This was my first time visiting my eye doctor (Elm st location), and the staff were very knowledgeable! The store manager in particular Charlotte when above, and beyond to ensure not only my glasses were functional but stylish as well. Charlotte was very patient with allowing me to choose the glasses that best fit my budget and insurance. With this being my first experience at the store, I would certainly recommend to family and friends to come and have a great experience!!

The staff at this Manchester NH location are bright, happy and helpful. The corporate phone system and customer notification system, not so good and not respectful of the time of customers. After waiting many weeks for the promised call that glasses were in, I found out that the National System sent a "text" to my office phone number that does not accept texts. Needless delay and they did not even offer anything for the trouble. Not what I would expect from a full service full retail price office. If I had time to waste, I could have gone online and will next time. Sorry not MyEyeDr.

5 stars for several reasons! The store, the waiting area, and the exam rooms were incredibly clean. Everyone was wearing face masks (plus there was signage promoting mask wearing at both entrances). All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this provider and will continue to use their services.

I actually was surprised when i walked in. (AGoodThing) The staff greeted me when i arrived. Clean and maintained office. I like that i was informed of several things i didn't understand. This location was easy to find. This particular location has more than one entrance/exit.

5 of my children are patients here,and I can't even find nice enough words to describe how absolutely wonderful everyone at Eye See is, By far the BEST care every time. From the warm, inviting, amazing front desk staff, to the medical provider's and picking glasses in the end, just an all around incredible experience. Our family loves Eye See and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to see🤓

The exam was quick and we were taken exactly on time. The assistant was very friendly, easy to talk to, informative and helpful. The Doctor was Lyndsey Audette and she was excellent. She also explained things clearly, answered all my questions , was kind, neat, and even smelled good, which I think is important when you have your hands around someone’s face. Everyone, including customers were required to be masked. I love Sam because of her honesty. She gives her opinion and not based on trying to get me into a more expensive pair. I really appreciate her kindness, professionalism and also her ability to have a good laugh! All in all it was a great experience and I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great place friendly, informative, they just do good work. Cost may be a very small amount higher. However it is not LensCrafters here they take the time do it right and you get what you pay for! The gained two new customers as after telling my better half what was done she plans to make appointment. Worn glasses most her life and never had so thorough friendly and educational eye doctor she will be going in Feb.

This place is awesome!! I went there for the first time today, and I had to bring my daughter Izzy along. She has autism, so any kind of doctor visit is a bit of a challenge for her as she can’t quite fully understand that it’s not always for her, and the big machines are always scary! She had a mini meltdown in the room, and the doctor and the our eye tech were incredible and tried to help as much as possibly and make us feel comfortable. Everybody was super helpful and although I was clearly a mess lol I felt zero judgment!! Would 1000% recommend (:

I got there at five for a appointment (didn’t realize they close at six) had a eye exam and by the time i was done i had to choose glasses and asked what time they close and they. Said six(15 minutes away) last time I regretted the pair i got so i wanted to take my time they assured me i can take my time and they emphasized that they were ok with me taking my time. Awesome staff and many patience..which is what I needed..a+ service

Great experience with this small business. Brought a client to have eye exam and to be fitted for glasses. Gentleman doing the fitting happened to be one of the owners and treated us with so much kindness and generosity. Not only was he wonderful but all of his staff were professional and courteous. I would absolutely recommend going here for personable and individualized treatment of your eye care needs.

Staff is extremely patient and super nice dealing with my daughter and her anxiety. They are very helpful and they’re not pushy at all when it comes to getting new glasses through them or from an online seller. If you do purchase through them they have a huge selection of frames at really reasonable prices. We will continue to go to this practice.

Service was fantastic… As was the staff! Really appreciated the flexibility with getting me on the schedule. With not having weekend hours and being difficult for me to make it in during the week as they close at 6 PM (I get off of work at 5 PM) they were still able to work with me and get me an appointment. Thank you for the great service and thank you for being a very caring staff as well!

