The best eye care doctor I had in years. She honest, personable, friendly and very careful on telling me my results on my exam. I would trade her for no one else. It took me years to find a excellent eye care doctor. As far as the staff there, the young ladies are always smiling and have excellent customer service skills.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I'm young and trying to navigate the eye doctor myself for the the first time. They answered all my questions completely and kindly. Their in-office selection of glasses is diverse and stylish (something i struggled with at other offices). The doctor did a more thorough check-up exam than any of my eye doctors have in the past. Highly recommend.

Dr. Lind is very friendly and she helped me get a much more accurate prescription than the last doctor I saw. Frame selection was a little on the smaller size but still a good selection to choose from. I didn't end up purchasing frames but the ladies working the front desk were very accommodating in trying to help me find what I like in frames. I will definitely be staying with this office.

Dr. Lind and her receptionists were all amazing, kind, and understanding people! When talking about the concerns she had about my eyes she was very nice and polite about how serious it was. She even recommended and helped set up a appointment for me to see a cornea specialist who was also fantastic!

Very good fitting of my new glasses and sunglasses. they came in much quicker than expected and the fitting went very well. I put them on and could immediately see so much clearer! Love this place. Staff are a bunch of very hard working, competent and really friendly women.

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. I was greeted promptly. They were very professional and friendly. I appreciate that she remembered our conversation on the phone a few days prior. It means they truly listen and care about their clientele. They were able to get me a better deal than I would have gotten with my vision discount plan. Pricing was all explained well and reasonable. Most importantly though, Dr. Lind did an excellent job breaking the horrible news that I will have to wear glasses all the time now. Lol... well at least they have a customer for life, right?

I had an eye emergency with a cut to my cornea. I was seen right away even as a new patient! I was given great care during the initial as well as during the follow-up appointments! I am so grateful for the service and help I was given! 5 stars for sure! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lind if you are looking for a great eye doctor! 👁 👁 😊

I have a challenging prescription, but they were able to help get my contacts quickly. I like having a neighborhood Eye Care center and would recommend them to anyone!

Dr Lind and her office staff are wonderful. Professional and still warm, friendly, and helpful. Picking out new frames is always hard, and they not only gave me great advice on narrowing down to a few frames, they will let you take up to 4 frames for several days, so you can get opinions of trusted friends and family! (Of course, they take a credit card number, just in case you don't return the frames, but still... what an amazing option!!) Not only "would I recommend" Eye Care Vision Center, but I have already done so to several friends. 😊

The staff is super courteous and Dr. Lind does a good job explaining things. I really like the technology they have that actually takes a picture/scan of your eyes for more in depth analysis of the eye and the images are stored so that trends can be looked at over the years. When it came time to buy frames they let me borrow a few pairs to take home and try on and get some opinions from friends and family before I actually bought them. This is an awesome perk since new frames only come around every other year and they aren’t cheap. Great overall experience.

I’ve been a few times and all I can say is that I miss my old optometrist (I had to change due to insurance). My main reason for 3 stars is that I always felt like I was inconveniencing her for being in her office. I always felt rushed through my exam and pressured through the lens options - it’s as if I annoyed her if I asked to review one of the options. For the second year I’m left with a prescription that is still blurry for my left eye. Additionally, they’ve had issues communicating through insurance stipulations in the past. My 1st time I was there I needed new glasses but still had contacts left - they later claimed I said no to the contact fitting, which was not true. They merely didn’t ask and I didn’t know I needed to say anything (this was before they had you sign that waiver before your exam). I was therefore forced to pay for an additional exam that year when it came time to buy more contacts. I’ve just had too many issues, it’s not worth the hassle of going back and trying to fix it. Of note, the office staff are very nice and helpful - they are the reason I gave more stars. Additionally, Eye Care Vision Center did help with COVID rescheduling and providing contacts to get me through the covid shut downs. Overall, they are a decent company - I just think the convenience factor (they are only a couple blocks away) no longer outweighs how blurry my left eye prescription is and how uncomfortable I felt during my exam

Having a young daughter with special needs, I was scared as to where I could take her and how one would even conduct an eye exam on her. Dr Lind was AMAZING with my daughter. She was very kind and understanding. The staff was great too.

Doctor and staff are very efficient, thorough and welcoming. Selection of frames is awesome. Turn around time for glasses is quick. I find it difficult to choose new frames and the girls are very helpful and most important...spot on in finding a great frame for me!

I needed to find a new eye doctor and was very happy with how I was treated by the staff, and best part of all, a very though exam with Dr. Lind! After having my exam with Dr. Lind, I felt that the last place I went to to get my eyes checked was really lacking in both an examination and customer service. I have a difficult prescription and prefer contacts, and Dr. Lind matched me up with contacts where I see perfect 20/20! And the staff ordered my contacts and I got a call that they came in with Superman speed! You can't beat that! I usually stick with eye doctors a very long time if they are good. Thank God I found myself a keeper of an eye doctor 🙂

Exam was rather cursory compared to what I am used to. Transition bifocals were not suitable as only the lower 1/8 inch of the lens was suitable for reading.

I had to bring my baby w/ me for my appointment and I thought it would be an issue but it wasn't. The ladies said it was no problem and that they love the babies. I thought with having him in the eye room w/ me it would be an issue for the doctor but it wasn't. The ladies are always friendly and so welcoming.

But for future reference, we always try to price match for contacts without insurance. I liked going to the Eye Care Vision Center. They provided the service that I needed, but I think they are a bit more expensive than other options. Here are my more detailed thoughts: 1. The place looked like someone’s house from the outside. Even though it had signs that indicated it was an optometrist place and the address matched, I didn’t quite feel comfortable just walking in. Once I walked in, it looked like an eye care place. 2. The staff was courteous and respectful. They took the time to understand what my eye care insurance plan covered and what it didn’t. They did make sure to offer me the opportunity to look at their frames and purchase contacts from them, but I declined. I appreciate that they made suggestions to ensure I/they took full advantage of my insurance; however, I decided to purchase my contacts via the internet because it’s much less expensive and file the insurance paperwork myself. 3. The doctor was thorough and unassuming, qualities I like in an optometrist. The eye exam and the contact fitting included the following tests: a. Air in your eye test b. Eye dryness test (because I complained by eye pains) c. Dilated eye retina exam (for eye health) d. Can you read the letters on the screen test (for prescription) e. Can you see the numbers in the color circles test (for color blindness) f. Depth perception test 4. The doctor did print out my prescriptions for both glasses and contacts and printed recommendations of eye drops. 5. They will not price match when billing insurance. 6. They did not have an itemized receipt ready for me when I paid for the exam in full. They did offer to mail it to me the next day. 7. The price for just the eye exam and contact fitting was $153, a bit more expensive than Lens Crafters which charged $95 for a similar exam last year. Since I am used to shopping for my contact prescription online and filing my own insurance, this place is nice, but it’s not worth it to me. Before Insurance, the exam with a year’s worth of contacts would cost about $535 with no glasses. When ordering the contacts myself and using Lens Crafters for the exam, I got the eye exam and a year’s worth of contacts for $250. If you have real good eye insurance or don’t mind spending a little extra money and live near this place and looking for a full service place, I would recommend them. I walked out reassured that my eyes are healthy and an updated prescription. However, if you are trying to get your eye care needs taken care of as inexpensively as possible, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I see you wrote the same review on a different Eye Care Vision Center on a different browser. We ALWAYS check eligibility BEFORE EVERY patient's exam so there are no surprises.
