Very organized very good customer service and the eye doctor is wonderful. They get people in and out easy but not rushing you either. The girls at the desk are very informative and helpful and you can tell they like their job and they're good at it. Dr Todd has been there for 31 years he must be doing something right and he is. Very nice and confident man who knows what he's talking about. I'm glad I found this place they are going to be my new eye doctor facility.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Kind staff and the eye doctor really took his time explaining everything to me bc I was thinking about getting my laziks tweaked and I really just came in for an eye exam for that. He gave me a contact and solution to try if I just want to have one eye done so I don't have to get reading glasses. He didn't have to do that. Great doctor. I will be going back for my yearly exam. I'll be setting up an aptn for my husband soon.

Best eye exam & Dr. I've ever been to. Dr. Lewis is very personable allows you to talk about eye problem. He gives advice no pressure. They have the best economical package to purchase glasses. I actually purchased my bifocal glasses from them & did not have to shop around for better price and they should be in, in about a week. The ladies in office are very nice & personable as well & advise on what to purchase or not to purchase . I am quite happy with my visit!

Great friendly staff, Dr. Lewis is thorough with his exam and communicates well. Best thing about em is you make an appointment, arrive on time and you are in and out in 30 minutes and majority of that time was deciding on which frames to get. They have a good variety of frames to choose from in a wide range of styles. They will take the time to keep you seeing clearly and they have the right frames to keep you in style😎.

I've used Dr. Lewis for 25 years, and I've never needed or wanted another eye doctor. I don't even live close anymore and I'll go out of my way for an appointment. Not to mention the glasses experts are magicians with getting the right fit. Can't recommend this place enough!

5 starts isn't enough for how amazing this place is. I was looking for an eye doctor for my daughter's eye exam for school and I was reading reviews of different places and most weren't great. Then I came across iroquois eye care and saw the good reviews and thought I would give this place a shot. Man I was not disappointed, Dr.Todd Lewis was amazing. He is very good with kids, he never gets impatient. He made my daughter feel very comfortable, sometimes she gets shy when asked questions. The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Always friendly and they are right on the money getting me in on or before my appointment time. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Very thorough with the exam and I love the little machine that tests for glaucoma. No more big puff of air in my eye!

Dr. Todd Lewis was professional and kind. He was efficient, yet thorough. He answered all the questions I asked of him. Thus, I highly recommend going to his office. I will give five stars to the doctor personally. I would rate the customer service a 3. I will not take that away from the doctor, for this is his office and I want him to get as much business as possible. However, one of the staff members was rude to me during my visit regarding my insurance. Perhaps, she was just having a bad morning, but the way she spoke to me was condescending. Furthermore, when I came back to retrieve my contacts the following week, she was not friendly at all. She was short with me: asked for my last name and handed the contacts to me. No salutations whatsoever as I was leaving.

I felt like I knew what I was ordering and thr relative costs before I even got my receipt, which is rare in the medical field these days. Another important resource they offer in our very diverse neighborhood is sign up for interpreters at the front desk for ELL patients. It's just one more way they show they are here to serve the community where they are doing business.
