I was hesitant at first because I didn’t see how u could accurately get your glasses fitted and prescription accurate doing my mail only and not in person. Warby Parker proved me otherwise. They have name brand lens and high quality glasses and lenses. They put a special tough in the shipments and make it a personable experience.
