Everyone was great! The bathroom could use some upkeep, since we have to take our contacts out in there—pretty dirty space. It might be better to have patients take out their contacts in the room itself, instead of walking around without sight from the bathroom to all of the other rooms. Doctor Fusco was very kind and helpful.

The entire process was so simple and efficient. The online scheduling was so easy and effortless. The young lady Marie, that checked me in had already searched for my insurance and told me what would and would not be covered. She also was great when doing the initial part if the exam.Dr. Lopez was fantastic and very detailed in his explanations. No one likes to see a doctor and I was nervous to get an eye doctor appointment though I was past due. The experience was so easy from getting an appointment online to the fast efficient service provided by Dr. Lopez and his staff. They were professional and listened to my concerns. There was no pressure when shopping for new glasses and cleanliness and concern for patients were observed. A knowledgeable sales associate made the process easy.

I received fast and great service for my eye exam, very professional, and i felt comfortable during the whole process. However, I suggest Lens Crafter's contract a cleaning service for the building, as the rest room was filthy for a Tuesday morning! Thank you Dr. Lopez and front desk staff.

I was a little worried since I hadn’t had an eye exam in over 20 years! Once I got there I had no wait at all, I was amazed at how quickly and easily the optical images were developed (almost immediately), absolutely going to keep Lens Crafters & this location/Dr Fusco (and awesome staff) as my eye care choice :) My glasses were done within a couple hours the same day and I had so many to choose from I was more than satisfied with how I was taken care of. Recommended at A++ level for making me feel welcome & also exceptional care. Thanks guys!!

I've been wearing glasses my whole life and I've been to many many different optometrists. This by far has been my best experience. The technology they use is just astounding to me because I've seen it develop over the years with different prescriptions. Talk to fusco was fantastic it was quick it was efficient it was very well done again the best experience I've ever had. I wish I could remember the receptionist name but she was just simply lovely as well. I cannot recommend them enough

The man who called me into the back to get the appointment started was not too friendly at all. One word answers, didn.t look at me, seemed annoyed and looked as if he hated his job. Once I got back with the actual doctor she was very friendly and smiled. The best associate I had interactions with was by far Heather, I believe she was a manger of some sort, she helped me with my frames and lenses when I was finished me appointment. She was so awesome and got me the best possible deal with the insurance I had and she was super friendly and honest. I liked the fact she took the time to calculate the different and best pricing available to me. I left a happy customer. Thanks Lenscrafters!

I took all 3 of my sons in for eye exams. After a year and a half of remote learning and increased screen time, I wanted to check and see how their eyes were doing. Dr. Fusco and his associates were very helpful and explained things clearly in a way my children were able to understand. We will be returning again next summer for their yearly eye exams. Highly recommend.

Went in at 420 for the exam and they had the glasses ready THAT afternoon for me so I could drive home safely. Dr Anthony was great and very personable. The staff in LensCrafters was great as well. They conversed about things with me that we had in common instead of rushing me in and out

The exam itself was great; Dr. Lopez walked me through every step of the exam answering my questions! There is always confusion about the appointment time. I was scheduled for 12:40 PM and was told that the 12:40 PM patient was already in. I would have to wait until 1:00 PM. I called the day before because I received an appointment reminder card that said the appointment was for 11:20 AM. I waited only 20 minutes, which was fine, but there is this confusion each time I come.

Had my appointment at 11 and they got me started not even 5 minutes after I got there. The First Lady I was with (I can’t remember what her name was) was very nice, very informative, and very knowledgeable, next I was seen by doctor Lopez and again very nice man, very smart and helped me out a lot with finding what I needed. And finally kasey helped me out with picking the perfect frame/lense type for my glasses. Kasey was very very VERY helpful, she was very informative, smart and could relate to experiences I had when I was younger. Very complimentary, all of her recommendations would work for anybody who wanted to get glasses and not be self conscious about themselves. Very very recommended and the staff is absolutely incredible. Thank you to doctor Lopez, thank you to the other girl who did the pre testing with me, and thank you to kasey for all of your insight. All of you were incredible and incredibly helpful.

I went to see Dr. Anthony Fusco with my wife and daughter for eye exams ... the facility was clean and inviting, the staff was very friendly and easy to engage with and Dr. Fusco was very nice ... he answered all of my questions quickly while performing the examination ... he went over the health of my eyes extensively, referencing the photographs that had been taken in the office ... he was quick to smile and extremely easy to talk to - witty, professional and empathetic ... All three of us were examined and given eyeglass prescriptions in about an hour ...We couldn't be happier.

This was the fastest, most comfortable and pleasant eye exam I have ever had. Prior to this exam, I've always had my refractions performed by Ophthalmologists. But that's like having your teeth cleaned by the Dentist, and not the Hygienist who does a MUCH better job. So from now on, whenever I need a new prescription, I'm going to LensCrafters and their Doctors of Optometry. And yes, the Clarifye machine they use is pretty cool.
