The staff is very polite and professional, they called beforehand to verify insurance information. Our exam was speedy but through and the doctor asked if we had any question. After the visit with the doctor the receptionist told us all the glasses and contact deals and assisted us with ordering. Only negative is I was told it would be 10-14 days for the glasses to come back and when I called 2 weeks after my appointment to ask the status of the glasses and they told me “I hate when she says that (10-14 days)”; it is 10-14 business days not including weekends or holidays. I could have ordered them elsewhere and gotten them a lot faster :/

Today, I went in to get my glasses adjusted, as well as get another pair of glasses. I had Mike who is still in a little bit of training, but did really well and is easy to work with. If you have any questions he is good to answer, or work to get you the answer right away. I have home as my vision person now, and well be going back for my visits, as well as to pick up my new pair soon. Thank you Mike for all the help, and working to get me taken care of. The rest of the staff is friendly as well, and can assist you with anything that you need. I highly recommend going here for your eye needs. Dr. Is great, and gives it to you straight, which I like that. I live in Yukon, and make the drive to this facility due to the atmosphere, and person's.

I was very skeptical about going to Pearle Vision as I’m very picky when it comes on to my eyes and finding the right style for my face. When I made my appointment over the phone the rep was professional and sweet so that was a plus for me. On the day of my appointment, check in and exam was smooth but I have to give hats off to Nicolas for being awesome during my visit each time he went above and beyond to make sure I love the frames I picked and they fit my face perfect as I always have an issue with frames falling down on my nose and not snug on my face but Nicolas made sure the frames I wanted work for me

I recently went to Pearle Vision after not going to the eye doctor for a year. This location was very friendly and I was able to get an appointment within a day. Mike and Tara were very helpful throughout my appointment and the doctor was very helpful in answering any of my questions. This location had plenty of frame options and I was able to easily find a new pair of glasses as well as sunglasses.

5 Stars are not enough!!! My 1st time at Pearle Vision. I met with an optician named Mike! He picked up on my style better than I ever could have. We have been to other Pearle Vision’s and this location was by far the best! Staff was knowledgeable, helpful and full of energy. The doctor was also excellent. We were in and out with the exam and new glasses within 30 minutes.

Took my 15 y/o son here two weeks ago as a new patient and we were in and out with the exam, ordered glasses, and picked them up yesterday. What I liked about this place is everyone was friendly and helpful, the optometrist answered all of our questions without trying to rush us out the door, and pricing was straight forward. Would definitely go back here for future glasses needs.

Originally purchased my glasses from here about 6 months ago and everyone was great! Stopped in today to get my lens put back in after my son knock my glasses onto the garage floor. Bree and Amy helped out and they were awesome! Fixed my glasses in minutes and even tightened everything back up. My glasses are better than they were before the lens issue. Excellent and friendly service.

Service was fantastic! I will be back to this location and sending friends. Very Helpful, as well as accommodating. I got my glasses 4 months ago, and while i declined the lens replacement coverage, I had damaged them. Since they needed repairing, I took them back to Pearle Vision - Rockewell, and they replaced my lenses at NO Charge, as a courtesy. Don't go anywhere else!

I left my previous eye care facility because I didn't feel "listened to". My concerns were dismissed and it always felt like they were more interested in SELLING their in-store products or upcharging for services than making sure I was satisfied. Not so with this Pearle Vision location. Everyone was patient and answered all of my questions. My eye exam and health were fully explained and ALL purchasing options were given (not just the expensive ones). I would recommend this facility.

I’ve never needed glasses before but they took the time to get me set up and see clearly. I’ve never had any experience like this. They treated me like family even to the point that I questioned if they we family.... Love the lady’s here even follow up visits to get my sunglasses was an awesome experience. I stopped by this Pearle Vision store because it is close to my house to get some glasses adjusted that were my grandma's from around 1950s. They were upfront and told me they could break when they adjusted them. I went there a second time and they adjusted them again. They gave me cleaning spray and a cloth at no charge. Everyone there was super cordial and helpful. Highly recommend the ladies at this Pearle Vision.

In light of the recent post I thought I would share I found the place clean and professional. Everyone wore masks and they wiped down equipment before each use. My only issue is their appointment confirmation system. I booked an appointment and thought an email that was sent to me was a reminder of the appointment. I tried to show up to my eye exam the day of and was turned away because the email was an email requesting I confirm the appointment. This happened last year, they were able to reschedule the appointment. Because of that sour experience I remembered this year when I saw that email I had to confirm the appointment. Which I did but I was disappointed when about a week later I get another email again asking me to confirm the appointment. It really makes me upset and think if they have people who don’t show up for appointments they need to charge people for not showing up. It is very offensive to me to have to confirm an appointment I scheduled not once but twice and worse having to confirm over email. I would rather just confirm via text. I understand this is really the fault of the software the company is using but thought I would still make my offense known since this time I almost had the appointment canceled on me because it prompted me to confirm a second time.

I am a truck driver who travels coast to coast. I set up an appointment here for an exam, new contacts, and new glasses. They were super professional and friendly. I was pleased with the knowledge of the doctor and the staff (especially Brian) went above and beyond to help me pick up my glasses when they were ready. I received my contacts within 1 day of the exam. I am extremely impressed and pleased with this location. I will make an effort in my travels to return here.

She was intelligent, very kind, and made the entire visit worh it. What a wonderful place with wonderful people working!!! I put off getting the nose pads replaced on my glasses expecting it to be expensive. I walked into this location and was first, greeted very kindly. Next, one of the young ladies took my glasses, replaced the nose pads with a higher quality version than what I previously had, that minute, and to beat it all, it was no charge. All of the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and were very pleasant. Sad to say, the service I received at this location is a rare sight these days. I will not spend another dime at another eye glass so long as I'm in OKC!!! Thank you!!!

This was literally my best experience with purchasing glasses. Ashley was the associate that helped me out and she was amazing!!! She sat with me and went over the cost breakdown of all 4 lens types for 2 different pairs of glasses. Not once did I feel rushed or that she didn't want to answer my questions. Not only did Ashley do that, one of the pair I wanted were not in the store so she called the supplier and 2 other stores to find the frame for me. I could not be happier with my Pearle Vision experience!!

We tried to take my grandson to the store at 8549 N Rockwell in Oklahoma City. My son had talked to someone there to determine if they took his insurance. They assured him they did. His appointment was at 9:20. I had him there on time but my son was running late. Since I did not have his insurance information, they told us we would either have to pay $99 or wait. First off, I didn't have the money for that. So we waited. They asked what my son's birthdate was and I told them. My son arrived and was given the run around. They aske what hus birthday was twice more. And then he was told they did not take his insurance. I had at first thought to get my eye exam there. They were quite rude to me. Not only was it a total waste if time but I would not ever darken their door again and neither will my son. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am a young adult who is new to figuring out insurance and how things work. Jennifer helped me when I walked in. She was pleasent and she knew her stuff. She gave me all the information I needed and was patient with my questions about the cost of different “add ons” for my perscription. It was so nice to talk to someone who knew what she was talking anout and didn’t mind sharing the knowledge. I will be back.
