My husband has been coming for years and loves it here but we brought our 7 year old for the first time today and it was fabulous! Tya was WONDERFUL helping him pick out frames and talking him through the process and Zada was so great during his exam, funny and friendly. Just wonderful staff, pretty store, great selection. Had to reschedule my original appt. and got two follow-up phone calls to make sure all was set with my appt. Tya was thorough and patient as she helped me choose lens for new glasses. Tya also went the extra step by replacing the nose pads and tightening my existing frames, to help with the way my glasses sat on my face. One of the best experiences I had with getting an eye exam and glasses and highly recommend this location of MyEyeDr. to anyone needing glasses or contacts.

I’ve been visiting this location now for a couple of years and I have no complaints with scheduling, staff, professionalism or the quality of service. It’s well above average in those areas. I deducted a star for availability of interesting glasses frame choices. There’s not a lot in the way of interesting colors or styles but the selection they have is high quality.

Dr Beam and staff are fantastic! Office on Magazine St is always clean and parking is easy with the parking lot! They can fit you in for the regular eye appointment or an eye infection. They are a true one stop shop for your eyes!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. They spoke it up but I was not expecting this level of service. The staff is very engaging, friendly and helpful. They really worked hard to make sure I got a special polarization I need due to an injury. On top of that they make sure you look fresh to death and won’t let you walk out looking busted with a pair of frames that don’t fit your face or style.

Aside from not having valet parking, this place was fantastic. The lady at the front desk was as sweet as could be. She sanitized my seat and adjoining seats where I waited for my appointment. If you're concerned about how they handle COVID, masks are worn by everyone. Also, all machines/apparatuses are wiped down and sanitized between each patient. You're going in for an eye exam where you'll be in close contact with the employees and doctor so if you're expecting them to wear full hazmat suits, I have bad news. The doctor on-site that day apologized for my wait time...all 8 minutes of it. I think I got in before my actual appointment time. So that wasn't even an issue. Been going to eye appointments for 15 years or so and this was the first place that caught the astigmatism (thank God for autocorrect) in my eyes and prescribed me appropriate contact lenses. Oh, and just for kicks, I tried on multiple pairs of glasses as the manager, Catherine, followed me around and suggested certain frames. I did not realize that every frame I tried on would have to be sanitized in this fancy machine afterward or else I wouldn't have tried on so many. Thank you for your patience and being so helpful!
