A wonderful group of fine people that makes every experience feel so personal. So glad I decided to stop in and look around. I ended up scheduling an appointment for a full exam for both glasses and contacts! I was not disappointed at all as I was given so much useful information and felt like I was their most important customer. The prices were reasonable, they accepted my insurance and my contacts and frames were ready as expected and on time! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Optic Gallery has earned customers for life! Dee is enthusiastic and she’s excellent at making recommendations. She picked my husband’s glasses on the first try. He has NEVER chosen glasses in under 10 minutes. The first words out of my his mouth after looking at his dashboard through new lenses was, Wow!” This is the best he’s seems in over 20 years and the first time wearing glasses where he didn’t ask if there was more than this. He wonders what he’s been missing up til now. Dee helped me pick some stylish glasses in the red family. Colors are brighter, and I can read better. I will actually keep these on my face because they help me see!

Love Dr. Suh! My daughter was born with a cataract in her left eye and now has a lens implant. So her exams are a little tricky having a progressive in one eye and single vision in the other. She really is a talented doctor. Dr.Suh has been helping my daughter with best vision possible for last 3 years with no rechecks. I highly recommend her. It also helps to have a great team(staff). Technicians we’re knowledgeable. Also if they didn’t know the answer they knew how to find out. Which is huge in my book.

Dr Suh is really a great optometrist including the rest of the team at her office. She takes the time to work with you and to ensure your prescription is right. I made the the regrettable mistake to try another dr closer to my residence and ended up going back to Dr Suh. My family and I will make that drive across the valley to have our eyes checked from now on.

Came in to find some Michael Kors frames, and you guys had some beautiful choices . I picked the rose gold ones, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I got to take them home . 7/2022 update. Just a quick update to once again say how great doctor Dr Suh is. We t in for my annual exam utterly terrified of what the results might be for fear of losing my driver's license. As usual she and all the staff were extremely understanding of my panic very very kind and considerate and the doctor took a tremendous amount of time with me calming me down alleviating my fears going over all possible scenarios. She and her husband who is also an eye doctor also discussed me and my case and thought out any other possible scenarios they could think of to help me in the future if needed. Doctor Suh is a wonderful eye doctor. I am a very panicky person and she was extremely patient and understanding and gentle with me. I have very poor vision and cataracts and she took me through the entire process step-by-step explained everything in as much detail as I needed and also made sure that I was aware of things that would be happening in the future so they wouldn't come as a big shock to me. No matter how upset I got or how many questions I asked she was always patient and gentle and optimistic and gave me all my options. All the office staff here is also very nice and patient with me. Jackie and Lisette went out of their way to take as much time with me as necessary to pick out new glasses that would be the best for my vision and for my looks.

This office is a breathe of fresh air, it is filled with the most incredible staff I have ever experienced in any medical clinic in my entire life. Dr. E spent so much time on my eye exam, he was so extremely thorough. He explained every single thing to me in great detail and he continually asked if I had any questions. Dr. E made sure to make eye contact with me the whole time he was on the computer just to make sure I felt heard. Dr. E did numerous different things and really took his time to make sure I was getting the absolute perfect prescription. I love him and all of his staff! His employee Dee was the sweetest girl, she was so professional and created a happy calm and comfortable environment. She went out of her way to place a special order for me and was kind and cool the whole time. This office is an incredible place, I can not even articulate how amazing they are I just love them!!! If you live in Vegas go here, it is worth the drive and you will not regret it!!!

During this appointment, I had both of my children, in which one had never visited the eye doctor before, so he was a bit nervous. However, by the end of the visit, he was very happy and excited about his new pair of eye glasses. I was debating on changing my appointment, so I could come alone, but while I was completing my eye exam, they were very helpful with assisting my two children with picking out eye glasses. Especially with my younger child, I wasn't certain what size glasses to get for him, so I loved having their experts help me. They were able to explain what would technically be too large for their faces, what would slip off their faces too easily, and tips on colors. The entire office makes the visit stress free!

