Such a lovely experience at this new location! From the moment I walked in, I was promptly helped and I learned so much thanks to the fellas working there. The manager of the store Drake and associate Rob were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. Can’t recommend this location and these two enough!

I had a great visit at Warby Parker on Thayer St in Providence, RI. Unfortunately, I had to travel there from Warwick because their .com doesn't provide the try at home service for all their frames. I understand this issue is being addressed. As soon as I walked in the door, I was pleasantly greeted and asked if I needed any assistance which of course I did. Right away I noticed the store was bright, well organized, clean, and just begging me to TRY ON FRAMES! The frames were easily accessible and every few feet contained a well lit, super sized, mirror with ledging making it easy for me to "keep or pass" on each frame. Large tables in the center of the room are available for collecting my pending frame choices for later decision making. Hand mirrors are also available for more personal decisions at the table. The whole setup is very comfortable and inviting. The sales rep who greeted me, followed me around and assisted me with my selections. She asked me every once in a while if it was OK to do this so as not to crowd me or make me feel uncomfortable. I found that she was extremely helpful in giving me a second opinion and offering me frame suggestions. Together we weeded did out the unflattering frames and quickly came to a decision. It was a tough choice because, to my surprise there were quite a few interesting, bold, trendy choices. And for an extra $10, the rep informed me, I could add on another frame including the prescription lenses. I walked out a very happy customer. I highly recommend Warby Parker for the personalized customer service, the relaxed and comfortable shopping experience, and the fantastic prices Hopefully the website will have more try at home frames soon, but now I feel I would have missed out on the great in person experience. (why not 5 stars? because the rep told me that even the stores do not carry all the frames) UPDATE: points off for employing LaserShip as your shipping carrier - ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE.

I had a very good experience at the Providence RI store. A young lady helped me with my glasses and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the glasses and the different options. I believe her name was Brytney. Awesome store Rep.

I never write reviews but I HAD TO here. I ordered contacts with regular shipping (5-7 business days) and they needed an updated prescription so I had my doctor fax it over and within 2 days my contacts came in. I had to speak to customer service twice and it was so easy to get through and they were so helpful. I will only being ordering from warby parker moving forward very very happy with my experience and impressed by their customer service!

I did the try at home and the experience was awesome! I kept them for a week tried frames with hair up and down and picked a frame. Returned them no charge. placed my order online really quick and easy. Oh and I received really fast. And far less expensive than my normal place.

I am not someone who ever feels compelled to write reviews for places. Even when they are terrible and mess up my order or something of the sort. However the last two times I’ve been into this store I received the most top tier level of customer service I can remember in a very long time. Typically I’m the shopper who doesn’t want to be bothered but I was helped by two guys who went above and beyond to make fabulous suggestions, listen to my needs and had informed feedback to help me make the best choice. I got a pair for myself the same as the gentlemen who helped me was wearing. He modeled them well and was very friendly and helpful. There was also another person whose gender I will not assume because I didn’t get their name but they were very friendly and welcoming. I went back today to get a pair for my partner and was helped by another gentlemen who was equally impressive and helpful. Very happy with the choices we made and I will definitely be returning to this specific location in the future.

Everyone at the store was super friendly and helpful!!! I did the try on at home - but I didn’t feel like any of the 5 I selected where my perfect fit. Google told me there was actually a store near where I lived, so I went to the store. Wonderful selection, and like I said, super helpful employees!!! I ended up buying 2 pairs - thanks for the help 😊

Great recommendations and very friendly staff. I am an international student and never know how prescription in the US works. They gave me great advice and clear detail on how to get my eyes examined and they can schedule it right the next day as well. They also look through all the glasses in the shop to find the right one for me even though all the products are very stylish and hard to pick from!

A great experience start to finish! I started with the At-Home try on and stopped into the Providence store to look at some more options. Their Covid protocols were thorough and I felt very safe. Each pair of glasses is sanitized after its tried on. Rebecca was very helpful and I ordered one pair of glasses that will be shipped directly to me. The atmosphere seems very welcoming and inclusive, which is great to see. Great layout, artwork, and design.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker on Thayer. Becki assisted me through the process in store. She was exceptionally professional and courteous especially with explaining the Covid policies. I was in and out with no issues at all and two new pairs of glasses. Highly recommend shopping here plus the interior is beautiful.

Special mention for the Providence RI store. Got my glasses, realized something was definitely wrong; went back to the store, where, after some digging, we realized the prescription was “off”, not the lens manufacturing. Even though the 1 month moratorium was expired, as I reported the issue before expiration and the issue was not in WP’s court, they STILL honored the promise and issued a new pair or glasses (which works perfectly). If there were 10 stars I would select that! Awesome place.
