I came in on a Sunday evening, after months of hunting for the perfect frames and not pulling the trigger on anything. William was patient and honest with me, and helped me pick the perfect frames! Unfortunately, VisionWorks doesn’t take my current insurance, however William was willing to work with me and I was willing to spend more because of how patient and kind he was with me! I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Came in the store over the Thanksgiving holiday so it was duringa hectic time and I was helped by a very nice young man by the name of Will. Will was very polite and helpful and even gave some tips and suggestions for glasses based on my insurance, face type, and past picks for frames. Was very knowledgeable and beyond helpful! 11/10 for Will!

While I have yet to receive my sunglasses, my experience was wonderful. The entire process was easy, prompt, and professional. There wasn't a very wide selection of sunglasses which personally helped me not have decision fatigue. The entire experience was easy breezy. Will was the best part of my visit. He was great in connecting with my insurance and providing me a quote breakdown for the pairs I chose. He was also a pleasure to talk with, helped me decide on a single pair of sunglasses, and answered all my questions patiently. 10/10

I have been to the Vision works at other mall. It pails in comparison in every single way compared to this location. The other store told me my Nike glasses were 110% irreparable and told me she with my permission shed still be happy to break them for me. (This is the manager btw) Afterwards went to Omni and they werent comfortable trying because they werent sure. Jered up at this location fixed them perfect in 2 minutes. He is an absolute professional as well as Vanessa w is darling and also a total professional. Cant say enough good about these two. They are both 5 star people and workers

I have been going to this store for all my family’s and my glasses needs for along time. We always had great customer service and quick response. Lori and Rich always go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. I had couple of instances where I had to go to the store just before closing to buy and fix glasses. They were so polite and satisfied my needs without any hesitation or asking me to come other day like other stores does since it was closing time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. I bought a pair of Michael Kors glasses and they weren’t the quality that I had hoped for, unfortunately I was outside of the 100 day warranty. I visited this location on Wednesday evening 6/26/19 and had an incredible experience! Prior to driving there, I had called about the store hours and the advertised promotion. Austin answered all my questions fully. Later, as I was on my way, I called again to get directions as to where in the mall they were located. Mary pleasantly and expertly assisted me. Upon arrival, Tamika provided the ultimate in service directing me to the well-merchandised promotional frames thoughtfully grouped in a specific area for ease of shopping. She shared her expertise with fit and fashion to aide me with the best looks for me as her customer. The entire Team there is "spectacular"! My glasses itself took two weeks to get to Visionworks, but that's because I have such a strong prescription that it took a bit longer to receive my glasses, but it's definitely worth it!

Had a small emergency when my screws fell out of my glasses. After getting kicked from lens crafters because “if you didn’t buy them from lens crafters we can’t do anything” WHEN I LITERALLY CANT SEE! I ran by vision works after there gate was closed and managed to grab one of the nice lady’s who was able to put in a new set of screws, Thankyou guys!

I had a great experience here. The staff doesn't just try to sell you something that doesn't look good. They want you to be happy with your glasses! Stacey took the time to figure out which was cheaper: Their 50% off first pair and 60% off 2nd pair vs my insurance. Much appreciated! I'm toying w/getting a 3rd pair here but not sure if the sale applies to a 3rd purchase or not. I am very happy w/this Vision Works!

A young man by the name of Roman deserves a raise, this young man must have been doing ten things at once. My partner and I recently visited Visionworks upon recommendation. I could not be more pleased with the level and quality of service that we received upon arrival. Nick, the eye wear specialist, was detail oriented and very receptive to what it was we were looking for and what we needed. Andy , the lab supervisor, paid us a visit to further assist the process and fill in any gaps that we needed to know. He was very attentive to our needs and clearly very proud of what he does so we knew we would be getting a high quality product made with precision and care. He actually came to us a couple times to check no us with more info that we may need to know. Not once did we feel like we were trying to be sold anything that we did not need. They were not pushy or over bearing like what you would find at a car dealership or furniture store. I cannot stress how refreshing that as a customer. Needless to say, we walked away with exemplary customer service and a great pair of glasses soon to come. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

David adjusted my sunglasses and now they fit perfectly. I had been to the Moore store and the Norman store and had these brand new prescription sunglasses adjusted at both of the stores (bought them at the Moore store) and for some unknown reason, the glasses were slipping down my nose shortly after leaving the store. Yesterday, when they were adjusted, I could feel the perfect fit immediately. I highly recommend going to see David at Visionworks at Penn Square Mall.

The staff at the Penn Square store front are outstanding. I am consistently impressed with their knowlege, suggestions, fittings, understanding of insurance and professionalism. I need an odd base curve on my bifocals and when I mention it they know exactly what needs to be done. We drive nearly an hour and a half, specifically to get our glasses done here!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I broke my glasses that day and had just been next door for an exam. Mary helped me around the store, because my glasses weren't staying together. Then I had confusion about my insurance and what was covered and Mary explained it to me as best she could. She also helped me tape my current glasses together so I could drive home. After calling my insurance company when I got home and getting what was covered explained to me, my insurance company called them back to fix the charges. I called Visionworks when I got off the phone with my insurance and Mary helped me fix it all over the phone. It was absolutely wonderful service. I was absolutely clueless about my own insurance and they really helped me with all of it.

Visionworks is a great establishment. I go there every time I need my glasses straightened up (newborn at home). They had a great sale going on where I got one pair for free and now I have these sunglasses I can not live without. We have used Vision works many times and I haven't had any problems with Insurance (or) Without insurance. I enjoy going in there they are always very polite and very helpful. I took my sister in law there and she got two pairs of glasses and I thought personally it was a little high but I wasn't paying attention to prices or what she added or not. I know she got Transitions. However, I still say they are a fairly decent on prices compared to other places such as Lens crafter's on frames. I didn't give a full 5 star because , obviously they aren't perfect they do make errors they are human however, I feel the 4 stars is better then 1-2

The quail springs location said I would have to come back in the morning (which was ok since I stay fairly close) but I decided to call this location and Mary was VERY helpful over the phone and in person. She swapped my frames in less than 10 mins. She was super sweet! Also, the young lady at Quail was helpful as well. Each time I go in for new glasses the person also try to up sale me on this or that instead of giving me what I asked for. That was until I went into Visionworks. First time at Visionworks. Tried LensCrafters before and LC was where we normally bought. We won't do that mistake again. Visionworks not only had a great selection of frames they told us what frame were covered under VPS insurance and gave us a complete run down on all the benefits we were getting from our VSP insurance. My glasses at Lenscraafters were going to cost me $234.00 for lined bifocals with $166.00 frames. At Visionworks I found a better frame for $199.00 and was told they were completely covered by my insurance. The total cost of my lined bifocals at Visionworks was only $145.00 almost a hundred dollars less and better quality. That said instead of just getting single pair for my wife and a single pair for me we were able to get two pair each. The second pair were prescription sunglasses. There was a gentleman who ask the LC rep how much he could just get the lenses in his glasses replaced for and they told him it would be almost as much as a new pair of glasses. My wife got new lenses in her old favorit frames and they only cost $100.00. We will definitely go back to Visionworks.
