I love Specs 20/20. Dr. Conway is amazing. He takes time with each client and is very thorough during annual exams and doctor's visits for other issues. There have e been a couple times that I have needed to call the doctor in off hours when I have had issues with my contacts and he always returns my call. I really appreciate that.

I visited to get my glasses (not purchased at Specs 20/20) adjusted as it presses the temple too hard. Cathy (I believe she was Cathy) was very friendly and helped fix it right. My glasses was brought to other eyewear businesses and I never satisfied with it as its legs were awkwardly bent or not properly adjusted as I wanted it to be. But, she easily diagnosed the issues and adjusted it for perfect fit. I would return Specs 20/20 for other needs in the future.

Dr. Conway is thorough and detailed oriented. He is personal and cares-remembering my children’s names and my occupation. My husband sees him too, and he has a unique situation with his vision. He spent a great deal of time with him to come up with a solution. Nice recent addition having a staff member who works in the eye glass store-he was helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly recommended a pair of frames that were the style I explained and that fit my face. It’s an enjoyable experience every time I go to Specs 20/20!

I just had my second visit here and I’m so happy! The staff is extremely friendly and the office atmosphere is very easy going. I’ve seen Dr. Kwiecien both times and she is delightful. She’s very thorough, kind, friendly and makes the exam enjoyable. I appreciate that she offers a little insight to what she’s doing and how my eyes are developing without getting bogged down with technical details. I’ve never felt rushed yet at the same time, the appointments seem to run on schedule which tells me that they plan and schedule for ample time with each patient. I highly recommend this place!

After moving back home to Portland I struggled to find an eye doctor that was as nice as respectful as my previous one because he retired. When I initially went to Specs, I was nervous because it felt like one of those big box popup eye doctors that do not care about you. I was very wrong. When I go, I always go to Dr. Andrea Kwiecien. She is wonderful and kind! She is someone that explains everything to you so you understand what is going on. She is very genuine with everything she does. The staff there are wonderful as well! Cathy is wonderful at helping select and order glasses, and she always remembers my mom and I. They just hired a new gal there as well, I did not catch her name but she was so sweet on the phone and very professional. As long as I can go there I will go to Specs. They are good people.

Dr. Conway is a great eye doctor and even more importantly a genuinely nice person. My wife has been seeing him for over a decade now, and the experience at his office is always top-notch. Despite the fact that we live in Tigard now, we continue to drive to see him. He has also seen our daughter, and is really great with kids which is a bonus. Specs 20/20 absolutely blew me away. I made an appointment very last minute, which was extremely lucky for me because I know that they were booked well into the new year. I moved from Ohio to Portland four years ago and have not been able to find an eye doctor that was a good fit, until now. I’ve needed Eyecare and eyewear since I was eight years old and I’ve never been to a better eye doctor. I was helped every step of the way by the wonderful front desk team. The doctor in particular, was very thorough. We talked extensively about my unique eye situations and how they impact me overall. We talked about alternative ways to manage some of them and how they effect my holistic health. We tried multiple lenses to find my proper prescription and through multiple methods; up close, far away, inside the exam room, in the waiting room, looking out the window, etc. I also applaud this doctor since this is his own private practice. Congrats on a great business!

I wish I could give Specs 20/20 more stars! After many, many, MANY eye exams... Dr. Conway provided the most informative, kind, and helpful eye exam. He is such a lovely person. I had been dealing with several sight issues that he completely solved with a minor adjustment in my prescription. I picked up a snazzy new pair of specs which I LOVE (the frame selection here is top notch!). The clinic itself has a very modern yet cozy feel to it and the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. It got pretty busy while I waited to place my frame order, but I never felt like I was being ignored as his staff was very apologetic.
