Everyone was working hard and consistently, and the manager was working well under pressure. My insurance was so irritating and he didn't let it show on his face and also figured it out! Over all the service was great. My lens did pop out after one month of having them so I will be going back up there today to see what they can do for me! :)

It was clean for the most part and they were helpful, but not very friendly. The assistant that did the first portion of my eye exam was kinda rude and on her phone any chance she wasn’t operating any machines, there were many miscommunications causing her to have the wrong person pulled up and I had to redo a test. When I met with the virtual doctor, the assistant sat outside the room on her phone and only called into the room when I was done, telling me I could leave. When I walked out, she didn’t even look at me cause she was on her phone, sitting in a chair. Besides that, everyone else seemed nice enough, just tired. The glasses selection was nice and organized.

Very friendly associates, the Dr. was very personable and knowledgeable. She made my experience ver pleasurable. Staff is very knowledgeable as well and helpful. Our associate took her time and made sure we were satisfied with our purchases.

I have been coming here since 2015 and the service is wonderful. The doctor Sanchez is sweet and professional. Carlos was so helpful, making sure I got the best deal. All the employees helped me make a decision on my frames (I'm terrible at picking frames). I totally recommend this store everyone is friendly and helpful.

The moment I walked in, it was noticable that the staff really wanted to help me. Whether it be for a simple question, eye exam or even a new pair of glasses, the staff always gave me a good and fast experience. The manager Adriana was always busy with the customers and making sure they left with the great experience they deserve. I definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Came in a few days ago to get some new glasses and Sonia was very helpful with helping me find the perfect pair and she made sure I left the building with the glasses best suited for me. They were even ready for me days before expected which was something I was very happy about! Great staff and selection of affordable glasses

Excellent Staff very helpful. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because my glasses which were not even 8 month old separated from the swivel hinge and being my fault that I did not get the insurance protection I knew I had to pay for the minor repair. But I was told that I needed a whole new (Otis Gray) frame $75 which to me was a little to much since I have seen the frame for as low as $25-$50.

I haven't had a new pair of glasses in a while and the current ones were getting old. I came here because my insurance shown it as in network. When I got there everyone was nice and professional. The other thing I like is they have a machine there to image your eyes, so they don't have to dilate them with the drops (I hate having to wear sunglasses all day). Overall great experience!

I brought my two boys here for eye exams. A child and an adult with a cognitive disability. The front desk staff were professional. They were serious but very professional and could answer any questions I had. The optometrist was excellent. She was able to speak to both of them in simple terms in a way that they could understand. She was very patient. Due to my adult son’s cognitive disability he gets state insurance. We had to wait many months for him to be seen but from the time he arrived until the time he left he was treated like a valuable customer. I would highly recommend Visionworks on 27th street.

Wow....what an amazing staff and great service. Blanca goes above and beyond to help you find just the right frame for your best look. My exam was comfortable and Dr. Xiong was very detailed and explained my results to me along the way while discussing my options on how best to correct my vision. This is a great store with amazing staff. Worth a stop to compare.

To complete a purchase we were stuck with a new very rude employee who spoke over my father and I in regards to what we should get on our glasses. The process took forever, she restarted around three times, she always forgot where she was at - kept messing around with the small white board. Thank goodness Brian and Britney were there, Brain finally finalized the sale and Britney was able to give us an extra discount. A what would have been a terrible experience was definitely made much better by two wonderful employees. Thanks Brian and Britney!

Oscar at Visions Works on 27th st in Milwaukee, WI did an excellent job at fixing my glasses after the glass broke out of the frames. The fix was free, but just be patient since they can get busy. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Vision Works for the free fixing and cleaning.

I would like to give Hats Off to Dr. Xiong at this Vision Works location. My whole family used to go to a different ophthalmologist but ended up trying this location due to other's busy schedule, my 2 daughters and I got a vision Exam by Dr Xiong and I was very Impressed. Dr. Xiong is very patient and listens to your issues and takes her time to throughly check your eyes and gives you good advice unlike many others. I ended up leaving the other ophthalmologist and brought my wife here as well for an exam. They charge $49 for eye exam but mostly have coupon, reducing $20 from the cost. I will definitely come back here again for an eye exam. FYI location is neat and clean and staff is friendly as well. 🙌🙌
