All of these 5 star reviews are absolutely legit! Just walking in I was struck with how well-decorated and CLEAN things were. I also took note of signs asking clients to please feel free to try on as many frames as we like but to please not re-place on the wall so that staff can disinfect them for the next client (very much appreciated these days!). The entire staff was very friendly and professional - Dominique paid close attention to detail as she ran me through some of the tests. Upon completion I was shown to another (incredibly clean) room where Dr. Alsadi met me very soon thereafter (also appreciated). He is super nice, pays very close attention to detail, explained everything very thoroughly, and made certain that all of my questions were answered. As others have expressed, I did not feel rushed out of the exam in the least! As was the case selecting frames (I wish I could remember her name) - where I was shown what to look for when selecting a frame (how it fits on my nose, temples, etc.) not just how they look on my face. I so wish that I had found this practice sooner! Thanks to everyone!

Great experience at this office. The staff is friendly. Service is great. The doctor is friendly, chatty, and really helpful. This is the best optometrist I've been to. Update 1/16/2023 Second visit for a second pair of glasses. I had another great visit as a buyer only (no eye exam this time). Looking at frames, I brought in a pair of readers that I really like and asked Nicole if they had anything like them. She looked at the wall and then pulled out a secret stash of frames that were very affordable and exactly what I was looking for. She answered all my questions and I left as happy this second time as I was the first. This is definitely my optometrist now. I like supporting a local office, not a chain, knowing that I’m supporting a small business and a great staff. Keep up the great work!

I have been a patient with advanced eye care for a very very long time. I have tried other Doctors and facilities, per insurance, but always come back to Dr. Johnson and his staff. Since Dr. Johnson's passing last year, I was concerned about the quality and care of the new Dr., but when I went for my regular appointment. The staff was still as professional and friendly and efficient as always. They genuinely care about you as a person and your needs and wants when looking for a new pair of glasses. They work with your insurance so there is nothing for you to do but enjoy picking out a new frame. When meeting Dr. Alsadi for the first time, he was friendly, approachable, explained everything to me in easy to understand non-doctor talk and asked if I had any further questions. He spent as much time with me that was needed and I wasn't rushed out. He even ran additional tests on me himself, because my eyes weren't cooperating. Dr Johnson will be hugely missed, but he picked a wonderful replacement. I will never go anywhere else. If you want excellent care for your and your families precious eyes. This is the place for you.

Love love love this group! From scheduling to ordering it was simple quick. Insurance was pre approved before I came in. There was a short wait. Everyone was smiling and greeted me immediately. This is from my wife and me. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The office is inviting. Dominique at the front desk is very sweet and helpful, from booking our appointments over the phone to helping us when we arrived. Dr Alsadi is very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to examine my and my wife’s eyes and explain things. Michele was very patient and extremely helpful in helping me find just the right glasses that fit my face and my taste. She is very knowledgeable about the different glasses and lenses which really helped me make the best decisions for the glasses and sunglasses I picked. This was my first visit and in one word to describe my visit is "WOW". From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming reception staff. They set the tone for the rest of the visit. Every staff member I came in contact with was knowledgeable and explained everything as they went through the exam, so I knew what they were doing and why. I've never had that with my previous I doctor or his staff. So it was very nice to experience that. My experience with Dr. Johnson one on one was great! He was able to speak with me about my concerns and explain what he was doing in a way for me to understand. I did not have that with my previous doctor. So thank you to Dr. Johnson for making this a great visit and making your office a place that I would want to come back to and a place that I will recommend to everyone. Lastly, but certainly not least was choosing a pair of glasses. Sharon was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and like all the other staff members I interacted with during the visit, she was able to explain the different products in a way for me to understand and in a way for me to make an educated decision on what to choose for my lenses. Not to mention the selection of frames was fantastic! It has been almost 4 years since I last had my vision checked at advanced eye care Center. They are one of the most professional offices I have ever dealt with, starting with the phone call to reestablish myself. It was as if I had never left their care, I was made to feel welcomed and I had a very short time to wait for my appointment. Dr. Johnson and his assistant did a thorough check on my eyes. He assured me that my vision had barely changed in the past four years and it wasn’t necessary for me to buy new lenses, unless I wanted to replace my frames therefore no purchase was necessary. 🤩 Thanks Dr. Johnson!! Everything about my appointment was great! The option to submit forms online reduced time spent in the seating area. Check in was quick and wait time was minimal. The technician performing eye checks was friendly and efficient. The technician who measured frames and lenses was knowledgeable, helpful and patient focused. But most importantly, new Doctor Waleed Alsadi was A+. He was courteous, confident, professional and comprehensive. My husband snd I were both deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Johnson. Always a great experience. Dr. Johnson and his staff always make feel welcome and we'll informed. Was seeing another eye doctor for the last 13 years and never felt like I was being listened to. Went to Dr. Johnson based on Google reviews. So happy I did. Within in my first visit they had me scheduled for Lasik. Which is what I've wanted for years. After Lasik I had a few follow up appointments. My eyesight is better than it's ever been. Carleen is a huge asset to this place. She does a tremendous job. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Most of them just rush through the exam and give you a prescription that kind of works. Went in for only an eye exam. Was out in about 30 mins. I like how fast it went ! Staff is friendly as well. Been going for about 7 years. Dr Johnson was my doctor for most of them but I like the new guy as well, very professional! (bad with names) rip Dr Johnson.

I never leave reviews but considering the strong reviews were part of why I gave this place a try, I felt compelled to leave one. Everyone here is extremely kind and personable. Dr. Alsadi was kind and friendly while going over my options and the optician (I think her name is Nicole) made me feel like I was talking to an old friend and helped me pick some great glasses. 10/10 recommend!

The clinic is top notch! The person that greeted me was very pleasant and helped me sign in. The technician that did the intake exam was efficient and friendly! I really was pleased with Dr. Alsadi. He is very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and took his time. You will be pleased that you chose Advanced eye care center. 10/10 experience! I didn’t know how bad I needed glasses until my evaluation. I almost cried when the Doc showed me what my vision looked like with glasses. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough as were the staff. I was able to choose frames with staff’s assistance the same day, I’m grateful to have found such a wonderful eye care practice. Highly recommend!!
