He is a new employee there but I think he did a great job at getting me started with new glasses! They also made my glasses in 30 minutes :))

Very good experience. Busy, but we were greeted and served within 10 minutes. Associate Tera spent time helping me pick frames. I bought 2 pair and she put the package together with my insurance to get me the best discounts. My glasses were both ready in less than 1 hour. Very pleased.

My store associate was Tera. She understood what I was looking for and provided great assistance in finding two frames that were my size and style. Thank you Tera! Next was the lady who adjusted my glasses when I picked them up. She manipulated the frames to her specs before I tried them on and to my specs after I tried them on. Both pair are snug and straight on my face. She did a really good job of assisting me as well. I was told several times while in the store to bring those glasses back should I have any problems. So I have to say the customer service I received there was excellent. I'll be back to see them on my next prescription change.

This place of business is always and consistently the same. The customer service experience is top notch, and I would imagine that would be the case on any one given day. Parkinson’s makes trying on glasses challenging for me, but here, I have only felt excited about getting that third or fourth pair of glasses. Tera assisted me this last visit, and her professional manner was most appreciated. I’ve watched while a short wait for my turn how others are treated. Nothing here but kindness, compassion, knowledge, opinions, complete service, cleanliness, efficiency. All employees seem to work together for the client’s best interest. Every single time, this is evident.

Extremely friendly staff and super helpful. I came in for two new pairs of glasses and they answered all of my questions and provided details about my glasses and what my insurance covered and final costs before I bought them. They even fixed the current glasses I was wearing at the time absolutely free and it only took minutes.

Tera took care of me no problem, I got hair dye in my eye and my glasses were in a different state so my only option was to get instant glasses, my contacts were contaminated so those were no good, but Tera opened the doors at 9am and had me in and out in no time. Edwin truly gave an A++ experience. I came to this place for the deals, but man this guy knows his stuff and is extremely patient. It's thanks to that patience that I was able to be super picky about fitting on the frames and he was able to fine tune it to fit better than any pair that I've had before. Not only that but when I was asking about the pricing of the frames, he was answering questions without being pushy about the customizations on the lenses, which actually allowed me to trust what he was saying (without the pressure I felt more comfortable deciding to add on more features as I knew they would actually be worth it). I now have a great pair of frames with long lasting lenses and I am happy with the whole experience.

When I purchased my glasses on the evening of the 12th of November - there were customers everywhere. There were 3 sales people juggling all of the people. The sales people greeted everyone that walked in and put their name on a list so that we got helped in the correct order. When it came to my turn, I was expecting to have insurance chip in on some of my cost but I actually didn't have vision insurance at all. My sales person was awesome at delivering that bad news. We purchased 2 pair of glasses that were available in 37 minutes. I would definitely recommend these guys because of their amazing customer service!

General Manager Edwin was beyond helpful! We came in on the afternoon of 12/30 with a fairly complicated, high level prescription bifocal for my husband. We had already been told by 2 other eyeglass makers that it would be 7-10 business days to get his prescription eyeglasses made. By 5:45pm on the same day we had TWO new glasses (a line free bifocal, and a back up distance only) for less money than we were going to buy one pair and wait over a week. Even though they were extremely busy, Edwin greeted us, got us on the sign-in list, took care of us efficiently, answered questions and saved us money in the process. Wow!

I needed two pairs of glasses to wear at altitude, one to wear for distance and close-up reading and a pair of sunglasses to wear while playing golf. I got no-line bifocals for the distance/reading glasses and just distance for my sunglasses. They had my glasses ready within 30 minutes although I didn’t pick them up until the next day. Overall satisfaction is good. They used to be able to fix glasses though. Now they say they can’t do that because they don’t keep parts in stock. I had to get a new script to replace broken glasses. New order process went smoothly again they had to order lenses so I had to wait quit some time to receive my glasses. Had to find backup pair of glasses and wait over 2 weeks. A bit of a pain if you can’t see and don’t have a spare set.

I originally went to the location on May but they were too busy to see me today. I needed my glasses fixed for work so a fix today was imperative. I went to this location and received friendly, fast, and professional service from Latrishia (spelling sorry), and Coy. They were able to get me fixed up and on my way in no time. We went in on a Saturday an hour before they closed. We were getting two pairs of glasses for our 16 year old son. We forgot our insurance and were not that organized. Kesha was EXCELLENT and had us walking out the door with 2 complete pairs of glasses in 40 minutes. The gentleman who made the lenses was excellent too. Going back Monday for glasses for another son.

