I had a great experience with this LensCrafters location. All associates were kind and very helpful. The whole process was very quick and easy. With a scheduled appointment there was no wait to see the doctor, and the exam was timely and informative. The sales associate that helped me with glasses selection was cooperative and accommodating to my requests. I needed a special order because I wanted a sunglasses frame as my regular glasses. They were super nice and overall helpful in all the steps in my eye care! I would recommend as a great option for optical health!

The doctor who did my exam was amazing. He made everything easy to understand and had a handful of jokes and funny comments that made the experience positive. I was able to have my glasses made in an hour while I browsed other stores in the mall. This was a big advantage for me as I had stepped on my previous glasses so I needed new ones fast.

Amazing staff! Everyone there was extremely outgoing and amazing attitude. The Dr was awesome. He went through everything with me and took the time to explain things and make sure I understood how my eyes were. Miguelina also did an amazing job helping with picking frames and fitting them. Choosing the right lenses for what i needed. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure i was happy with frames i picked. The entire staff is welcoming as soon as you walk in. Even if they are extremely busy they still make a point to notice everyone walking in and saying hello and they will be with them as soon as possible. They are very well a great group of people and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

This Lens Crafters location @ the Mall of New Hampshire has the best and most helpful staff in retail. Kathy always works hard to help you find the best deal. Even while I was in between health insurance. The eye exam was also very well done. Mike told & showed my sight has improved from 2 years ago when I purchased my first pair at this location. I went to replace scratched lenses. Kathy found a deal for a whole new pair of lenses & frames. For less than the lenses. 🤙😎

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an exam and buying glasses. I was visiting family and broke my glasses at the airport the night before. I’m very blind and need my glasses for this 10 day trip. I called lens crafters at the Manchester mall on a Sunday, and was able to see a doctor, get new frames and leave with new contacts and glasses in the same day. Crazy!!! They were a life saver, I appreciate the compassion and efficiency they executed with. I’ll prob end up flying to New Hampshire just to get my eyes checked every year now. Appreciate all the help.!

Today I was extremely lucky. I did have an appointment and that made a big difference. Picking out glasses was a bit tricky. I needed spacific frame and this proved difficult but sales woman helped a great deal with patience. I bought sunglasses too. Having each fitted went well. It was very quick getting an appointment. They were on time once i arrived. The staff was kind and professional, and were able to answer all the questions I had. This was my first time needing glasses so I had a few. An added benefit is they had a large selection of frames to chose from so it was easy to find ones that were a comfortable fit. Bought new lenses from a third party and for the life of me couldn’t get the old lenses out of my frame. After having bought neither the lenses or frame from lens crafters, I went in and they replaced my lenses for free - amazing. 10/10 would recommend

The Dr on staff was excellent as well. I went into LensCrafters as a husband of a customer and as a result of Casandra’s excellence, I became and will return as a LensCrafter’s customer personally! Not sure about all these negative reviews, I've had two great experiences here. My visits were three years apart so I will only comment on my recent experience. I made my appointment first thing in the morning so I was taken in right away. The optometrist was great, efficient, and gave me a free pair of contact lenses to last me until my new shipment. I also bought new glasses and the salesperson was super helpful and other staff were very responsive as well. There were two sales going on for glasses, one which I don't think I was supposed to get, but the salesperson gave it to me anyway which was really sweet and saved me a ton of cash! My glasses were also ready in a half hour which is by far the fastest turnaround time I've had for a pair of glasses. Picking them up was effortless and the staff was easily able to adjust the fit for me. I think one thing you as a customer has to keep in mind is that this place is situated in a fairly well-trafficked mall. So a lot of random people are walking in, asking questions, browsing, and therefore holding up the staff from helping actual patients/customers. So be patient, please! I definitely think the fact that I went early in the morning made a huge difference, and is certainly the best option if you can.

My son broke his glasses on a Saturday afternoon. We came in to LensCrafters around 4pm to order new ones. Our usual eye doctor's office takes about a week to have glasses ready. These were ready 3 1/2 hours after we ordered them! They had the style he wanted and helped us pick the right size. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful, even though they were extremely busy and we didn't have an appointment.

Great customer service. I bought sunglass lenses from Sunglass Hut and they didn’t have an employee in at the time that could change them. I went to Lens Crafters a couple stores down and they were able to change them for me. Very friendly and helpful!

