I was concerned about something going on in one eye. They were able to get me in to see Dr Bell the same day I called. Dr Bell did a thorough exam and was able to explain to me what was happening and assured me it was nothing serious. He gave me remedies that I could do at home. After this visit, my concern was gone. Premier Eyes provides a very thorough eye exam, a great selection of glasses and excellent customer service. They are super friendly and it's easy to pop in and have your glasses readjusted. We have been going there for years (pre-Covid) but, more recently, their Covid protocols are excellent and it feels like a safe environment. You MAY pay a bit less elsewhere but the level of service is worth a little extra.

I have been a customer of this practice for the past 65 years. I started going when it was called Dr. George Hanson's practice on 78th and Burleigh. His son took over and was later called Premier Eyes. Dr Bell became a partner in the practice and now he owns it.I have always had excellent friendly service and will continue going there. Now my children and grandchildren are customers. What more can I say.

I've been a satisfied and grateful patient for several years. I wear rigid contact lenses. When I needed a new ophthalmologist, it was difficult to find a doctor who could fit those lenses and not push me into wearing soft lenses. Premier and Dr. Bell have been a great find!

Dr Bell is always clear concise and speaks in details that are easy to understand for me he breaks down the intricate parts into understandable criteria for me that are relatable. Makes sure all questions are answered and the why something happens about vision concerns. Im in the health field as well but i can see how terms he uses could be overwhelming to people not in related fields yet Dr Bell puts you at ease with speaking at various levels with analogies and examples. I always leave better informed.

I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere in the office from the receptionist, to the eye doctor, to the gentleman who fitted my glasses. I am able to see much better since my visit and glasses purchase. I elected not to select the contact lenses which were available and which were offered but I would have felt comfortable purchasing them at Premiere Eyes should I have desired them. I would recommend Premiere Eyes to anyone!

But, Dr. Bell keeps at it and isn't giving up on me and I know, although it may take a few tries, he will resolve things so that my vision is corrected properly.