I went to pick out frames yesterday evening. Coy assisted me with picking out 2 pairs that compliment my face shape. He was very patient with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all even though the store would be closing in less than an hour. Since it was so close to closing time, I wasn’t able to get them before I left the store. However, they were ready for me this morning. When I tried them on, one pair seemed really different from the other. One set was supposed to be regular, no frills plastic lenses in a less expensive frame just for backup purposes. The other set was more expensive and was supposed to have polycarbonate, scratch resistant, reduced glare lenses for everyday wear. Come to find out, the wrong lenses were put in the wrong frame. I can easily understand the mix up because the frames look very similar. Instead of charging me to put the correct lenses in the more expensive frame, they corrected the mistake at their expense. I walked out with high end lenses in both sets for the price of one. Needless to say, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and will return to this location (Penn) when it’s time for glasses again. Excellent customer service!

Before going to the store I went online and looked at the website. I scrolled through the frame selection and made note of what I liked. At the store I bought the first frames I tried on. I bought 2 pair; regular with anti glare and sun at about $250 for both. Two years ago my husband paid $450 for trifocals from his optometrist so I think I got a really good deal. There were several clerks in the store who were very helpful. They also told me about a very good Mexican restaurant. My glasses were ready after lunch.

Great selection and prices but customer service is beyond anything I’ve experienced. At the big name glass shops they would send you done the road with poor fitting glasses and not care one bit. They got their $800 and when you go in for adjustments or anything else it’s as though your bothering them. Great job Eyemart Express.

Great service and was able to get the best lenses available for progressive bifocals(no lines) and a 2nd pair rented with my script to use while working on a computer everyday , with also a migraine everyday. The last glasses I bought from the higher price selection and they said how great they would be because the earpiece flexes some. I always get the warranty and when the earpiece broke within a few months I thought no big deal they will replace the screw. Not so fast, I was told to take them to a jeweler to have them see if they could sauder it back. It lasted till I walked back to store where I said we will just pick another style from the very expensive Burberry collection I already paid for but didn't want another pair where it flexes back. They started process and now that I had used my insurance it was going to cost over 600 dollars. Wait! I bought the insurance as always, so I sighed with relief until I was told it didn't get added in. Nothing like trying to verify everything is on the 4 foot receipt when you can't see to begin with. I even paid to do the contact appointment and ordered a few of those. I finally gave up and while I use to only need +1.50 for computer work I decided to buy several different strengths around what my script was for and wear those til I could get glasses again. Lucky me , if they are cheap, they really turn expensive because the lenses aren't regulated and now I have to wear bifocals because it messed up close up and far away. Needless to say they ruin your eyes. I will only say I will never use the upstairs store in Penn Square above Mens Wearhouse to purchase designer glasses or anything ever again. I wont even mention their name. No sympathy, no let us get you in a super cheap frame so you don't ruin your eyes. Thank goodness I am a few weeks from 49 and I am at least grateful I haven't had problems with my eyes before. Lesson: Freedom is never free and cheap is Always expensive. Thank you Eyemart Express for all the help. I did give the young lady a compliment to her manager but I wanted to give her another shout out but I forgot her name. One pair I ordered the absolute best lenses so I can hopefully see clear and reduce eyestrain that turns to migraines. I highly recommend this place and I will be a repeat customer and can't wait for the 2 pair I ordered. 🤓😎😁

I loved my glasses, that isn't my issue. My only issue was with the costs. I asked for scratch resistance be put on one pair of glasses and asked for the cost. Instead of breaking it down the sales associate went and totaled the entire cost. I wished I would have reviewed every single line as they charged me $19.95 for the scratch resistance on the 2nd pair of glasses which I did not ask for. Yes the cost was only $140 for a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses but I feel that it was an unnecessary cost I shouldn't have had to pay. I urge you to review every single cost before you purchase. They are sneaky.

So I took her glasses here to see if they would just pop one lense out for me. EYEMART EXPRESS #039 Walked in with a coupon in my hand and was treated like royalty. Bought 2 pair, they were ready fast and I got texted when they were done. Returned to pick them up and was treated with total respect and a great attitude Got my glasses and left the store a very happy person but still in shock from how wonderful of an experience I had. But (there’s always a but) after 3 weeks I decided the glasses need some adjustments. Now my nerves were on edge, could they be as kind and helpful when returning for free adjustments? I entered the store and was greeted by cheerful happy voices and faces WOW! What a shock. I was attempting to explain the problem I was having with the glasses and they took the pair looked at them in a special way and said we will remake these and make them right for you. One hour later I got texted that they were ready. Went to pick them up and was greeted again by happiness and they took time even though the store was full of customers to heat and adjust each pair until I was happy with them ( and I was very happy). THE ANSWER THE PHONE “IT’S A WONDERFUL DAY AT EYEMART EXPRESS” and I will have to agree.
