Dr. Susana Chan is amazing. She understands that one's vision isn't only a matter of science, but also a matter of what one wants, and what they're comfortable with. The contact lens specialist (I regretfully do not remember her name) is also amazing. She showed me the difference between the lenses that I was currently wearing vs. the lenses that would correct my mild astigmatism in one eye, and I finally bit the bullet and bought the lenses for astigmatism. Very informative, and I've never been happier with my vision. Overall, the best doctors and specialists in the area. The eyeglass showroom could benefit from having a wider selection of high end, optical frames. They do stock mainstream designer brands, but not very much for the person looking for something truly special and unique. The sunglass selection is great though.

I have been a patient at Westminster Eye Care for a number of years, had to neglect my eye care for a few years when I could no longer afford my health coverage. But the minute I gained coverage again, I immediately scheduled an appt with them and as always they got me right in and provided me with the great service that I always receive from them. The entire staff is amazing, so helpful, friendly, and attentive to their patients. And the icing on top was the wonderful selection of frames they have available in all price ranges. Westminister Eyecare is one of the best places to go for eye care. I've been going here for years, and the doctors and staff are really friendly and amazing 👏 I called to make an appointment for a Monday, the week before (I work out of state and that day was the only day aside from the weekend that i'm in town.) And the lady who answered said their was nothing available, moments later I received a call, she had made it possible for me to get an early morning visit which was AWESOME of her. The doctors are always thorough when it comes to examining your eyes, whether you're getting glasses or contacts they'll get it right. They also have a really good selection of glasses, sunglasses, and contacts. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking around for eye care.

The staff are friendly and respectful. Though the waiting room can seem a bit disorganized with so many people waiting and the staff seem to take a while to attend to the people. With so many people showing up it’s understandable I guess, but maybe spreading out a bit more the appointment times could help. Overall it’s an ok experience. If they have quick availability and if the location is convenient, I would recommend this place to someone.

I love this place I've been coming for about 7 years now. All of the staff are extremely nice. All of the Dr's really explain everything well, always answer any questions and never rush you through. There can be a wait sometimes but I think it's because no one ever leaves the practice and they have a lot of long time patients!

When I got to tge appointment The waiting room was almost standing room only. They changed my Dr visit with a Dr who had only two appointments ahead of me. Awesome!!! I went to see about getting lenses for the glasses I brought with me and the person I went to said I cannot get a prescription in the glasses I had... Then asked where they were from with a smirk. I didnt want to pay $200+ for lenses only. She referred me to the cheap glasses. 🙄 I took my prescription and had the lenses put in my own glasses at another retailer.

The place can get crowded and wait time in line is slightly unbearable, but what more could you expect from an office in the middle of the city? I have been going here for about 4 years. All staff i have interacted with have been be3ry professional, pleasant and friendly. I love Dr. Pukl. But i am however disheartened to have just learn she is no longer there. Didnt like the fact i found out after cataract surgery when making follow up appt i was assigned a new Dr. W/o warning. Because i need to be seen this week i will keep the appt see how this new one works out. There is no info on their website about her.

My glasses broke as I was studying for an upcoming large exam. Desperately needing new glasses as quickly as possible, I took a chance as a walk-in patient at Westminster Eyecare. The medical secretary was attentive and accommodating to my dilemma, managing to adapt the day's schedule to fit me in for an appointment within just three hours! I needed an eye exam conducted because my eyeglass prescription was over 10 years old. The optometrist, Dr. Sarah Guarascio, was professional, thorough and willingly answered all of my questions. Rosa, the associate that aided me in the selection process of my new glasses, was patient and put all of her effort into helping me find the glasses that best fit my facial structure, while looking stylish and being comfortable. I ordered two sets of glasses - one set was completely covered by insurance, and the other set was a name brand frame, which Rosa was able to discount 50% based on a special promotion. Overall, I would recommend Westminster Eyecare for their friendly environment and caring staff (ask for Rosa when choosing your glasses, she's great)!
