My husband and I both came for an annual checkup with Dr. Goldberg, and found her to be highly professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and attentive to our needs. She answered all our questions, making us feel very comfortable to ask them. Never once we felt rushed or taking too much of her time. The whole staff at this office is very welcoming and efficient, and easy to reach by phone. We both wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Amanda Goldberg to be in charge of your eye health. She is amazing!

It was my first time visiting this practice and Dr Goldberg was exceptional! I am a bit squeamish when it comes to being at the eye doctor and am always pretty uncomfortable, but today Dr Goldberg made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I brought my son (with autism) to Dr. Cohen for an eye exam today. I chose him based on a recommendation from Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center. Our experience was fantastic from the moment we walked in the door. The reception staff was friendly, the assistant/tech was so patient and kind with my kiddo. She explained everything she was doing and continually reassured him. Dr. Cohen came in and was also incredibly wonderful with him. We both had so much anxiety about how the appointment would go, but everyone at Dr. My Eyes proved there was no reason to be anxious! I am grateful to have found a practice that will work for us. Dr. Goldberg saved the day when I had a scratched cornea and had plans to leave town early the next morning. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything in detail. It’s immediately clear when you walk in that the doctors and every member of the staff care deeply about their patients. Best experience I’ve ever had at an Optometrist/Ophthalmologist office. While I didn’t purchase glasses they have an awesome selection on display. I have one of the very few insurance plans that they don’t accept but I’ll be returning and paying out of pocket. They’re that good.

She struck me as an extremely bright and competent doctor, as well as a very nice and empathetic person. Other office personnel were equally kind and helpful. In short, going to this office was a very pleasant and reassuring experience, and so I can enthusiastically recommend Dr. Goldberg and this practice to anyone in search of an eye doctor.

Dr Cohen's entire office runs so smoothly and efficiently. I showed up a bit early and they actually took me back to start the exam early! That never happens at any other Dr I go to. From the lady who does the pre-exam tests, to Dr Cohen's exam and then the ladies at the reception desk, it's a well-oiled machine- so smooth. Dr Cohen takes his time with you, and asks good questions. I felt he did a thorough exam, and most importantly wrote up a prescription that helps me see both the computer screen and distances as clear as can be. I would give 20 stars if I could!

I’ve been coming to Dr Cohen’s office for about 10 years now. The staff is always friendly and kind, and Dr Cohen himself is like talking to an old friend. My son needed vision therapy for help with reading, and Dr Cohen recognized it immediately. It was pretty significant for our family. I don’t trust my eyes or the eyes of my family to anyone else! Update: I was at work and saw flashes of light, and was blinded randomly for about 10 minutes, and there were no bright lights. It happened twice in an hour. . I called Dr Cohen’s office to see if I needed to go to the ER. Dr Cohen told me no, but made time to see me the next day. This office really will bend over backwards for their patients.

The entire staff at Doctor my Eyes are helpful and work hard to make certain your glasses are the perfect fit. They are also considerate if you want to stay in a budget and help you achieve your eyeglass goals. I cannot day enough great things about Dr. Cohen. He has changed how I feel about my eyes. He recommended I see Megan at Scribble to Script after he checked my eye coordination, tracking, and convergence and divergence. Since then, I have successfully completed eye therapy with Jen at Scribble to Script. My vision has improved. My eyes now do everything they were meant to do. Plus I can now read for as long as I want, instead of 15 minutes or less. Dr. Cohen is the most thoughtful and compassionate doctor I know. He explained that if my eyes don’t converge and diverge, I could have difficulty reading, comprehending what I read, and reading for longer than 15 or so minutes. As it turns out, I had issues with all of those areas. But now I don’t. For me, it is like getting a new pair of eyes and seeing clearly for the first time in my life. Thank you Dr. Cohen! Ok I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while because ppl need to know just how great this doctor is. I always knew he was a good physician but he became great in my eyes, no pun intended, when I felt he went above and beyond for my daughter. She’s been seeing him for a while, first with prescription glasses, then with contacts and now with some allergies that really cause issues with her eyes, major inflammation. Anyway, when a very scary episode occurred resulting in a lot of pain and inflammation in her eye, Dr. Cohen took my phone call immediately, after hours on a Sunday night, Father’s Day no less!!!...had her scheduled that next morning, no questions asked and knew exactly how to treat it. He had samples ready for me to take home to treat her eye so that I would not have to be out of pocket. Dr. Cohen insisted that I update him everyday with her progress...I don’t ever get doctors like this! He totally made me feel at peace and has my back regarding her care without a doubt! Hands down, best eye doctor you could ever ask for! Thank you doctor Cohen for all you do!!!

