Ms. Carly was excellent. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. The Doctor that performed the exam was most pleasant as well. I found two frames (with Carly's help) I liked but couldn't afford them. That's when Ms. Carly really worked hard to find multiple discounts so now, I can afford the glasses I actually want. Awesome job My Eyelab.

Stephen and Karly were amazing! It was time for my annual exam and I was in need of glasses, they were able to get me in and out quickly! They helped me picked out not one but three frames! I can’t wait to try on my new glasses. If you are in the area and need some new frames and exam, you can just walk right in and they will take great care of you.

For the I240 location: Store staff was very friendly and helpful. At first I was a little put off that the eye check is a tele-appointment but found it did not present any issues. The whole appointment was less than 20 minutes. Definitely a fair service and I would recommend this location.

I went to My Eyelab for the first time yesterday and I got really great deals on my glasses and my contacts. Stephen and Karly were beyond great and made me feel like they knew me for years. Great customer service and very thorough. I will definitely be going back from here on. However DO NOT attempt to call any of there stores because you will be transferred to a thousand stores that won’t answer for hours and when they do it will be the wrong store. They also have really bad phone service because the agents aren’t understandable with their horrible attempts at speaking English. I set on hold for over an hour being transferred repeatedly to the wrong stores.

I took a chance on a national brand instead if where I've before. It'd bee awhile since my last exam and my prescription had changed. But then came Harley. A real person who truly helped and even helped me pick a better choice in frames.The service: #1, the prices: so reasonable I got 4. Now my prescription was a big factor in my price ..there were not dirt cheap but Daddy always told when you see a good deal..Take it! Go see Harley, not the rest..the best!

This is awesome bc typically when you go for a contact appointment, it’s because you’re out and need those trials, not only to test how they’ll work for you, but because you’re out of contacts! I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I had my eye appointment that went very smooth and quickly. Shelby was great! When looking at glasses both Shelby and the GM Tori helped me choose the ones that looked best and gave their honest opinions, which I absolutely love! I ended up ordering 2 pair, they were buy one get one free! They didn’t pressure me to upsale to extra stuff, but told me honestly which ones I would need or not. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!

Helped me decide on frames and even asked if I wanted her to snap a pic before I left...AND said we needed to take another to get better lighting!!! In and out in 15 minutes, less than $125 for frames, thin blue light lenses, scratch coat and warranty!!! Just do it!

First time going for an eye exam and wife really needed one and prescription glasses. They do a buy one get the second pair free deal. The eye exam does cost a base of 45 dollars, which isn't too bad imo. They give you the prescription sheet afterward. The hard part is choosing lenses that you like, so many options and the stylish nice ones price range from $90 to $120. I'm very surprised at the high rate some of them go for. They do have a 20% discount if you write a google review in the store so here I am. Grand total minus eye exam came out to $369. Surprised at the prices, but if it cuts down on migraines it might be worth it. I'll update on a month if migraines go down.

Friendly Staff, eye wear, Script sun glasses,, & most important that they have a warranty. They have eye exam for $50 & if you get eye exam they will take that price of your eye wear. They don't dilate your eyes but with testing & eye exam. If you need to be dilated they will fix your glasses for free if there is a difference in your eyesight. Trust me they did for me
