I appreciated that it wasn’t a rushed appointment. The Optometrist took the time to listen to me and was very thorough in explaining everything. I also appreciated the friendly help of the others who worked there and they even helped me pick my glasses! I would definitely recommend this office.

Had a positive experience here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. was nice, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. He even checked my old glasses that I had from another dr. and found that I was given the wrong prescription and that is why I was feeling dizzy and would get headaches while wearing them. My glasses came quickly and both work great! I will certainly be returning for all of my optical needs. Thanks!

Dr. Dewey is a great doctor and his staff is friendly. Frame selection was a bit boring and dry but the eye exam was comfortable and seemed to be higher in quality than my previous experiences elsewhere. I will always go to Shopko Optical to see Dr. Dewey whenever I require an exam henceforth.

I highly recommend Dr.Chang! I have never had such a detailed exam. I have contacts with bi-focal, I always went away with so so vision, -thinking it was the compromise I had to pay for wearing contacts. Well she taught me differently, we tried 3 options and she didn’t stop until my vision was dialed in!! I see clearer than I ever have in contacts/bi-focal! Please schedule with her! She’s very good at what she does, she strives for perfection, you can tell it’s important to her, that her patient leaves seeing the best they can!! The staff was all very kind and professional. I will follow Dr. Chang wherever she goes!

Long time customer with Shopko Optical when they were located inside the Shopko store. Dr. Chang is amazing! She was so kind and patient with my 12 yr old daughter who decided to get contacts in/out of her eyes for the 1st time. Literally took about 2 hrs for her to get it in/out, Dr. Chang kept encouraging her and didn't rush her, Made her feel very comfortable.

Dr. Dewey is so nice and does a thorough job checking the health of your eyes as well as checking for the prescription needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place for an eye exam/subscriptions purchase/etc! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The techs (Iridian) were very helpful with scheduling and filling out the necessary forms. Dr. Chang administered my eye exam and was very informative and thorough. Any questions that I had, she had the answers to and clarified any further inquiries! I failed the vision portion of the TSA medical exam and I am in the middle of the appeal, so I needed her to fill out an extra form and she did so willingly. (Plus they faxed the form for me!) WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE/FAMILY/FRIENDS!

Prompt service, knowledgeable staff, and amazing variety of glasses. Dr Dewey is capable, intelligent and welcoming being our first time to this store. would highly recommend Dr Dewey as anyones future optometrist. I was able to get daily glasses with transition lenses that darken in the sunlight and a pair of prescription safety glasses for use at work for a reasonable price. Would recommend to anybody searching for their next pair.

The doctor is great! He listens to you and he is very nice. But the assistant is VERY rude. When my husband asked her to get a print out of the charges, she rolled her eyes. She was giving us attitude and she acted like we were bothering her the whole time.

I had 20 mins to get to work on a Sunday..The Eye Care Center was supposed to be closed at 4:00 pm., fortunately I was greeted by a staff member after store hours; eager to help me out and send me on my way. She was there waiting on another customer to pick up a prescription at 5:30 pm. If that isn't Excellent Service I do not know what is... This is where I will be getting my glasses and contacts from now on..