Today’s visit was beyond helpful. I had been a patient of their practice many years ago and I am glad to see their office is continuing providing amazing service to all who seek a clearer view on the world around. Their mobile pre-appointment forum was simple to fill out and to confirm my visit with a reminded follow up message the following day. I arrived 15 minutes early for check-in and was seen ahead of my scheduled time. There were new optic machines for getting the best layout and reading of my eyes that made the experience futuristic and followed with personal care from front desk receptionist to my eye care professionals. We went over all aspects of what direction I was looking for in my eye sight health, care and products provided. I originally made the visit for an eye exam to get a look at where my eye sight was and purchase new contacts. On top of completing those goals they had brought up the question about Laser eye correction. I had been previously hesitant about the idea but they left me with a reference and pamphlet to one of the best doctors in town and a settled mind about possibly taking a deeper look into that option in my future. The whole visit was completed within 20-30 minutes. I will be back in a week to discuss the results of the new trial pair I will be seeing through for the next week and to purchase glasses as a back up for when I am on extended outings in the wilderness. Dr. Cohen and his entire office deserve WAY MORE than 5 stars and here is why - For some reference, I have Sjogren's (autoimmune) and the most common symptom for me is dry eyes. Dr. Cohen served on the board of directors for the Sjorgen's Syndrome Foundation for many years and is INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE about the disease. Before he even started with the typical eye tests, we had a down to earth and real discussion about how the autoimmune disease can impact my life, relationships, and overall health- the conversation was enlightening and gave me hope. He made me feel validated and assured that there are steps to manage my symptoms. He even offered for my fiance to tag along at the next appointment because it is important for my partner to understand the disease and how it will affect me in day to day life. Why am i getting into these details? For anyone (with or without Sjorgen's) looking for a smart, caring, genuine doctor - Dr. Cohen is undoubtedly the BEST out there. He cares about your eyes, obviously, but about your overall health and well being. He gave me multiple resources, that I plan to utilize on a day to day basis. We have a series of tests scheduled to determine the best treatment for me moving forward. It is important to figure out EXACTLY what kind of patient you are (e.g., do your tears evaporate too fast or do you not produce enough tears to start with?) so you can find a treatment that works for you. I am SO excited for these next steps because I know Dr. Cohen will significantly help me manage my symptoms. I have found my eye doctor for life and I am truly appreciative of Doctor Cohen - thank you for all you do and for truly caring!!! Also - shout out to the lady that helped me pick out my sunglasses / glasses. Dr. Stephen M Cohen is a great optometrist. I have Sjogren’s, an autoimmune disease that often causes eye complications. I’d been telling my ophthalmologist about my gritty, sand in my eyes feeling for a couple years. He prescribed steroid drops that didn’t help. I knew Dr. Cohen was highly regarded by the Sjögren’s Foundation and was up in the latest research and treatment so I decided to see if he could help. He did, way beyond my wildest expectations! He diagnosed my Punctate Keratitis and asked if I wanted to try stem cell regenerative therapy to try to heal my corneas. It’s been three months since I had the cryopressed stem cells placed in my eyes for 5-7 days. My corneas went from being pitted like orange peel to smooth as a marble. No more sand and grit feelings! I recently woke up at 4:30 am with the worst feeling of something being in my eye. After 2 hours of being unable to remove it and the pain getting worse I was ready to go to the ER. My wife searched Eye doctors and left Dr Cohen's office a message on their after hours emergency line. Within minutes of the office opening she received a call and they scheduled an appointment time of 10 am even though I was a new patient. Shortly there after Dr Cohen personally called and said do not wait until 10 and suffer any longer get here as quick as you can and I will get you taken care of. If that wasn't enough after leaving his office he personally called my wife and went over my diagnosis and treatment with her. He diagnosed a problem I've had for potentially my entire life that I never knew existed and that no other doctor thought to assess. While my eyesight is and has always been nearly perfect, my eyes have trouble focusing on letters and words. It sounds ridiculous, I know! But he knew exactly what to test for and it turns out my eyes have trouble working together. I need to go to a specialist (OT) to train them to work as a team. He told me to check in with him..that if the specialist I was seeing had questions about treatments to just give his number! Talk about going out of your way.... I have never been so happy and hopeful in my life!!!!! BEST customer service I have EVER received in my life with Doctor My Eyes/Stephen Cohen, OD and Amanda Goldberg, OD and Bausch + Lomb! Me being the irresponsible adult, waited until I was out of contacts to go to my appointment to get more. They didn't have trials of my astigmatism contacts I use but they had the regular ones which can hold me over. Dr. Goldberg said they typically come in fast so after a week, I called and asked where they were because I didn't get them yet. They were on backorder and she (will not name who I spoke with on the phone) said let me call and see for how long, it's not usually long. Turns out it IS long and they wouldn't be in until November 17th so she directly called the manufacturer (Bausch + Lomb) and they said they can overnight them for $13. So I paid the $13. Well that was on Friday so I expected them Monday. Didn't get them but thought... maybe because I called them later in the day on Friday, they probably won't be here until Tuesday. Tuesday goes by, NO CONTACTS. So first thing this morning I call the eye doctor and she tells me the FedEx tracking is saying it was delivered......... I BLEW UP. I would know if the contacts were delivered. I work from home and see FedEx pass me everyday. We have a camera that would go off if something was delivered. She basically tells me it is out of the eye doctor offices hands now and I need to deal with FedEx. All I can think is "I just want to see!!" The lady tells me "well you can order more but it'll cost you". Immediate thought was I AM NEVER GIVING MY MONEY TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. I call FedEx and they tell me they will contact the driver and he SHOULD get back to me by the end of the day, 5pm. I said "so I will sit her blind until I hear back from you at MAYBE 5pm!?" He said he made note that this was urgent... Mind you my thinking is, I'm working from home today and will flag down that driver myself when I see him. I get this text from the doctor's office and I honestly started tearing up.... My office and Bausch and Lomb are splitting the cost of my two 90pk contacts and overnight shipping. IF THAT ISN'T THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE EVER SEEN, IDK WHAT IS. P.S. I'm highly considering lasik after this experience and I am still going to fight FedEx for the original contacts so I can give them back to the office for so generously giving to me ❤️
