Staff was very kind and quick. Didn't love that they dilated my eyes before doing the prescription check, made dialing in on what I needed much harder towards the end of the exam. It did get me in and out very quickly though. Would go here again but if I was being dilated again, I would request prescription check first then dilation if possible.

I had my daughter make an appointment for an eye exam to see if her prescription had changed any. She got a full comprehensive exam with an out-of-pocket cost of $175. In previous appointments with myself and my two daughters out of pocket cost me a couple hundred bucks total, not per person. This far exceeded any previous exam cost and quite frankly I'm not pleased. Also my daughter stated that it took six pictures of her left retina before the technicians could get a satisfactory image. Meanwhile, her left eye has a very intense blind spot because of all of the images taken and she had difficulty seeing.

I ended up paying extra for the eye exam. Staff should clarify that certain exams are out of pocket instead of assuming that the client/customer knows that insurance will not pay for it. My eye exam was thorough, educational, and yet swift. Facilities were clean. Staff were professional and polite. Callie, the employee who checked me in and who helped me pick out frames, was a delight and has a real talent for picking the right frames. She reached out of my comfort zone and surprise! I love the frames. And she even went as far to say that I looked like I was in my 20s. That woman deserves a raise.

I honestly don't normally go out of my way to review places, so it mean's I'm pretty moved one way or the other when I do. This was such a good experience, and the whole staff was great. Dr. Robinson knows her stuff, and it was the most complete and informative eye exam I've ever had in all my years of squinting at stuff. She looked everything over and took the time to really investigate and make sure she was getting it right, and didn't oversell in a situation where she easily could have. Highly recommend.

Doctor explained everything in a very friendly and upbeat way and in a way that was easy to understand. She discussed what each test meant and what exactly she was looking for as she was performing it in a professional sense, but also relaxed enough that I felt as though I had known her for years. Been coming for years for Dr Robinson.. She provides excellent care. Nicole was very nice and helpful. Teri Murphy was very rude, yelling across the store when staff are helping patients. Teri would loudly say patients name she was on the phone with and did not talk very nice about them.. The only reason I keep coming is because of Dr. Robinson.
