I’ve been going to Dr Ducklo’s office for over 25 years, and highly recommend him! Since I go on Fridays now, I’ve seen Dr Talley the last couple of years, and she is as knowledgeable, caring, and professional as Dr Ducklo. (He only hires great people!) Although the location isn’t as convenient as when I first started, it’s worth the slightly longer drive for such a good experience. They aren’t watching the clock and pushing you out the door - they take the time to explain everything, and give options with the pros and cons.

And if you ever have an after hours emergency Dr. Ducklo usually answers and he will try to get you in as soon as the next business day. The ladies are awesome also. Millie and her staff really listen to help you find the right pair of glasses and if it's your first time they all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, great service, I have gone here many times and I have to say that this eye doctor practice was the best experience and value I have had in the South . Here why, the staff explain matters thoroughly so no surprises and they are helpful with a great attitude, had no extra expensive surprise as full explanation of options. , were clear on all matters, did not waste time so you aren’t wasting your time , , were very positive and respectful, no delays, no hidden fees, clean and wore masks etc ! I was so impressed and I would recommend to everyone I know that’s needing eye exams, contacts, glasses etc The combination of old world manners, upbeat attitude and up to date technology etc is a great formula. The office staff are responsive and explained with clarity and without delay ! I’m a very particular person and not easily impressed but this place is the place to go for your eyes!

I just want to say, i NEVER write reviews. This is my first time scheduling my own eye appointment for myself as an adult lol. Making the appointment over the phone was super easy. The lady was able to give me an appointment that would allow me to not miss class. They were great!!! They got me checked in as soon as i came in. I was able to get there, eye exam done, and even picked out a pair of glasses within 1 hour and a half!!! I was even able to make it to my next class on time. The doctor’s assistant was super friendly as was the doctor!!! The doctor and her assistant were super informative and answered any questions that I had. The lady that helped me pick my glasses was super efficient and sweet. She was able to help me and someone else at the same time without me feeling rushed!! She gave me a breakdown of how my insurance would work and my options! I’m hoping i don’t have to come back anytime soon, but if i do, i will definitely choose them again!!

Please Read This! Dr. Ducklo and Dr. Lemoncelli provided the best care for me and my family through 2006. Then we moved to Franklin. This last year I went to another provider who generated an entirely incorrect Rx result. Glasses purchased. Waste of money and time. Coming back to this practice was my best option. The availability of early (before 8 am) appointments made it possible for me to receive a complete eye exam, choose a pair of frames for my prescription and still beat most of my colleagues to work. When you have been my optometrist, you have treated me like a personal friend you see every other month even when it had been two years between appointments. I wish I remembered the optometric assistant’s name because she was fabulous and so sweet! She really took her time and made sure that I was comfortable. I was just very impressed with the way they did everything and how they were able to help me especially since I have been in glasses and contacts for awhile then out of them and back in them and now I’m in the wrong prescription hopefully we will find the right prescription. After getting my new glasses I started getting headaches. About that time they called to check up on me, and when I told them about my headaches they asked me to come in.
