My experience here was a really good one. The receptionists were thorough and very nice. They seemed organized. My wait to be seen was only about 10 minutes. The doctor was patient and very nice. She explained the process the entire time. It was very clean. I felt comfortable here. I would highly recommend this place for your eye care.

The intern that did my exam was phenomenal! Super professional, efficient, and confident. She made me feel very comfortable! However, I was totally lied to about pricing. We ran my insurance more than once and I was very specific about what I wanted everytime and was told I could be provided that with no cost out the door, which was completely FALSE. They wanted $200+ more for things I was told would be covered by insurance. So, take that as you will.

My wife and I have been under the care of Dr. Juarez for years and he is the very best Optometrist in Phoenix. Caring, friendly, and so professional. What is also great is we get our eye glasses there too and today we had a appointment and when we were selecting our new frames for our new glasses we were well taken care of by Jonathan and wow, also so professional, friendly and answered every questions we had from the frames to our insurance coverage and deductibles. We appreciate Dr. Juarez and his excellent staff.

The past two years going to any medical facility has not been pleasant. Customer service and medical care has gone down the drain. But my experience with this office was STELLAR! I had an eye emergency and I called on a Saturday and they put me on the schedule right away ( that’s not typical for new patients) I was welcomed as soon as I reached the front desk. The young lady who took me back and did my eye exam was so sweet and professional. Dr. Juarez is an excellent Doctor my visit wasn’t rushed and he demonstrated such patients and concern to make sure my questions were answered. My experience was awesome Thank you.

I would definitely recommend here for your whole family. They do a really great job and are very thorough on their exam. They also have interns doing exams too which I do not mind because they are right out of school and vert detailed and thorough. Then the doctor will still come and see you after. They took all 4 of my kids at one time and did a great job. My husband has an astigmatism that most places miss and they did not here! Every one is very friendly and helpful. Give them a try!

This is a clinc that genuinely cares for their patents. I felt so comfortable calling them with any issues I've had with my frames or lenses and they have never made me felt like I am liable, they WILL work with you. Call them and you will be encountered by a friendly voice, they honestly care. From their Opticians to their manager's, and MA's. All great people. Ask for Dr. Juarez, Leslie or Jen; you'll be in good hands. I've been coming here for 5 years now.

My kids and I have been coming to Dr. Juarez for over 10 years. I've worn glasses/contacts for most of my life and have gone to different optometrists but Dr.Juarez is by far the best. This place is amazing. Dr Juarez always takes his time with my kids and explains every question I have. Prices are reasonable and they do discounts on second pair of glasses which is great for people who need computer lenses as well as distance. They gave my older son everything he needed in his new adventure wearing contacts ☺ and are always so caring with my eyes taking into consideration my health problems. The staff is just amazing and with Covid-19 going on I have no worries at all in their office because they are taking every precautions needed in order to keep us safe.

My eyesight has been deteriorating drastically in the last decade. Getting my precise prescription has always been a struggle since I have a astigmatism. The doctors at The Vision Center of West Phoenix did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and took the time and effort to ensure I received the best prescription possible. I haven’t been to this office since 2013 and I can say I’ll define you be coming here from now on. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very informative and helpful. The eye doctor was amazing... however the lady who took my kids back said I couldn't go with my kids because of Covid. I told her that was not acceptable and every other place I went with my kids I could go back with them. When I was there there were 3 groups of people who had someone else with them that went back. I told them my son was scared and didn't want to do it by himself. It was not cool. The doctor was nice, the lady who took my back for my eye appointment was not. I booked us all 3 at one time thinking it would be faster and I could stay with my kids.

I was almost late to my appointment so I called and they explained the “15 minute grace period”. I planned accordingly and ended up a bit early. I was instantly checked in because a few days before they sent me a text to fill out the paperwork at my leisure. The store and bathrooms were very clean and fresh. A couple minutes later I was getting a “Pre-Check” by another very friendly, skilled professional. Next, right into the test room, and yes, to another super positive expert! The test was extremely thorough, much more so than my previous test the one of those “Club stores”. Finishing up the exam was the “Real Dr.” who quickly confirmed all the tests were perfect. Their interactions were both professional and light hearted in a friendly way. I knew this was a good team, which made me confident and comfortable. Then finally off to the showroom, again all filled with positive and friendly faces and great attitudes. We quickly selected the options and she seamlessly calculated my insurance deductible. All the frames are top notch high end quality; Ray Ban, Oakley, Swarovski, Guess. Nothing but the best. It’s like a Swiss Spa for your eyes!!! Thank you team, keep up the great work.

Honestly if you are looking to get glasses or contacts and dont want to be in the waiting room for long, check this place out. I wasn't even in the waiting area for a minute when i got called back and they had great staff and the doctors assistant was great as well, she made me feel comfortable, especially when she was teaching me how to put in my contacts. Absolutely loved my experience here. Forms were all done online and before my appointment. Multiple reminders via text. I haven't had my eyes checked in well over five years, if not more. I wasn't expecting much; but it was a full experience with a large clean office and patient rooms. The MDs and ophthalmologists were professional and not only can you tell that they know what they're doing; but that they actually care. I ended up needing a prescription and now I know why I've been struggling with fatigue, headaches and seeing clearly when reading or at the computer. Also a HUGE selection of glasses. Everything was easy, painless and felt like a complete experience.

The staff is super friendly, and Dr Juarez and his associates are very thorough in their evaluation and treatment. I went in complaining of blurry vision in my left eye. I went to an opthalmologist some time ago who ran standard ''Does this help?'' tests on me and told me he could not help me. Dr Juarez' team diagnosed me with severly dry eye, along with inflammation. They explained that inflammation can cause double vision, which the opthalmologist did not find, and that dry eye can cause it too. It can also be caused by cataracts, or changes to the lens of the eye over time. The easiest to fix is inflammation, so they started there. 1 week after steroid treatment I am vastly improved but not entirely. He put in tear duct plugs, and prescribed a different medication. He also found I have 20/40 vision in that eye, also not found by the opthalmologist. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
