Optical Warehouse is Outlet have variety of frames. The doctor is super friendly and advise you on what to do with your eye care. The ladies that work there are super friendly and very courteous. They treat you like your part of there family. Oh, The gentleman that works there with the ladies is a comedian makes you laugh. What a pleasant place to go to get your eye care. There’s a reason why they call it optical warehouse outlet frames are not expensive.

Love this place. The people are so helpful and care about your eyes. They answer any questions you have about the glasses you want to buy. The lady in the store is willing to adjust the price with you that is very helpful to you. The ladies in the store recognize their customers, they can let you know what kind of glasses are right for you. Would give 6 stars if I could, they really went above and beyond. I went there for contact lenses a couple days before a trip. With such short notice, I was not going to be able to get them before I had to leave so they gave me ample extras to last until my return. They were also very helpful with choosing the best options that works with my insurance. All around great experience from the doctor visit until checkout. Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

The help at this establishment really makes the process of getting eyeglasses for the first time such a breeze. I’ve never worn glasses but my 5 year old daughter was having some issues with her vision. We were able to get a quick appointment with the doctor and received her prescription glasses within 3 days. Anytime I have a question I feel comfortable enough to just walk in and get the the guidance I need. I highly recommend this place :)

Omg!! This is by far the best eye clinic I have ever been. Apart the clean environment , the workers are very nice, professional, friendly and very accommodating. I hadn’t changed my glasses for about 3 years and I was in desperate need of change. I was referred to this location and im genuinely glad I was! I got my son's glasses here. Kindly Lilly worked with us for the better price because he needed very thin lenses due to his very bad eye sight. After 2 weeks, unfortunately a side of his glasses came off... We didn't have a time to take them to fix so we glued them back. After a month, the other side came off....and this time I got panicked because the special price glasses do not come with warranty. It could have been just a bad pair, but I was hoping that they could fix them properly. Instead of fixing the glasses, they actually gave us a brand new glasses frame!!!! Thank you Jennifer and Lilly you really saved us!!!!! If you buy your glasses here, they really work with you and take care of you!!!!

I came here, and I am so glad I did! The prices and quality are AMAZING! Any questions I had, were answered. Communicattion was Excellent when it came time to pick up my brand new glasses. I also ordered Contacts for my fiancé which took a bit longer due to complications with supplier but they managed to communicate with me and the supplier to make sure they came ASAP. Well, Lily asked me to write a review so I will leave a review. My experience here was honestly a great experience. Lily took care of me, she answered all of my questions and did not rush me. Tony was funny and smart. At times he would join into the conversation to provide me with more information and then he would go back to what he was doing. He was very respectful about it and I did not mind him at all. He helped me to understand a few things that I was not aware of and I enjoyed his humor. I picked up my glasses today and I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Lily is sweet and Tony is on point. I picked this place because it was close to my apartment and I have to say I’m extremely pleased. Best customer service ever and the doctor was very thorough with the eye exam. The prices are unbeatable and I checked 2 optical places before this one, and what they quoted me for just my lenses I was able to get my VERY high prescription for astigmatism, and nice frames for about the same price. What fantastic opticians! I booked an appointment to have my eyes checked as my glasses didn't feel right and my vision was blurry, and the optician soon worked out I was wearing the wrong prescription. But the most incredible thing about this optician is Jennifer. I told her that I was flying to London the following week for a family event, and immediately she said she would make sure I had my glasses for the flight - which made me feel instantly looked after and cared for. Then, due to my plans changing last minute, I was anxious to get my glasses back in time, and Jennifer put my glasses in an Uber before I had to leave to catch my flight. I am blown away by Jennifer's care, customer service and this optician's quick and accurate eye exams. I have never seen better!

My experience here was unfortunate seeing as so many people had great experiences. My exam was great and the doctor&staff were all very kind and professional, and they gave me a trial pair of contacts to try out. Before I left, I paid and they told m e my contacts would be ready for pickup in 3-4 days. I called after the 3-4 days and they were not ready. Not a big deal, so I waited a week or so and never heard from them... I called again, contacts still weren’t there. I waited another week and called again, now they can’t find my file and didn’t even have my prescription. Said they would call me back to follow up, never did. So finally a full month from my exam, I call and they magically have contacts for me now, even though no one ever followed up that they were ordered or anything. I go in to pick them up, and they aren’t in a box, they are just 6 lenses that they had in my prescription. They are not the same contacts they told me were ordered, and they didn’t even acknowledge it/explain what happened. I don’t know how my file was lost and why the communication was so poor, but the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional and upsetting.