Great service for my new glasses which i damaged. They provided no question hassle free replacment of my expensive glasses. This was even after only 2 weeks of having the glasses. Great service with great attitudes. I will be buying another pair from them in the future.

My initial visit with Dr Abrams and Kassandra (who was helpful and friendly) went well. When I returned to the store the following day to pick up my glasses (one new pair of sunglasses and my original Coach frames with new lenses) I had a different experience entirely. I was given the glasses to look at when I immediately noticed that my eyeglass frames were damaged along the top. It looked as if the paint had been scratched off the metal in a few areas which I pointed out to the associate. She showed that pair to another associate saying that I thought the store had damaged them. I was told that the store would not have scratched them replacing the lenses and I must have given them in that condition. Since that was not the case, I calmly explained (again) that my original frames were in excellent condition or I would not have replaced the lenses in the first place. The day before even Dr Abrams commented that the frames were in great shape and I could simply replace the lenses. Initially, I had been told that the frames would need to be sent out to replace the lenses because it couldn't be done in the store. Obviously, this didn't happen. When I inquired about how the frames could be repaired because I was disappointed in the condition they were in, I was told "the best I can do would be to use a Sharpie on them." I am not exaggerating - what a condescending thing to say to a customer. What began as a good experience completely changed in a matter of 24 hours. I have never experienced customer service like this. It was not only frustrating but embarrassing to have several associates repeatedly suggest that I was not being truthful about the condition of my glasses. I will not be going back to the Lens Crafters in the Mall of NH again and would not recommend shopping there. Or if you do have photographic evidence of the condition of your frames before you leave them behind... lesson learned. UPDATE: After reaching out to Lens Crafters the store manager Kathy (sp?) called me to talk about my experience at the store. She apologized for what happened and said that she strives to take care of her customers. Since I didn't want to replace my glasses, she even offered to pay for the cost of having them repaired. She made me feel much better about the entire incident, and I appreciate her taking the time to listen to me as well as reach out to remedy the situation. She is a true asset to the Lens Crafters store.

I made an appt for a contacts lens exam and less than an hour later I’m walking back out to my car with perfectly beautiful vision. The staff is friendly but not fake friendly, the optometrist Nick was professional yet casual, and he actually takes the time to show you the pictures of your eyes and explain in detail what everything is. Highly recommend this place.

I went here for an eye exam and there were multiple customers being extremely rude to the staff while I waited. The Lenscrafters workers were very professional even though customers were arguing about either wanting free or discounted lenses (almost one year after purchasing her glasses! To which they still gave her a discount when they didn't have to) or complaining their glasses weren't ready while the worker explained the lenses weren't in stock yet but had been ordered. She then had a moment to check me in and was very pleasant even after enduring such inconsiderate and spiteful customers. I had a quick and simple eye exam and it went very smoothly. Being only 1 of 2 lenscrafters stores in Manchester means these women are catering to thousands of customers some of which have outrageous expectations and demands. In my experience they're respectful and maybe sometimes they have to put their foot down with an unruly customer or two so they aren't getting pushed around or yelled at and that's okay.

They made my daughters experience a great one. One of them has never had eye issues and this was the first time she needed to see an optometrist. I've been to the Lenscrafters in Salem and Manchester. I have not experienced the issues I have read on this site. I have never waiting for more than 15 minutes for an eye exam. They thoroughly explained the $35.00 charge because I will not get my eyes dilated so they explained it's a great alternative...win/win for me. They were EXTREMELY patient when I insisted on getting contacts. I've been an eyeglass wearer since I was 7....that's a VERY long time! (they said I could come back as many times as needed to practice...I gave up...not them!) Their guarantee and extended plans are the best. I try to be careful with my glasses but I always end up with a scratch in the middle of the glass that needs replacement. You get 30 days and if you don't like the frame they take it back and you pick a new one...no questions or explanations... I can't say enough good things...especially the staff. Top notch! I recommend Lenscrafters. They aren't miracle workers and it is a chain. I didn't expect to pay online or outlet pricing. It is fair for the great service I received. Thank you all!!!

I've been going here for years because the optometrists here have been the best of the ones I've tried in this area. Others kept trying to change things that didn't need to change and made my vision worse until I got them reverted. These doctors have not done that and are also very personable and explain things very clearly. The front staff that does the lens fitting is always great too, very responsive and helpful whether on the phone or in person.
