I took my daughter to her first eye doctor appointment and they did so well with trying to make her feel comfortable and didn't force her to do anything she didn't want to do. They explained to her the whole process on how they were going to check her eyes down to her getting to pick the glasses she wants. It was an amazing experience and they do give referral credit when you bring people in! I highly recommend Dr. YESnick and his team! They're amazing and they will definitely assist you in any way possible. They are busy and it can get chaotic but be patient with them because they try to tend to you as soon as you walk through their doors! :)

Absolutely adore this office! The entire staff treats you like family from the time you walk through the door for the first time. They walk you through the entire process explaining along the way and offering options to fit your lifestyle. They're happy to help you find what works best for you and your budget. The process of getting replacements for children breaking their glasses was as easy as a phone call. (Even if it's not the first time that year 🙄)

His staff is excellent too, everyone from front office staff and techs to eyeglass fitters are very knowledgeable and take their time to make sure your new glasses fit right and are right for you.

Dr. Yesnick is highly regarded in his profession and goes the extra mile to accommodate his patients. His wife, Sandy is trained in low light vision with state of the art diagnostics for treatment in this area. This team of dynamic staff will be my only choice for future eye care.

They took me straight in for my appointment (no waiting). I saw the doctor's assistant. She ran a series of tests then she put me in a room and the doctor came right in. He discussed the series of tests with me. He checked my eyes thoroughly explained what he was checking and what it meant. He ran a test for diabetes on me . He thoroughly explained the results. Then I picked out frames from an array of frames that they had reasonably priced under my insurance. The entire process was pleasant.

My husband and I drove from Laughlin for this appointment and we were not disappointed. This was our first visit to YESnick Vision Center. From the moment we walked in we found a very professional office with incredibly nice and polite employees. I was seen by Dr. Yesnick for the medical exam. He was thorough and answered all my questions completely in terms I could understand. I then saw Jennifer regarding scleral contact lenses. She was very friendly and knowledgable, providing me many options to obtain my lenses. My eyes have always presented a difficult challenge for fitting do to previous eye surgeries in the past. Jennifer was able to solve this challenge and help me move forward with my new scleral lenses. My husband was in the waiting area during my exam. This place is outstanding. Dr. Yesnick himself is exceptional. My 6 yr old daughter won't let ANYONE come near her. He was able to get her to do a full eye exam within minutes! He's has such an awesome presence about him as well. The entire staff are very welcoming and attend to you quickly! My daughter and I were both done with our exams and picked out our glasses within an hour and a half. Pretty good if you ask me! I would recommend this place to everyone! Also they accept medicaid and they aren't all "judgy" about it either. They make you feel just as important as the next patient. :) 5 stars!!

This was my second and last visit to Yesnick Vision Center. The staff was pleasant but I was completely disappointed with the doctor. He was rude and condescending. I was in for an eye exam and mentioned I was concerned about my vision and dry eyes, as my prescription had run out. He asked about my symptoms and as I was explaining them, he would stop me and make rude comments. When I mentioned the increased dryness, he brushed it off reminding me that we live in a dry climate and everyone has dry eyes. When he asked if I used any eye drops, I told him what I was using and how often. The OTC drops don’t help for long and I have to use them constantly throughout the day, which is not always easy to do at work. He refused to renew my prescription stating it was too expensive and I could treat my dry eyes with OTC remedies. Any concerns were casually dismissed. The attitude and rush to get me out was a complete change from my first visit. The optical staff and reception staff were friendly and thorough, but I will not be back.

