Me and my family have been going to Eye Gallery for 5 years now. We love both Dr. Gentry and the staff! Jenny and Dawn are always so great at helping us find the perfect frames. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Dr. Gentry is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Can not recommend them enough!

This was my first time at The Eye Gallery. My husband and I found the staff to be friendly and Dr. Gentry to be a good listener and communicator. He introduced me to another contact lens option that I’m excited to use. I really loved the idea that I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated and could choose, for a small fee, to have pictures of my eyes’ health. I would recommend this Optometrist to my friends and family.

I love Dr Gentry and all of the girls at the Eye Gallery! They treat me and my boys like family. My 21 year old son loves going there because he knows he’s going to be gushed over and treated like royalty while every person in there helps him choose his glasses. I can rest assured as a mom of a half-grown man child they will take care of him and help him pick what not only looks good but is best for his type of vision correction. They are AWESOME at communicating with me for payment and all the info I miss when I don’t go in with my kids. Dr Gentry is so personable and has all the latest technology. He’s great at explaining everything and making sure you are happy with the prescription you receive. If you haven’t been in to see them, you’re missing out on your eye care home!

GO HERE I can’t say how wonderful this place is. They took customer service to the max. So first off no puff of air to the eye… Second, they are honest and straight forward when it comes to frame selection, if they don’t fit or look right they let you know. I would have given 5 stars, however I would have preferred to browse the eyeglass frames on my own, make my own selection, and choose my particular price range of affordability, rather than someone selecting particular styles for me, telling me what a great deal it was. I felt pressured, and anxiety set in. I began to wonder if they were working on commission. That was my most uncomfortable moment, something I had not experienced in other offices. I don’t mind office staff offering an opinion if asked, or answering my questions of course, but I felt pushed toward a particular purchase.

These people are amazing! The eye exam was fast but efficient and there are so many frames (shapes sizes and colors) too choose from. Then to make it even sweeter the ladies here really care to sit and make sure you pick the right frames. I literally sat here for over an hour trying to choose and weighing the pros and cons and they weren’t irritate or pushy once! I love the atmosphere at they all give out!

I never felt comfortable wearing glasses because I always thought they fit my face funny but Dawn and the other staff always help me find a pair I'm happy to wear. I have attempted to wear contacts for years and have had issues with not being able to see short distance due to astigmatism. I have a progressive lens that I wear daily but as a healthcare provider, wearing masks is always an issue with fogging up and wearing a shield and constantly adjusting requiring more touching of my face which is not great with Covid. Dr Gentry tweaked a few things with my prescription allowing me to be able to wear my contacts making this a real life changer!
