I felt comfortable with everyone in the office. Dr. Abrams is a very good listener,and I felt he understood my sight issues and concerns. He answered my questions without dismissing me or rushing me, the way that has been done in another office. I also feel the price of the exam is very reasonable. It had been a few years since I had been to an eye exam and the process was quick and easy. I was also incredibly impressed at how quickly they were able to make my new glasses. Less than an hour after my appointment finished and I was on my way home with new glasses. If I had known the process was going to be this simple, I would have returned years ago, and I would ill gladly be seeing them again in the future.

I've been going here for my contacts and glasses for, dang near 10+ years. Although Dr. Abrams is who I prefer, I haven't had a bad experience with any of the other Dr.'s who have checked my eyes. It is why I keep coming back. They will show you some fancy glasses and if that's what you want, you will pay for it. But I just need glasses that help me see and last (I still have 2 that can't seem to break), and contacts that feel comfortable. They are knowledgeable and willing to provide information on any topics without fail. Their prices seemed reasonable enough - I think I got fancy ones covered. Prior to this, I went to a family friend for many years who retired. I am sure there are great eye doctors at other places - but you will have no issues going to this one. Good people.

My appointment was right on time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the results of my exam to me. LensCrafters has an extensive variety of frames to choose from and I am very happy with the frames I selected. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. Dr. Abrams is absolutely excellent. Ive had glasses since 5 years old which means many many optometrists in my life. He is BY FAR the most thorough and best of them all. He explains everything to you about your eyes in a way for you to understand. He strives to make sure you receive the correct lenses and his team backs him up greatly. Not to mention he has an excellent way with words and personality. I feel so blessed to have found him. This is my second time with Dr. Abrams and I will see him until the day he leaves or retires! Also Micheal the sales man was excellent and well versed in knowledge about corrective lenses. I really appreciate him explaining why my current frames kept expanding due to my large lenses and any other questions I had including insurance coverage! What a team!

My appointment with Dr. Abrams was a delightful experience. I was visiting NH from PA and had broken my glasses one afternoon. Luckily for me, my internet search found him, and I was able to make an appointment online very easily for the next day. He was very thorough, engaging and explanatory, and within two hours, I had new glasses with a perfect prescription. It was well worth the three hour round trip, and I highly recommend him. It was a delightful experience all around.

Awesome! Truly, for a doctor's appointment it was enjoyable and fun. Everyone from the lady helping me pick out frames, the gal at the register and the gentleman taking the frames I had picked and my prescription and inputting into computer for insurance coverage were very friendly and helpful. Even though my doctor was young (gotta admit I was skeptical at first) he managed to win me over .5 seconds into the exam. He has a very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and caring way about how he explains things to you. Loved him!

I saw Dr Pike to get a second opinion on my eyeglass prescription. I have a very high, difficult prescription. He explained what the numbers in my script mean, how the script is calculated, answered all my questions and showed me why different lenses wouldn’t work for me. This was our first time NOT going to a small "mom and pop" eye doctor. The apt was for my 11 year old son. He was SO EXCITED to discover that he wasn't going to get his eyes dilated or have the sharp puffs of air in his eyes as they have the newest equipment, and that's no longer necessary. They showed me the pictures of the insides of my sons eyes, the explained everything really well, and were great with my son. The eye doctor was kind and efficent, his assistant was AWESOME. She explained different insurance programs to us and even ways to save the most money. This is going to be our new family eye doctor. I highly recommend. We also were not pressured to HAVE to get the glasses there, which I appreciated. Our last eye doctor did everything they could to NOT give us our prescriptions so we could order them on line or anywhere but with them. However, they do have a great selection for kids and adults if that's what you want.

i have never been to a lenscrafters but i will definitely be coming back. the doctor was very knowledgeable and showed me some cool things with the equipment and the way it affects my sight. he is a very down-to-earth kind of guy. the actual examination only took about 15 minutes and my lenses were made on the spot in the same day. this was a must since i had lost my glasses in a lake a day prior. they were prompt, very professional, but very easy-going. overall, i would definitely recommend going here.

BEWARE!! Added services to my bill that I DID NOT request. Also they are not in the habit of giving detailed bills (the kind you need to submit to your insurance company) -- so you have to ask for one to be hand typed. And that's when I found that I was billed for a Retinal Exam that I did not want. They also send a email asking you to rate service and at the bottom SURPRISE-- they have scheduled you for your next appointment. There is no way online to cancel that and when I asked the office to cancel it I was told it wasn't a real appointment so not to worry about it??!!??

The best eye exam I’ve ever had. The eye examination itself is quick but effective. Compared to my previous exam, it’s done over and over, at the end I’m confused if I really choose the right one. This time, it’s way better, I’m confident I choose the correct lenses for my prescription. And it’s a big relief.
