I've been wearing glasses for 20+ years, and this was easily the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Burg, Daniel (the Optician) and Nina (the Concierge) made this the most pleasant experience from the time I booked the appointment until I left with a receipt for my gorgeous new glasses. Loved their selection of Caviar Frames, and I'm looking forward to getting my new "face jewelry" and becoming a long-time customer! 8/30/22 Edited to add Pictures of the glasses I adore!

Omni Vision is the best eye care center in Philadelphia. Dr. Burg is a very personable and knowledgeable optometrist, and he is supported by a great team. I recently ordered a year's supply of contacts that encountered some shipping delays, and Nina was incredibly helpful and communicative - she made sure I got my contacts in time before a trip I had planned. Again, a fantastic team that I recommend to my own family and friends.

And then when I make my way back downstairs to Nani, the Queen of fashion when it comes to eyeglass frames, she will pick you out something that you will love even if you think you won’t. The selection of frames was exceptional and contemporary, made of new high quality materials. If you need an eye exam and are lucky enough to afford one and/or have insurance, this is probably where you should go in the Philadelphia area. After making appointments with other optometrists only to be baited and switched upon arrival (nickel and dimed for contact lenses trials or glaucoma checks, etc. on top of the exam fees) or seeing the staff be lax with covid distancing and safety measures, I finally found Omni Vision. Making an appointment was easy and seamless here. You text their main number or fill out the survey form on their website and one of the staff will get back to you right away. Daniel texted me back in seconds and called and took my details. I had an appointment a couple of days later. Upon arrival, check-in and payment was very easy. I didn't have to fill out stacks of paperwork nor did I have to wait for the staff to check my insurance to determine my payment and services that day. Another plus was Dr. Burg saw me immediately even though I was early. Dr. Burg was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained to me what every step of the appointment was and asked the correct probing questions regarding my lifestyle and eye health. I didn't feel rushed and he took great care with having me try different lens strengths for both my glasses and contact lenses. It was one of the best eye exams I've had in years. Afterwards I was able to speak to the optician Daniel about getting glasses. I was impressed by their use of digital lens tailoring, how they have an in-house lab along with the ability to modify any frame with nosepieces to fit people who have lower nose bridges or high cheekbones. Also the office was clean, neat, and safe. It has separate exam and optician waiting areas which prevent over crowding and covid transmission. Their appointment only policy also ensures that their office is social distance friendly.

I had a great experience with the Lead Optician Nani, she was very knowledgeable about about a variety of shades and glasses which lead me to purchasing a great pair of Cartier glasses. She also provided me with a decent personal opinion which lead to my purchase. I also received an eye examination which Dr Burg was great. Im back with them now and let me tell you- if you're looking for quality service and sincere care for your vision issues, then this is the place. My dispensing Optician, Daniel Joy was very receptive and attentive as well as patient as I searched for frames. Dr Stuart Burg was my optician was meticulous with my evaluation. I walk by this office all the time and decided this would be the next place I got my eye exam. I paid out of pocket only $75 and ended up with a way more precise exam than I thought I would get along with information previous optometrist didn't bother sharing. Then Daniel helped me pick out a frame. I typically order frames online just because I like being able to have various looks but I'm happy to also splurge. I was told they also cut lenses so maybe I can get some vintage frames set up. Thank you for the best service I've had in awhile.

Love Omni Vision. During this pandemic they take great precautions taking your temp after stepping inside. Had a 12:30 appt, no wait checked in and was sent up to see Dr. Burg who was very thorough, professional and pleasant. When it was time to choose frames a very pleasant lady at the front desk found a beautiful pair of Marc Jacob frames that were on sale, the first ones I tried on, loved and purchased. If you are looking for eyeglasses Omni Vision is the place to go. Huge inventory of designer frames at reasonable prices.

The best eye exam I’ve had since living in Philly and the Dr got my prescription right plus I was in and out! Everyone in there is great, Allison got me an appointment right away, Daniel helped me pick out my frames and they have a huge selection. I even got my glasses in 2 days! The new location is absolutely amazing. Khalid is very attentive and helps you with making the best decision, not just the most expensive. The Optometrist was very attentive, did an extensive exam. The male Asian owner kept watching my every move, made me a little uncomfortable as if he thought I was stealing or something. This is my second visit and purchase at Omni Vision. I love their selection and Khalif, just don’t want to be assumed a criminal when I spend lots of money on my eye glasses, all in full.

The digital lens they offer is very good. Usually when you get new glasses, you need to adjust to the new lenses, but their digital lenses require no such adjustment period. I start wearing my new glasses right after I got them and didn’t feel any difference from my old pair.

I was prepared to be disappointed. I have worn glasses since I was 6, I am 63 nearsighted and need readers. They convinced me I would only need 1 pair to serve my vision needs, reading needs, and computer needs with digital lens. They delivered! I can see clear like I was looking through glass lens. I can read and see my computer without moving my head around the way I had to when I wore progressive. Pricey but well worth it!