I have been using Yesnick for 5 years and never had a problem even when I stepped on my glasses and destroyed them I went in to order new glasses and found out they come with a year warranty and were fixed with new frames right then for $25 I don’t think I could find such friendly service anywhere else. They didn’t do anything technically wrong, but this is not the same place I picked a few years ago. I picked them in part because of their retinal imaging machine. Something I was willing to pay extra to get. This time, no imaging and no discussion as to why. I had been trying to get this appointment for some time, but my travel schedule made it difficult over the last year. This is not their fault as it seems that there are a lot of people that jive well with the staff and doctor. Unfortunately, that is not me. My communication with them seemed strained and, as soon as they learned I was considering buying my glasses online, they pretty much shutdown. No discussion as to why buying from them is better. The next day I realized they had not provided my PD. I went back to discuss this as I don’t have vision insurance and paid cash about 60% more than other establishments for an eye exam. When I arrived, they recognized me and were very nice…until I asked for my PD. Then one person’s demeanor changed as she informed me that this is an extra fee of $10. This was the same person that the day before told the receptionist to take a message from the person on the phone because “she already knew what the person wanted and didn’t want to talk at the time”. The receptionist took the message and then I heard the receptionist say “she said you would know what it was regarding and please call her back today because you said you would call her back yesterday” At that point, I declined the extra fee for my PD and wished them a good day. I went down the road to a competitor with the intent to pay them for my PD. When I asked how much, they told me they do it for free. The person then had a discussion with me about the reasons to buy in-person as opposed to online so we picked out a frame that we both liked. In short, Dr. Yesnick and most of his staff did nothing wrong. The exam was performed in a reasonable amount of time. I just didn’t seem to gel with them.

I met a great staff Jennifer Brusven today on my appointment. I was late for my appointment because I forgot to bring my glasses with me and had to run back to my place to get it. They changed my appointment accordingly and when I was finally in the office Jennifer met me with great smile and said not to worry and I came a perfect time. She made me feel totally relaxed right away ! She is very warm, sweet, and very professional and has a great customer service experience. She makes me feel very special and treats me with special attention. I told her she is the reason I love this country as I feel at home the way she treated me. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Yesnick for over 13 years and would never see another eye doctor. He is beyond professional. He is, without a doubt, the best optometrist I've ever met. He managed so well with our son who was having difficulty with his exam a few years back and was able to get a prescription for him in minutes. Every time we visit, we are treated like Royalty. The skill, kindness, and absolute professionalism of his staff is also stellar! We are moving out of state soon but will absolutely be flying back every year or so to see Dr. Yesnick for our vision needs, rather than trying to find another provider. This is not a quick shuffle through glasses mill. Expect to be treated to world class service with premium brands of frames and lenses. There is a good selection of standard brand (covered by most insurance) frames but this office specializes in their amazing selection of name brands that we LOVE. Ray Ban, Michael Kours, Penguin, Candies, Barton Perreira are some of our favorites. Most recently we got glasses, sun glasses, and color contacts and couldn't be more happy and satisfied with the whole process. Contacts were ready within a day or two and glasses were a little over a week. They are very busy so don't expect super fast turnaround but that is a small price to pay for service. Yesnick is worth every penny we spend and then some, we LOVE them!

To begin with I had Josie she’s exceptional, I moved from Vegas in Jan 2020 and made me feel right at home when order my frames the first time so I was excited I went back to her and she did the same thing the second time, just extraordinary customer service and knowledge. Then I had Jennifer, she’s an experienced expert in her field. I had to get prisms in my lenses and at the beginning I couldn’t take it, my head was hurting it was very hard for to get use to. So I called, Jen told me to come in and she would give me all the information on how to reduce those issues. She explained everything, went back to make sure that everything was aligned. This is my first time going to eye doctors under insurance policy for annual eye-exam and I have to say it: it is one of my best experiences so far. YESnick is fantastic. As soon as I walked in ( with appointment) I was greeted right away with friendly receptionist and taken to have my eyes screened, then to the doctor, Amy, with zero wait time; everything was very professional. Amy was a super nice and friendly lady, who examined my nearsightedness thoroughly to see if my prescription has changed over time. She was also the one who’s in charge of my mother and brothers’ eye exam and had no hesitation to answer any question or concern that we had. Amy made it super easy for my mother, who speaks no English at all since she’s very patience and kind. After eye-exam, we were assisted by Josie to choose our right frame and lenses. She was super helpful and kindhearted as she waited for us teenagers to browse for a right pair of glasses for forever with no complaint at all. Overall, I had a super nice experience at YESnick and cannot wait to come back next year for my annual eye check :) Thank you Dr. Amy and all the staffs, you guys are awesome!

