I absolutely can't say enough about this office!! Such a clean modernized and efficient practice. Starting from the receptionist to the assistants and finally Dr. Patiño are phenomenal. I came in concerned about my children's eye sight and they were able to quickly take our information and send us in. With no wait at all! Most of all they were super patient with us, answering all of our questions and concerns. I am definitely happy with our visit and completely recommend this place for anyone from children's to adults that needs a optometrist. Thank you Patiño Eye Care family.

Best optical. Alex and Milena are very professional and they have been very helpful with all of our scheduling needs and making our visits very pleasant. Dr. Aquije is very patient and friendly with my kids. They offered us the myopia control contact lenses for our child a couple of years ago and it has been life changing. My daughter has been using the contacts for about 4 years and her myopia is not progressing, it has been stabled for over 1 yr now. Thank you Patiño Eye Care team.

Patiño Eye Care is a great place. I will start with a con and then the pros. They're open only 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (it makes it difficult to get to if you work the same hours, oh well). The eye exam was relatively quick and Dr. Patiño and her intern were quick yet caring. Quite a combo. Then came the frames. It can take a while to look at frames. This is a con and a pro. Diana was helping me find the perfect frame. I was in a rush to get back to work but she kept showing me different designs and models and just when I was going to say, "I'll come another time" she and one of the Dr's/managers came along and showed me MY pair of new frames. They were made just for me and I'm so happy with them! It's as if they were magically chosen for me. I then went to pick them up and Claudia was more than happy to be of help and showed me that the transition glasses worked (it's pretty cool). She explained the care that goes into transition lenses (there's a difference). So check them out! P.S. You're in Jackson Heights you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner right after your consult.

Walking into this facility you feel a get a warm feeling that calms the nerves. I was greeted by Jackie who assisted me before my eye examination, spoke to my insurance company to confirm coverage and helped me fill out the forms needed all while having a smile under her mask. I was then seen by Dr. Rajesh who would speak to you as if you were family and not just a patient. Dr. Patino would administer exams on you as well and she had that caring demeanor anyone would want in a doctor. If you asked her questions regarding the state of your eyes or pricing she would be upfront and provide you with the answer. Finally, I met with Diana a specialist who would take the time to provide you with a variety of option that best suited you. She also assured me that there is nothing to be ashamed of when it came to wearing glasses. In short, the staff at the facility present a caring and understanding attitude towards their patients. I would definitely recommend going to this facility!

Recently my son Aiden had appointment in this clinic. The staffs are very accommodating and nice especially Miss. Diana, she is very professional and very patience when teaching my son on how to put his contact lens on his own. She explains clearly to my son the proper way how to put his contact lens. Although my son is a bit nervous since its his first time. She made sure that my son will getting used to it and nothing to worry about. I feel confident and I trust her. Overall the doctors are nice too. The place is very clean and they accommodate their patients right away. No need to wait longer.

Dear Dr. Patino: This is to inform you about Dr. Rebecca Aquije who I had an appointment with on the 9534 Roosevelt Avenue branch on December 4, 2021 Normally I do not give any review or write an endorsement but in this case the service and professional assistance I received from Dr. Aquije was more than I ever expected or ever received. She took her time and checked my eyes as if I was a special customer or perhaps a relative of hers.. She also went out of her way to discuss my case with my ophthalmologist making sure he knows of her findings. She's a gem and I believe you know that already. UPDATE - 1/11/2020 My son had an incident with his glasses (broke) and after contacting them, they went above and beyond to resolve the issue in no time. They had the new glasses and frames ready for pickup the next day. I can't say enough how pleased I am with their services. I'm truly happy with this recommendation.
