The staff at Taylor & Murphy are absolutely wonderful. It's a warm and inviting office with beautiful frames. I love that they are honest with you when trying on frames too (vs just saying everything looks good). The optometrist is great and they have the latest technology, which makes the appointments really easy on your eyes ;) One thing to note with ANY new optical office is that it's really important to take the time to clarify what the lenses will be like when you get them. I learned a lot about the various labs and brands that exist in the industry and the technology varies a lot, so understanding what you're getting from one place to the next is key.

I recently moved to the area and needed and eye doctor. I found Taylor & Murphy online and decided to book an appointment with them after researching because of their good reviews. The reviews were not wrong. Hands down best customer service I have ever seen. Every person getting glasses walked out happy with their purchase. They truly go the extra mile to make sure all the adjustments are perfect and that you are leaving a happy customer. The exam was very thorough and I felt like I was receiving top notch care. When it came to picking out contacts and frames it was so easy and stress free. There are a ton of options to choose from. I can't say enough great things about Taylor & Murphy. I am glad I found them and look forward to continuing to be a client.

Stopped into Taylor and Murphy to help a friend pick out glasses today. The man who helped us was friendly and professional. The shop was small, clean, and they had a lot of high quality, interesting frames that you don’t find at the average franchise eyeglass retailers. What really impressed me was that I asked him if they sold eye glass cleaning cloths because my glasses were dirty and he offered to clean my glasses for me and to treat them with an anti fog product. Not only did he do this but he tightened up the arms of my glasses which had been very loose. My glasses feel better than they have in months. Thanks so much Taylor and Murphy!

Wonderful place to buy eye glasses. I brought my 8 year old daughter here to get her first pair of glasses. The staff were so sweet and helped us with our needs. I like that it’s a small business and I’m happy to support them. I liked my daughters glasses so much that I bought a pair for myself. I would definitely recommend Taylor and Murphy. Not only is the doctor wonderful, the opticians are amazing at helping you pick out glasses and finding the perfect pair that looks and feels great. Not only did my glasses and contacts come in incredibly quick, they really treat their customers like family. Highly recommend!
