Thank you so much!! This team was amazing. Fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. I completed my glasses exam and eyeglass order within an hour. This was the fastest and most pleasant experience I’ve had at an eye clinic. I will absolutely be back! If you are considering, do yourself a favor and schedule yourself an appointment!!!

Dr. Moore and her coworker, Marley, are freaking fantastic. I honestly cannot say enough about them. They both seem to genuinely care about their patients. They give of their time, never make you feel rushed, go above & beyond and are both a pleasure to be around. In addition to all of that, they truly know what they are doing, and will not stop until your eye health is in tip top shape. I have been dealing with major dry eye issues, and they have been invaluable to my eye health during this process. I am extremely thankful I was assigned to them on my first visit a number of years ago. I have great faith and trust in both of them. Not only are Dr. Moore and Marley phenomenal, but the entire staff at West Valley Vision have always been wonderful. Really great experience! I requested an appointment online in the afternoon. They called me the next morning with an appointment. The staff was very professional & organized. The Dr. Very proficient & asked a lot of questions, and gave me good feedback of what to do, and expect with my future eye care. They also offered to order my contact lens refill for me (at a good price) and have it shipped to me.

Great Doctors staff could use some help. Been going here for close to 15 years. Maybe longer. Seen a definite drop in customer service. Had the same doc the whole time, todays visit in with a different doc? When I asked why I basically got it’s a my fault answer. As well as attitude when I was checking out, and I have no idea why? Time to see other options on the west side.

In the USA today customer service has ground to a halt. But WWVC still believes in putting the customer first. The front desk staff always greet you as soon as you come in. The techs that do the initial screening are kind caring and professional. Doctors are great. I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

I’ve had eye pain for several days and called first thing Monday morning. The clinics accommodation was amazing. Dr. Wilson saw me at 11 and I was informed that I had a small object in my eye which he tried to remove. It was unsuccessful due to being too deep. He waited with me to ensure the front desk staff would call for the next echelon of care. This is my 5th time at WV Vision and my 2nd review.. They have previously been spot on with quality and service - 5+stars. I had ordered 2 pairs of new progressive lenses and they were ready in 2 weeks. I could not see out of one pair. I am not sure they believed me a first that something was wrong, but finally they figured out that the lenses had been made incorrectly. I am uncertain how they got through their quality control, but hey indicated that they would get the issue resolved. That was August 25th. After not hearing from them for over 2 weeks, I called Monday September 12, and was told that they were being worked on that day, and would be ready by the end of the day. I went in late Tuesday afternoon, and they were still not ready. My glasses are ready for pickup now, so I hope they are OK.. I am thinking that in general, if everything goes smoothly, per process, they are very, very good, but if there is an issue on their side, handling any process exception is a challenge for them.

My teenager had an emergency, got a small ball from a cleanser in her eye. They were able to get her in, the staff is always helpful and the eye doc. Was extremely nice, she helped my daughter get a small piece she had in her eye, and was able to make her feel better. Definitely recommend west valley vision center.

I had a really good visit to have my vision checked. The experience was great, a receptionist checked me in, I was about 30 minutes early, so I expected a wait, walked outside to get a pen from my truck, got back, my technician was waiting for me. She checked out my eyes on several machines, took pictures of each eye, quickly while explaining what she was doing. In no time did she rush but she was quick. She then took me to another examination room and said the Doctor would be in, in a couple of minutes. The doctor arrived and she went through her paces. She seemed really honest and offered advice. She dropped me off to another woman who helped me with costs, should I want glasses. Very good experience for me.

Urgent Care misdiagnosed the pain in my eye as a simple scratch. After a few days, I knew they were wrong. I googled, found and called West Valley Eye Care seeking relief for my eye, as it was getting worse. I needed to be seen that day. The staff was understanding, listening to my concerns and squeezing me in to see a doctor. Within 15 seconds of the examination, Anna Moore found a lodged piece of metal in the upper lid. West Valley Vision has been my go to for my vision care for at least 15 years. Dr. Wilson and Dr. Moore are awesome. I am completely comfortable seeing either Dr's. Both Dr's are very personable and caring. They both take their time to explain and be sure all of your questions and concerns are taken care of. My personal preference would be to see Dr. Moore only because I feel she is closer to my age and she seems relate to my issues and concerns more on my personal level. Don't worry though, because Dr. Wilson is my alternative choice. He has the same level of care and concern. They have this Opto map device that takes a picture of your retina, nerve and vessels instead of dilating your eye. This is amazing. I have been going and getting this done that they can look back to see any differences in case of any concerns. It is well worth paying extra if you have to pay. Sometimes the front office staff at the front desk are not to the care level of the Dr's and you have to be sure you are understood. They seem to keep their face in their computer and are starting to lack the personal attention and care to the patients. The opticians where you can get your glasses are awesome. They help you the best they can to fit your budget and style. Sometimes I do wish that they had a price list of lens charges so when they add all of those charges up it's not a huge surprise. Overall I really do love my eye Dr. Moore and Dr. Wilson here.

