They have a nice selection of frames, and are not crazy expensive. Drew spent a generous amount of time with me, happily pulling out all the frames that would fit my face well. It was a great experience.

Donna LeeAhI LOVE my glasses so much!! Service is the absolute BEST!! I was trying on many different frames when a friend saw the perfect ones for me!! They're a NEON yellow/greenish color!! EVERY Place I go, I get so many compliments on them!! That was over a year ago, and I STILL get stopped often. LOL Almost every time I am out. I've been in since to have them tightened up, and for a lens update and about to go back in tomorrow. I can't say enough about the way every person is treated so highly. Prices are excellent also. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Todd has hand selected incredible helpful staff (such as Jason) and truly takes care of his customers. He stands by his products, warranties, and balances fair prices with top quality products. Anytime I have ever had an issue he is willing to work with me to resolve this. He is realistic and remembers his customers which unlike larger companies, equates to individualized service. If you want to walk into a place and know you’ll be taken care of, go to VIP eyes, the ONLY go to in Southern Maine.

Sharon ParrittI have been a fan of VIP eyes for many years but now I am their greatest fan! My glasses got scratched and bent so I was in dire need of new glasses because I wear them all the time. I made an appointment with Todd for 7:30 on Wednesday morning to order new glasses. Today is Friday and I received a call that my new glasses were ready! I just picked them up and could not be more pleased! I highly recommend vip eyes for all your vision needs! Great customer service - always!!!

I had to go in and get my lenses adjusted, but they had no qualms in ordering new ones for me. I am so glad I was able to get my glasses from here. They helped me out greatly- I definitely needed these new ones. They are great and I will have anyone who asks me if I know a good place to go to for glasses to go here!