I am always impressed by the doctors and staff. I got invited to a special fitting for a new type of contact lens and the fitter was from the lens manufacturer. How cool is that? Not often you get that kind of access and that kind of care. It gave me the chance to ask questions right to the source and share my concerns as well. I highly recommend this optometrist! I had something wrong with my eye and needed to be seen ASAP. They not only worked me into their schedule, but they made sure I was seen promptly. My case was somewhat trivial. Two optometrists looked at my eye and made sure they had chosen the best course of action for me to get better. Both doctors we extremely nice and personable. They treated me like I had been a patient for years and not just someone to make money off of! I truly appreciate their kindness and helping me figure out what was going on. I came all the way from New York to Vegas. I had lasik surgery back in New York. As soon as I came to Vegas my left eye became so dry and irritated, I was in pain and my eye began to swell up. From making the appointment, to signing in, to the initial exam, then the help with choosing frames made me feel at ease and I knew I was in competent hands. I came to YESnick for a consultation on the Enchroma glasses for my color deficiency. I really appreciated the time the staff took to explain how the glasses worked and what to expect when I tried them on. As a color deficient female, I was a bit skeptical at first about how the glasses worked and if the consultation was worthwhile. If you are interested in trying the Enchromas, I would highly recommend going to Jennifer at Yesnick to try them on versus buying them on the internet. She is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the fitting process and was willing to patiently work with me. By trying the glasses, I gained a new depth perception by being able to detect colors I was previously unable to see. By going to Yesnick, I was tested for what type of color blindness I was,and which filter to use. It was totally worth it!

I went to see Dr. Yesnick recently and had a great experience. The wait time was brief, the technician Jaime, was awesome, and Dr. Yesnick was the best Optometrist that I have been to. I was very comfortable from start to finish. I used a Groupon that gave me a huge discount on the eye exam, which was also the most comprehensive exam I have ever received. I think the prices were fine on the contacts, although I'm not a big connoisseur of contact lens prices. I would recommend Dr. Yesnick to anyone.

In fact, if they don't have the frame, if you give them the frame number they will order it. Also, my son had a sty that needed surgery that fell under medical care. Since I have Medicaid, the offices that usually take my insurance are not very welcoming. This was absolutely not the case at Yesnick! As soon as I stepped in, I felt like I was at home. Rhonda made me feel like I was a celebrity. I have low blood sugar and sweat a lot, and Rhonda noticed and asked if I was ok. I told her that I was fine and explained it was my blood sugar, she then took it upon herself to get me a fan, a cold cup of water, a granola bar and crackers. As if I wasn't problematic enough, I started to choke on the granola bar. Rhonda literally ran over to me and pulled my arms up. She absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I had a great expirience and I have never expirenced this at a vision center, I will not be going anywhere but Yesnick for all of my eye needs! This was my first time seeing dr. Amy so I informed her of my eye problems and she was able to see that one eye was 20/40 and the other is 20/80..i also have a bad case of dry eye but she gave me a free sample n it works great!! .. After the exam there was still eye strain in the weaker eye until she made the lenses 20/40 in both and i could Finally see with no strain for the first time in forever!! Then josie helped me with my new frames and was very nice we had a nice conversation while she finished up the order. She even advised me that my daughter should have an eye exam before she starts school and im so glad she brought that up in case lily has eye problems! Right away she got lily an appt for Tuesday! Everyone is very friendly and its a comfortable environment ! This is why ive been coming here since 2016!
