This is my favorite place to go for an eye exam. Doctor Patel is very nice and explains why he performs each test and what it is that he is looking for when doing so. I appreciate that he explains the process because it helps me understand what is going on with my vision. The others are also very nice and willing to help. The guys are funny and were sweet while helping me check out and choose a new frame.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to this Optical. Dr. Patel was warm and kind which eased my social anxiety. He was very helpful when I had questions and made sure I understood his answers. This year I decided to try contacts out and the process was super easy, thorough, and patient. They ensured that I tried on the best fit and assured me that we could try on as many pairs as I wanted so that I could be comfortable. They’re also very considerate if you don’t have insurance and don’t try to price gouge you.

I felt like they tried pulling a scam with the glasses pricing, telling me my insurance covered everything and then not until he took my credit card did he say there was a $150 charge for the lenses! However, I appreciated the structured method to Dr. Patel's eye examination that he has incorporated. I noticed that he used our time with specific questions throughout my eye examine. Straight and to the point. He would tell me what I was to expect with each section of the examination. This is what I enjoyed about my visit. This is not to mention that the store front staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The young lady helped me fill out my forms (I am horrible with names, however, I do believe her name started with a "T" -- I came in on Sunday afternoon 12/29 @ 4pm). I enjoyed my visit so much I asked the gentlemen if I had filled out the form that would notify me when I was due for an eye examination in a year! Thanks again for the delightful visit to your store! By the way, it was my wife who suggested that I come see you! Best!

With astigmatism is isn't always quick to discern but it is important to get right for accuracy. He clearly answered questions on things I had been wondering about for years. I had been dealing with some pretty bad light sensitivity the last few days that had gotten progressively worse. I called on Friday and the woman who answered the phone politely told me they were booked and also not open on Sunday (Easter). She told me she could take my info down and they would call if they could fit me in. A man called later that afternoon and offered me a time the next day. It was awesome they worked to fit me in! I got there 10 minutes late and they still graciously took me in and proceeded to tell me that I had damaged corneas and needed drops. The doctor was very kind (Patel was off so it was someone else that I, unfortunately, don't remember his name...) and didn't treat me like the idiot I am for sleeping in my contacts. He also made kind, genuine conversation. I left with a script in-hand and ended up having to do a self-pay fee (which I was told during both calls and prior to my appointment starting as well so no surprise there). It was affordable and overall I walked away very happy! Still blind, but happy (ha). I want to say thank you to everyone there and the service was absolutely spectacular. It's the next day and already my light sensitivity is almost gone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