SUPER SERVICE! I have had issues with my eyesight for the past 2 years, but being somebody who has anxiety over the usual doctor appointments, I kept putting off an exam. However, after tripping on my feet too many times to count this week, I finally decided that I needed to do something about my blurry vision, so I shopped around for the best optometrist in my area. I had read the reviews of a multitude of optical offices, but I was not happy with the other customers experiences, until I found the gleaming reviews of Optical Warehouse. Those were good enough for me, and so I did not make an appointment and decided to just walk in. Tony, who runs the storefront, was wonderful. He was friendly, hilarious and very accommodating, even though there were a few patients waiting ahead of me, and I did not call beforehand. The waiting time zoomed by with jokes, free donut offers, and me trying on every pair of glasses in the store (hey, I'm a woman!). I did not feel rushed in any way, which was awesome. When my turn came around for the eye exam, I was greeted by the doctor, who was very warm and personable. He took the time with me during the appointment to make sure I had the perfect fit. I highly recommend this place, if you need new glasses or an eye exam. They are so helpful, treat you like family, and don't try to upsell you on anything. Tony is the man! I had previously tried getting into a new prescription at Sterling Optical on Myrtle and had a nightmare of an experience. Not only did they fail to get me into an accurate prescription, their prices are criminal. I definitely got swindled. Do yourself a favor and go see Tony at Optical Warehouse. I don't have a local prescription so I had no idea where I could get either a new prescription or contact lenses for a reasonable price. The optician here told me he could do an eye exam for $ 65 or order me lenses according to my current prescription. The customer service was excellent, I always do some research on the prices before buying so he even gave me discount. The lenses arrived in less than a week and he called me when they were ready for pick up. The prices here are competitive and reasonable, I'm super satisfied and pleasantly surprised how easy and fast this was! Definitely coming back.

Pleasantly surprised at how great my experience here was. I was a walk-in at around 4pm and was seen almost immediately. The doctor was extremely nice and informative and gave me a trial pair of contacts for dailies and a weekly since my previous contact company was basuraaa (trash). I’ve been looking for a retail optical that accepts my health insurance and here on Myrtle ave it was becoming a bit discerning. I found cute frames elsewhere so I could save money but even if I hadn't my glasses would have still cost under two hundred. I even decided to treat myself to the antiglare lenses! The best, quickest eyewear/optician place I've been to. It really should be the number one search result for the neighborhood. Lost my glasses and needed replacements ASAP. The other places on Myrtle (which claim they do walk-ins, but apparently make you book an appointment anyway) were useless. Then I tried this place. Tony, the optician, is super helpful, concerned, and hilarious. Also, the prices are unbeatable ($65 for an eye exam—they tell you both your contact + eyeglasses prescription—and it includes a pair of eyeglasses from a pretty decent collection). If you're smart, whether you're paying or your insurance (like most) only does one exam or the other and makes you pay regardless, you'll take advantage of this place!

friendly knowledgeable AND affordable!!! did i mention super fast service to boot? this is not a fake review lol. this place really met all my needs. 65 bucks for a contact lens exam. I have told prior doctors about my personal preferance numerous time for the air optix night and day since i frequently sleep in my contacts and always got ignored. FINALLY a doctor that listened to my needs and reasoning. I cant stress how important it is to find people that actually hear and aknowledge what you say as a patient and customer.

Went there with my boyfriend today because he needed a new pair of glasses. You can get glasses anywhere but I'd recommend you to get them here because a) the pricing is reasonable, and they're having a promotion now where you get a free eye examination when you get glasses b) variety of glasses to choose from c) the service you get is impeccable, not just from the guy over the counter, but from all the staff and the optometrist alike d) they don't force you to buy things, they suggest you get it and if you don't want to, they don't harp on it.

If you need prescription lens or sunglasses come here! Found this Optical location on google. I was looking for someplace nearby and with reasonable prices since I already had my frames and just need the prescription lens added. I went with my prescription and received fast and excellent service from Tony however my eye doctor didn't have my prescription right. I had my doctor call Optical W. to say that they had provided me with an incorrect prescription. I went back and Tony was there. I explained what happened and within seconds, Tony told me that he doesn't usually fix a wrong prescription issued by another office however he would help me out by completing one more adjustment. Thank you Tony and Optical team for not only providing excellent service but adjusting my eyeglasses for the second time.

This optical is absolutely incredible. For starters, the owner, Tony is the coolest cat on all of Myrtle Avenue. He is funny, witty, friendly, and has excellent customer service skills. Furthermore, he has INCREDIBLE PRICES that NO ONE can beat. This guy really works with you. He is NOT out to just make money. He really cares about the customers and want them to be happy with their products. Furthermore, I can not put enough emphasis on the great quality of the products he sells. You name it, he has it!!! Designer eyewear: Prada, Versace, Rayban, Marc Jacobs, Roberto Cavalli, Cazal, Burberry, etc. He also carries vintage pieces by Dior, Gucci, Chloe, etc. As if the purchasing process wasn’t lovely enough, the in-house Optometrist is out of this world!!! Takes their time with the patient, asks a lot of questions, is patient, warm, friendly, and is highly intelligent in their field of expertise (optics). Another thing I really enjoyed about my visit was the fact that everyone (including the sales associates) take their time to explain to the customer exactly what everything is. When I purchased my glasses, I did not know the difference between an Anti glare coated lens and an embedded Crizal lens or a Polarized lens versus a tinted lens and the sales girls really took their time to explain the difference between the two (price point and durability). The sales girl that assisted me was genuinely focused in helping me find a pair of glasses that I was content with. You can tell she really wanted me to be happy with my purchase and was not concerned on the amount of money I was going to spend. They also gave me a few pairs of contacts to hold me down (free of charge) until my order came in. If you are looking to purchase glasses, contacts, prescription sunglasses or simply a DMV screening...GO TO OPTICAL WAREHOUSE!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!