I have been a patient of Dr. B Wilson and Dr. S Burson of West Valley Vision since 1999 when they were originally located on Van Buren & Litchfield. These two doctors are the absolute BEST! They know me by name and use my history to help me make the best decisions regarding my eye care. As you enter this beautiful office, you are greeted by Chris and her professional staff to assist you with scheduling, pre-eye exam assessments and picking out the best look for your eye wear. However, the front desk lady at check out was so rude that it left a bad taste in my mouth. She made me not want to order my contacts or glasses through them and I ended up leaving. Visited an optician today after falling asleep with my glasses on, taking them off, then rolling over on them.. One lens had popped out, and they were crooked on my face. The optician straightened them out for me in a flash, and also tightened up my sunglasses, too. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and funny - I guess he'd seen it all. I've decided that I should see an optician every 8-12 weeks or so to ensure my glasses are in good condition! It was big clinic and has various selections. I like that they have a tray for you so they can disinfect the ones you tried before returning them. Although if you are looking for a low priced sunglasses or trying to reuse your own frame this wouldnt be the ideal place for you. The person helping gave me a quote of almost $300+ if they put the lenses on my old frames for my backup use and this is after i purchase 2 glasses from them. My first time here, medical (optical) part was quick, professional and very personalable. Dr Anna was knowledgeable and explains a lot about the causes of my headache and blurred visions. Good thing I went first my family will be trying somewhere else more reasonable unfortunately.

First of all, they have a digital image option rather than doing the pupil dilating drops, which is awesome! No eye drops for this guy! I think next time I might take my prescription elsewhere for frames. But the care you get here is very good. The staff took the time to research to see if my insurance would take care of another visit instead of getting the usual answer NO, like I did from my last eye care professional. Positive: My wife and I had appointments here which were spaced hours apart. First of all the staff squeezed me in early so that we didn't need to wait so long. That was so nice of them to do. The waiting area here is immaculate and simply gorgeous (and they even have a vintage Pac-Man machine to play while you wait - I didn't but thought that was pretty cool). The staff and the doctor were extremely friendly and when picking out frames did everything possible to make sure that we didn't get things that we didn't need. And to make it even better when I changed my mind four days later and decided to upgrade to transition lenses, the staff bent over backwards to try to get my order changed with the lab (which was surprisingly successful). HOWEVER... When I picked up my glasses and wore them for a few hours I realized that I could actually see better up close (I needed bifocals) without the glasses. Also, the transition lenses barely blocked the sun while sitting outside ( or at least that's how it seemed ) so I needed to switch back to standard over the counter sunglasses... So... I upgraded and spent a few hundred dollars for something that made my vision even worse and didn't seem to shield my eyes outdoors. In the end, they had good service but I was not happy with the end product whatsoever and after the great initial experience, I was utterly disappointed. On another positive note... I was able to return my glasses and get a full refund with no hassles. As usual, the staff were all extremely nice and I will probably give this place another shot somewhere down the road for a pair of basic reading glasses.

I was told that the “material was so strong they were difficult to shape”.In two years I wanted to replace the lenses. They were sent out and when they returned the frames were broken. Optical sales said they were getting older but they would give me a discount on a new pair, which wasn’t much. These glasses can’t break easily and I think the optical sales department is fully responsible because they apparently were careless. After I had this wonderful exam I took the prescription to Costco

I don't believe this is any fault of the office there, but the insurance itself. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. There is an eye test you can have done for an extra cost that tells you what the likelihood is of you developing diabetes in the next 4-7 yrs, which I thought was extremely cool. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Very good service amidst the Covid pandemic, I had my annual eye exam and contact fitting and in general had an efficient and informative visit as usual. I have come to west valley vision for over 15years. I have seen almost every optometrist in this facility as my schedule is busy and I used to have to shuffle appointments for myself and 3 kids so we had to see staff in parallel appointments to get exams done same day.

The process was thorough, and efficient, we each saw different Drs, I saw Dr Anna Moore, who talked me through some of my life changes when it comes to eyes, and I will be doing a follow up regarding a couple of issues. The process of selecting glasses was as always straight forward, and being guided through the various options for my lenses, as I have special requirements due to my work environment. This was done all i a timely manner, and I was happy with the selection of styles and availability of specialist frames. I look forward to the alerts as to when they have landed for fitment. After making an appointment and planning around it for weeks, I get a last minute message to come in 20 minutes early for paperwork.
