Everyone was fantastic, the staff was amazing, friendly, they knew when my husband took our daughter in that he had an appointment the next week, they knew when I came in that they had just been in a few days before, and when my husband came back, they checked up on me. I cannot recommend them enough!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I.HAVE NOT BEEN IN TWO YRS. MY FAULT. I PUT IT OFF , AND ACTUALLY THOUGHT I MIGHT GET, THAT SAME EXPERIENCE. AT ANOTHER PLACE. IN THE END I CAME BACK FOR,.THEIR, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. A LITTLE BIT OF KINDNESS, GOES A LONG WAY. EXCELLENT STAFF.

Wonderful experience! Will definitely be going here for any and all of my future eye care needs! The staff was kind and courteous and Dr. Koopman was amazing she was all smiles and laughs and really made it a good time. She took the time to explain everything to me and got me in and out in no time. I would give 10 stars if I was able! Can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

I had a wonderful experience with VisionFirst on Dixie Hwy. When I first walked in the office I was greeted warmly by the staff. Making appointments and filling out the patient forms online from their website, before my visit made checking in a breeze. The office was homey and inviting and had a pleasant fragrance. I didn't have to wait hardly at all to get seen by the doctor. Dr. Holly Koopman was very personable and helpful in getting my prescription just right. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.She explained things very well and was friendly and made me feel comfortable. This is the best experience I have had at a eye doctor by far. I am so glad I found them. A+

I had a very good experience from the time I came in the door to picking up my glasses. Everyone was friendly, and more important, honest and open with me. I had broken my old glasses on vacation and got my new glasses in a few days. I will come to them again for my eye care needs and would refer them to my family and friends.

The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, fostered rapport easily and gave a good, frank diagnosis of checkup results. She also prescribed an eyeglass lens that has corrected my vision to my satisfaction. The assisting staff were supportive throughout frame-selection, and spot-on as far as delivery times and expectations. These are solid professionals, worth a visit. They're certainly going to be MY choice for future vision needs!

I saw Dr.Lannon she was very informative, answered all my questions, gave me recommendations and helped me understand what the purpose of the eye exam was. I was greeted at the door and was called back in less than 10 minutes, good for being a new patient. So I gave 4 stars because being new to glasses because unfortunately I needed them, I was overwhelmed with options of frames and felt like I didn’t have much time to really review options but not only that, the dr had just put dilation eye drops so my vision was so blurry. I love the frames I choose but still felt like I could have had more time to look, then once choosing frames, due to my blurry vision I couldn’t really focus on the type of options the nice lady was telling me that they do for the frames, some sort of tint enhancement or something. Luckily my insurance covered for my frames but with the added amenities, it cost me close to 300$ which I could have denied the extra costs but I decided why not if I was going to use them for driving most of the time anyway. So it wasn’t a big deal to me since I had it covered but it just would have been nice to have had clear vision to choose my glasses.

Upon entering VisionFirst I was treated very nicely. Had my exam and they even took my flying glasses and made sun glass lenses to fit. I had an accident where I had bent the frames of my glasses badly. VisionFirst fixed the problem with no charge. Quick and courteous. I will go back to VisionFirst for my next glasses. Great people!!

I can honestly say that the Dr.s and the staff at the Dixie location are very friendly and make you feel special. But beware of the billing dept., they have the tendency to charge you and tell you that it's what the insurance company didn't pay, when actually, they never billed the insurance company to start with. And yes, I know this for a fact.

Exam: Seen Dr. Moix, very professional examination along with assistance staff. Overall top notch experience. Frames/lenses: this place is NOT cheap (you pay for the fancy shop) however, opticians are awesome, prescription (didn't have to mention FTC law) AND pupillary distance numbers (via Pupillometer) provided without hesitation or politics. I did make a purchase from these eyecare professionals despite the sticker shock. I just hope it was clear decision.

Really thorough, careful exam. Very professional. We saw Romina Huston, and were very impressed. My husband and I both opted for the detailed picture of our eye rather than dilation. Makes it so much easier to go right back to work. We will be going back.
