Everyone at the Chase Target Optical was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I arrived, the opticians were busy but they made sure that they acknowledged me and gave me my paperwork to start on. The prices are very fair and they have a very good selection of frames. The optometrist is a great guy and very upfront about what is going on. I am a senior, and honesty and kindness are very important so I understand exactly what is going on. Thank you Target Chase Ave Optical!

I’ve been going to Stanton Optical for the last few years because of convenience. Turns out, my classes and contact prescriptions were both wrong! Dr. Heinecke gave me a new prescription and my eyes already feel 100% better! Plus, my kids came with during my appointment and he let my daughter play with a super cool eye model that was on his desk. Great experience and I will never go back to Stanton Optical again!!

Excellent, Dr. Heineke listened to all questions and concerns I had, and was very thorough. I've worn glasses for almost 25 years. I have astigmatism and my prescription hasn't changed much over the years. When I mentioned that I was concerned about my depth perception while driving, he was able to explain why I was experiencing this, and explained the adjustments needed to my prescription in a way that was easy to understand. I'll definitely be returning.

My 2 kids and I just had our eye appointments with Dr. Heinecke. He is very calm and relatable. My oldest is on the autism spectrum and Dr. Heinecke gave him compliments on his 20/15 vision. He remembered that his last appointment was on My son's birthday. We planned to go to Golden Coral. It was just heart warming to hear him ask my child "did you eat steak like you wanted to?"

Me cw and the kids really enjoyed Dr. Heinecke, he is so personable and friendly. We all felt very comfortable and well taken care of in his care. He was very informative, comforting and just a great guy all around. We did not however enjoy the woman working with us to purchase glasses. She was so unfriendly and not helpful. From the moment we entered the eye clinic she was rude and gave us the impression that she did not want to work with us, maybe she just didn't like us. I may have bought glasses and contacts from them, but the woman was so short and rude, making almost no eye contact and offering me no information about what my insurance or the store could offer me, that we left only paying for our exam. Dr. Heinecke and the woman of color that prepared us for the exam were SO very friendly and SO engaging. It was a real bummer to end our visit with someone so unpleasant. We will continue to see Dr. Heinecke though, he is amazing.

First thank you for an amazing job of been COVID-19 attentive, and providing a clean safe environment. Dr. Heineken was extremely professional, engaging, and attentive during my visit. The immediate emergency eye care that Dr Heineke arranged for me saved the sight in my eye. I am grateful for his expertise and fast action as an eye care professional. I am EVEN MORE GRATEFUL for his empathy, his concern, and his ethics that motivated him to take action in this crisis. He could have just advised me as to what to do next in this emergency and ended the appointment. I would not have been able to get an immediate appointment with an ophthamologist without his intervention. The damage to my sight would have been much greater with a delay in treatment. Dr.H was awesome. My wife needed contacts and I was looking around online for a place to go. Was going to go to visionworks but read the reviews and it was all bad. Stumbled upon target optical and everything was reviewed a 5 star. Went in and Dr H greeted us nicely and was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the process. Great Optometrist! Dr. Heinecke never made me feel appointment was rushed, he went over image results from eyes, options for different contacts (daily vs. monthly vs. color or clear). Clean office area, very friendly! Just an FYI for the customer service, check-out area. Yesterday was second of three times that I have been inside Target Optical, Bayview Location, were BOTH staff (not the Optometrist), have face masks off. The one time I watched for 15 minutes as newly cleaned trail eye glasses were placed back on the rack, only as worker was talking with vampire mask UNDER her CHIN, the entire time. Aka- talking droplets directly onto the eye glasses the public then puts on their face to try. Face mask was under chin during measuring for eye glasses and during check out. This was same for other woman working as well. Yesterday, both man and woman worker had masks at chin until I walked up. Which although that was nice they moved them up as I approached, it's still gross to wonder how long they'd been conversing in corner/lab area with them off. Everyone there is very nice! Very helpful! I just thought it should be made note that there is a frequency for what customers can see in respect to not following mask guidelines as employees in the store

Dr. Heinecke and the whole staff were friendly and accommodating. I was very nervous about going for an appointment while Covid19 was on the rise, but I felt much more comfortable once I saw the safety procedures. All of the staff wore masks, the equipment (including seats) were sanitized while I watched them be cleaned, and there was a plexiglass shield for the part of the exam that required me to remove my mask. When it was time to try on glasses, all of the frames that I tried were sanitized before being returned to the display.
