I had a bad experience in the West Allis location, which is the closest location for me. So i drove down to Bayview. I was greeted and taken care of Arlett. She is so sweet and treated me with courtesy and respect and was able to accommodate me and made my visit easier with choosing glasses for my son. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Vision mart in Bayview. My experience was amazing for my 7 year old daughter. She is very self conscious of her need for glasses. (Partly cause she is a twin who sister does not need glasses). We worked with Maritza who made my daughter feel beautiful and helped make sure she was comfortable and confident with her choices in glasses. My daughter opened up and can’t wait to receive her new frames. Now me as a mother was very pleased that she could help me find glasses in my price range and never treated me different cause of my state insurance. She also helped with Options to help with the magnifying look of my daughters prescription and help with options to reduce the glare. She was amazing and professional. And now I can feel better that my daughter will carry herself with confidence wearing her new frames an feel comfortable knowing we got the proper help and the proper glasses to help her succeed in school this year. We will only be coming back with her other kids. We want to thank Maritza for helping our daughter feel confident with herself.

Service is rough with the older woman there. She also is rude and unapologetic during pretesting for her missing pressure readings. It's like someone with a gun, you get someone like her who is a machine gun user, pressing the button until she gets lucky or better people who are like snipers who bide their time and get it right the first time. I wish the doctor would have a separate review page because she was phenomenal. Update in 2022: Made an attempt to try and come here again with the change of people I've noticed and whoa, huge difference, it's warm, inviting and Maritza helped me find exactly what I needed before my appointment. I honestly had this opinion 3 years ago and am so glad I tried it again because good people make the biggest difference.

The experience was fine, just didn’t like the older lady in the front. She was pretty rude. She’s probably just trying to do her job, but I went in to the first part (not the actual prescription part) and she had to come get my dad for “not opening my eyes wide enough”🤣. She’ll probably read this some day but I don’t care💀. If you’re “just trying to do your job” then make it easier on your patients without complaining🤷🏼‍♀️

I have been going to Vision Mart since about 2004, I have always had the most wonderful experience. They always have a wonderful selection on glasses, the staff is very helpful, and the doctors always take that extra step in being very thorough with their exams. I have some pretty bad eye site and they are always extra careful making sure that I have the best vision when I am done getting my glasses. These glasses are made right here in Milwaukee, they hand craft each and every single pair that you get. They take their time and have lots of pride in their product. I will forever and always get my glasses here. If you need a great place to go any area Vision Mart will be there to help you.

Went there today and it was an amazing expirence. They were so quick to answer the frames were covered by my insurance, and even showed me frames that would fit my daughter. Prices were deffinatly reasonable, and I can't wait to go back for my contact fitting! Everyone here was professional, amazing, answered every question. They were so understanding while juggling my needs and my children's needs. They even helped my daughter feel comfortable in her glasses. As an added bonus they even let me daughter sign paperwork to just to "help" me out. :) thanks for going above and beyond for us!
