Momma MeredithDr. Camp is okay. He has a high turnover in his office and sometimes his staff is not very good. His glasses are overpriced so even though I’ve used him for years, I go elsewhere for my glasses. But I will no longer be using him after today. I had an appointment at 3, arrived 10 minutes early. At 310, someone else walks in and when Dr. Camp finishes his previous appointment, he calls them back first even though me and the kids are already in the “checked-in” back area. He knows we’re there because he says “This will only take a minute.” I have a high schooler to pick up so after 15 minutes (30 minutes after appointment time and 40 minutes since I showed up), I ask the front staff what was going on. Rudely, she said, “We doublebook.” I asked why when they’re not very busy would they not just tell me what time they want me to come. She was very sarcastic and salty. There’s too many other places to go for bad office staff and booking policies.
