Wonderful experience from start to finish! They made getting an eye exam and buying new glasses a breeze. The exam took no time at all and was completely stress free. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even gave their opinions on which frames suited me best when I couldn't decide between two pairs. Overall highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about Downtown Eyes. I was having severe pain in my eye, and I’m so glad theirs was the clinic I chose to go to. They got me seen right away, and promptly scheduled for follow ups. The appointments were fast but not rushed, and the care they provided was outstanding. Everyone at the front desk is friendly and welcoming, and both of the doctors I’ve seen are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Absolutely will be using them for all my future optometry needs. THANK YOU Downtown Eyes!!!

The service I received at Downtown Eyes was pleasant, efficient, professional, warm, and competent in every possible way. The associates with whom I dealt (Fiona and Ariel) were articulate, kind, knowledgeable on the current eyeglass/frame trends, and provided honest, but not gratuitous feedback of how various pairs of frames looked on me. I had an eye emergency the day after Thanksgiving. Not only did they fit me in, they were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hemann was wonderful. If I lived in the area, she would be my optometrist!

Love this location! The facility is clean and modern, and the staff is always so friendly and personable. I came into my most recent appointment with a few questions about my eye health, and they were sure to take my concerns seriously while explaining the situation thoroughly to me. I appreciate their level organization and care for their patients. The portal feature is also so handy for accessing old records and prescriptions, as well as having access to your most current prescription instantaneously. I always leave here feeling confident that I have been taken care of.
