I've been going here and taking my son here for years. The doctors are friendly, helpful, and straightforward. Very convenient: you can get an appointment quickly and the parking is easy. Reasonable prices. Lots of vision places will take advantage of you, but New World is straight up and honest.

Always register online for the timing, it helps speed up the process! And you barely have to wait. My eye exam was done in 30 minutes! There r a lot of glasses, many branded too! The eye doctor was very nice, and the people in the front desk always make sure they are taking note of u.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with the warmest welcome my staff Jazmin. She guided me through my whole wonderful experience. I was in fear because my vision was starting to become blurry. She helped to make this terrifying experience more pleasurable. Doctor Yoo was very gentle and soothing to my spirit. This was the best doctor visit I ever had ; the team work great together. They have the top of the line technology eye system machine to test your eye pressure,, look in the back of your brain and etc. It was truly a great experience .

The store is fantastic with making glasses, I’ll rate it five stars. Especially Ms. Jazmin, she’s so wonderful with her customer service. Also Mr. Stone, he’s so awesome and efficient with expediting glasses on the same day if you need it right away. Lastly, Dr. Allison Belfer is the most wonderful doctor ever!!! She get examination so thoroughly and in a fast-paced efficient way as possible. I love her!!!

Years after years I would come back to this store. This is a nice store with many options to pick from. The services I received have always been nothing but outstanding. There is even a doctor on site in case you don’t already have a prescription. Prices are reasonable and glasses are done quick. They follow strict COVID protocol to keep everybody safe. All frames must be cleaned throughly after trying before being put back on display. I love this place and highly recommend to anyone.

New World Eye Care is phenomenal! I lost my glasses and was desperate for a new pair, and they got me in for an appointment the same day. I even was able to walk out with glasses made! Everyone was super friendly too. The one drawback is that their selection of glasses, especially their "basic frames," was pretty outdated. It took me a long time to find a pair that I could feel comfortable in. That said, they definitely do have a bunch of options and I loved my experience there.

Prices are reasonable and I trust that they’re not overcharging me (like I’ve experienced with other places in the past). They also have weekend hours and are open until 6pm weekdays which is great. Great service!!! Highly recommended they take Medicaid and virtually every insurance. I just found me new eye doctor for all my needs. They offer same day expedited services and you can leave with your new prescription in 20 minutes. It's a great option for anyone that needs same day service in order to see correctly.

Even when the system showed problems with insurance they made sure my child had their glasses for school and worked diligently to fix the problem. The high quality customer service is what I like the most. Lym goes the extra mile every time with our insurance company to make sure my child's specialized eyeglass prescription is covered. And the doctor is so good with kids. She not only gets the best eyeglass prescription strength, she also adds in features to help their eyes not to worsen as much over time. I did not know it was even possible to do that. This is South Philly's best eye care office, hands down.

The reception and sale man are very friendly and educated me any step that i made a purchased. I’ve been coming here for years and this is the best place to get your eye wear in the city. The people here are very nice and patient with you so you feel more comfortable when you are visiting. I came in as a walk in and I was seen as soon there was an availability. They also accept many types of insurances which is nice because most places do not take my insurance. My best place to shopping an eye glasses for many years. This office always took me as I walk-in and my eye exam was quick and very thoroughly. All of the staffs are very well trained and helped me what I need. The manager is very helpful training my contact fitting which I was hesitated to get it for couple years. I'm a real picky and hard to please a guy (ask my ex – wives). I've been going to New World Vision Center since 2004 and have since purchased seven pairs of prescription glasses from them. The service and convenience of this place is amazing. I've always been able to walk in on a whim and be serviced immediately. They always seem to have an optometrist on duty to quickly and thoroughly, examine my vision. The staff is low-key and extremely helpful and accommodating. In two instances, where I was being fussy and wasn't hundred percent satisfied with my progressive lenses, they quickly, and without objection, re-examined me and made the lens is perfect. The selection and styles of frames are very good; the prices are probably on the lower side of average; in the parking is ample. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

really pleased with my experience here for an eye exam. first time there on saturday. very professional doctor (no guilt trips for me not having an eye exam in the past four years), my glasses arrived faster than they estimated (three business days later!), staff is extremely nice and attentive, and overall the amount of time you spend there for an appointment is a million times faster than any other place i've been to. highly recommended. oh yeah, and ask for a copy of your prescription after your exam and they will give it to you.
