I think I was the last appointment of the day and Dr. Brewer and her associates were still pleasant, helpful and clearly communicated every step of the way. My appointment was quick and enjoyable. The equipment was new and I liked that there was no dilating drops required for the annual eye exam. I will be returning here.

The young ladies at the desk are absolute dolls. They took their time and all of them tried to handle my situation. I spoke with a young lady that morning and when I came in for my appointment later that day she knew exactly who I was and picked up right where our conversation ending previously. She is the absolute best!! I was so impressed I called to find out her name but the office is closed! I would/will do another survey just to include her name. 1000% customer service!!!!

Amazing! My son was having issues with his right eye and his contacts. He plays soccer and he wears contacts to play so not being able to wear them is a big deal. I showed up after 5 on a Friday without an appointment. Dr. Brewer was so nice and the staff were so helpful. Dr. Brewer saw my son and was very thorough on checking his eye. She gave us a prescription and he is on the mend. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

Then, the girls really knew what to do and answered all my questions and showed patiently with encouragement on how to properly put lenses. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing. My 4yr old wad extremely nervous and scared and they did everything they could to make her comfortable and they were so patient. The girls in the front were so kind and considerate. The doctor was great with my daughter . She talked to her and made her feel comfortable and she even got a few laughs. She explained everything in detail and even allowed me to call my daughters father so she could explain it to him too in detail. It was very much appreciated. I'm definitely coming back here.

Very first thorough eye exam. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was very up to date and the doctors themselves do a great job of making you feel comfortable and guiding you through process. Having Lens rafters on hand when ready to pick out frames was a HUGE plus.

I needed contacts fast and contacts right. I got an appointment that afternoon for an exam after school. The reception area was efficient, welcoming, and pleasant. The tech who prepped me was careful, considerate, and instructive on the machines she used to test my eyes. The doctor read the current prescription off my glasses, gave me the standard eye exam, discussed options for lenses, fitted me, and made sure of my satisfaction before leaving. It's hard to believe but they accomplished in one evening what my other doctor couldn't do in a week.

Great experience. They continually clean and sanitize the areas as well as the instruments being used. I felt very comfortable being there and sending my sister and wife there for their eye exams. 1 year later - still very happy with this location! Julie is awesome! I'm not sure of their titles but the two young ladies at the desk in the back of the Lens crafters office were so professional and kind I began to think that I was in a different city. The older white lady at the desk had to call me back & charge me an extra $29 because she charged me wrong . Then she changed it again & charged me an extra $40 because she did it wrong again . Other than that, the blonde doctor & both 2 young Spanish girls there were sooo nice <3 :)

UPDATE: *I received a call and they were able to assist. The representative who took my insurance made a mistake and they were able to resolve the issue.* I was sent a bill a month after my appointment, I have insurance and paid the remaining balance that the insurance didn’t cover right after my exam. I was still sent a bill for $200 that I do not know what is for. Ive been trying to call the number that’s on the bill for the past week with no answer, left voicemails with all my information and never received a call back. Dr. Brewer and Associates will be losing a regular customer.

Pleasantly surprised at the high level of care found in a strip mall eye glass store. Everyone on the staff was very professional, rooms were clean and nicely appointed with the latest equipment. Do recommend scheduling an appointment. Although they do accept walk-ins, the wait can be long since most people do schedule. The wait was minimal with a scheduled appointment (approx. 15 minutes)

I have been going here for about two years and am very satisfied. My doctor is Dr. Kyle Capel. From the very first visit I liked his attitude so much that I am comfortable and confident in his assessments of my situation. I am a retired physicist/engineer and I appreciate the way he keeps track of those aspects which require the more careful attention. I see him twice a year since the extra cost after my Medicare deductible is worth it to keep things on a preventative basis rather than on a corrective basis. The practice seems well equipped, instrumentation wise, for that purpose. From running discussions concerning my situation I have also discerned that I would be referred in a timely manner to appropriate specialists for treatments, such as operations, beyond their ability to perform. Apart from the eye care aspects it is also very convenient for me to get there by car or bus via Bustleton Ave. if need be. There are enough major streets with public transportation to get you there from almost anywhere.

While the staff was nice and friendly the exam offices wasn’t clean for few days for sure. The carpet was not vacuumed, the sink, trash can and the mirror weren’t wiped for some time having stains all over. The chair where I was examined had 2 stains on the right arm so I didn’t rest my arm there. While I was examined the doctor never wiped the tools in front of me. This is a big hygiene issue and should be solved ASAP. It’s a brand new office and it may take your eyes because everything is brand new, but is lacking in hygiene. Also I have to mention that I had to wait 30 minutes for the doctor to come in the room after I was examined by the other staff members. I spent 75 minutes on a routine consult which is not how I was treated before. The doctor needs to be on time too, especially when my consultation started on time with the front desk lady, which was wonderful all the time.