I was experiencing light sensitivity. It doesn’t help also having a combination of allergies and migraines. I went to the doctors to treat my allergies and migraines but that didn’t solve the problem with my eyes. So I googled around and eye see vision car had great reviews and was 5 minutes from me. I called and they were able to set me up an appointment and see me the next day. I was new. They made the process with them easy. From the beginning to the end of my appointment they had answered and listened to all my questions and concerns. And now I will be wearing glasses that will help me from the straining and migraines and with the light sensitivity. Everyone there is amazing

The staff is impeccable. Me and my husband had back to back appts which we had our 2 small children with us. Without the blink of an eye a women occupied and kept kids occupied so we could have our exams. The moment we walked in the staff was super welcoming and completely down to earth. Highly recommend.

My daughter has autism and the staff was very nice and friendly. Megan made the experience fun for my daughter. Instead of dilating the eyes we had a picture taken and Megan explained what she was doing because my daughter was very nervous. When Dr. Chadha came in she was pleasant and nice. Then when we had to choose glasses for her the person stayed and helped us pick out the perfect pair for her. The eye doctor that she went to before they never did that, it was very hard to even get someone to help us pick out glasses. Very poor customer service. I am soooo glad I found EyeSee Vision care. They have great customer service.

Great place! Very helpful and very thorough. I have had gone to Pearle Vision and Lens crafter and they are not even close to Eye see vision care. Don’t waste your time if you care about your eyes and vision go right to them. 5 stars always!

Their wait time is fairly long. My appointment was at 3pm and I had my exam at 3:40pm. Then they had to do my exam twice because they had a student training (which isn't a bad thing unless you had to be somewhere after). I was there until 4:50pm. But my new glasses were ready in 4 days!! They're efficient with glasses but appointment times they're horrible.

Having a bit of a vision problem, and wanted to get answers sooner than later. Called my old optometrist's office. Appointment in a couple of weeks. Called a different office. Same response. Called Eye See and was in the office in 15 minutes and seen without having to even go to the waiting room.Peace of mind, and amazing service. Exceptional...

Although the staff has changed over the years, We love the wonderful ladies here & we’ll never go anywhere else ;) they put up with us for 2.5hrs picking out new frames. They say it takes 2 weeks for frames/lens’ to come in but it’s ALWAYS less than that.

I'm a bit of a tough patient -- nervous about anything getting near my eyes (that's not a pane of protective glass), meticulous (i.e., exasperating) when trying on frames, and disputatious enough to debate the logic of a promotion for 20 minutes (remember that bit about being exasperating?)... The team was top-notch through the whole Jacob Lamoureux experience. Megan was remarkably efficient doing the preliminaries without exuding any rush vibes -- downright friendly, with evident passion for the job. Katrina was both enjoyable and humanely helpful -- what I imagine a friend would be like when helping you pick out glasses (having no friends, I can't be sure). Not salesy at all. In fact, I told her I was probably gonna end up buying from LensCrafters (a $50 coupon this time of year, after all), before changing my mind in the course of checking out frames with her, partly out of appreciation for her patience. During the exam, Dr. Chadha was welcoming of questions, and I have a lot of questions, including how bad eyesight even happens from an evolutionary perspective (isn't natural selection FREAKING real? how did my ancestors survive long enough to procreate? good for them though)... Seems like a failure of evolution in the last few inches of a hundred-mile miracle journey, don't you think? Lauren is engaging, fun to talk to, and clearly a great person to have in charge of the store. The experience was good enough to make me one of those slightly irrational people who spends time on a Sunday logging a review (don't I have _hobbies_?). Thanks, everyone --

I had a very positive experience with my eye doctor. Dr. Cunningham was excellent, and so was the staff. All did a great job. I received my new glasses after 12 days, and I am more than pleased with them. I have already given recommendations, that if you need glasses , you can't go wrong with my eye doctor. I will definitely return