I usually do not write reviews, however, I am so impressed by Optic Gallery utmost care for their patients, that I believe it is only fare to let the public know that this is a MUST go place! I called late Wednesday afternoon with some severe discomfort in my eyes, and the staff was able to squeeze me in the next morning. Although my insurance had closed its doors by the time I made my appointment, by the time I arrived the next morning, they already had cleared my insurance coverage and assured me that the visit was covered by my insurance! During my visit, I was treated with respect and so much personal care! Dr. Suh explained the cause of the irritation in my eyes in details and in a way that I can understand fully what is occurring with my eyes. She further gave me all possible options that could help me improve, and together we choose the one that best suited my needs and finances. She spend at least an hour with me exploring options, ensuring my insurance covers my treatment and I was happy with the end result. I could not recommend this place enough!

I have been to several Optic Galleries in the valley because of their eyeglass selection, but this location is now the only one I go to because the doctors are awesome! Both are incredibly knowledgeable (they know without having to look up my uncommon current medication that it can affect my eyes) and they will spend the time necessary to ensure my prescription is just right. The office staff is wonderful as well and the opticians help me choose the perfect pair of glasses every time. I highly recommend them!

Finding a new eye doctor after switching insurance can be quite the headache. From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients, I knew this was going to be a good place. What I didn't realize is just how great of a place it would be. Kelly was such a breath of fresh air! She was friendly and helpful with my check in. She handled my initial eye screening and was professional, clean (COVID time), and energetic. Once I was settled in the exam room, Dr. Richard came in with the same positive energy. His exam was thorough. He asked questions and took the time to listen. He was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. I felt comfortable and relaxed as he explained what each test/image was checking. My contact fitting went very well. There was no rush to buy anything, and he sent me home with a trial box to test out for a couple weeks to ensure they felt comfortable. My checkout was handled by D. She was amazing and took the time to explain what was covered by my insurance. Optic Gallery has made a new patient, and I will be recommending them 100% of the time. All of the employees are following the State's mandate for Covid 19 response and they are making sure the public follows it too. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Went through the different exams and then came in the doc. She was great!!! Did a more thorough eye exam, explained everything she did and even went over the results of the optic nerve test and showed me the results. It's a shame I waited so long for glasses. I wish I would have found them 4 years ago. Overall, I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to family and friends!

Dr. Suh and Dr. Eusebio are both very kind and I definitely recommend them to my families and friends! My 5 year old daughter was so scared and didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Eusebio explained everything he was about to do on each machine and tried to make it fun! Having a young daughter himself, he started talking and asking about TV shows and characters to calm her down. I really appreciated that! Dr. Suh helped pick out cute purple and pink glasses for her too, her two favorite colors! As for me, I would still be wearing hard rigid contacts if it wasn't for Dr. Suh who finally got me to switch to daily soft contacts! I don't like change and thought it would be difficult for me to get used to, but I'm so glad I made switch. I don't get as much or if any irritation or sun sensitivity anymore, and they don't shift or get stuck like the hard ones. Dr. Suh even noticed something in my eye that may need professional monitoring and referred me to a specialist. They both really seem to care and take the time to see their patients. The staff is pretty great and very professional too. They keep the place very presentable, clean, and do holiday decor and contest, like vote for your favorite decorated pumpkin from the staff.

Last year I decided not to wear contacts for a whole year, deciding to use my glasses. Giving my eyes a rest after years of wearing contacts. Well our eye exams were due but we are in the middle of a pandemic. It’s okay I thought then my glasses broke in the middle split into two, well I have my old pair - forget it - it broke in half too.What was I going to do. I cannot see worth anything without. We called and Dr. Eusebio and Dr. Suh two of the nicest and kindest Optometrists you could get. My family was able to get appointments- practicing social distancing on a Saturday. They were efficient, very accommodating, nice and very helpful and very grateful. I thought I am the one who needs to be grateful for all their help. So if you need contacts or glasses - call them and get an appointment, you will not regret. They have a fine selection of frames and contacts. Everybody here was so great-i really felt like I could ask any question or spend as much time with the doc as I needed. They were so kind and gave me great advice and helped me picked out a wonderful pair of frames. My favorite person was Lizbeth (sorry if I'm slightly off on her name but wears a Harry Potter ring) but she gave me great advice while helping me pick my frames and was really awesome- super easy to talk to and definitely made my experience the best! I can't imagine going elsewhere after such a great and warm experience !

I’m giving it 4 stars because of a possible unusual circumstances that caused my appointment to last longer than it should have. I waited 30 min inside the room after my eyes had been examined by the tech. No one checked on me or told me the wait might be longer than expected. I finally opened the door to look for someone to reschedule my appt and at the same time, the doctor was on her way to see me. She apologized for the wait; she said it’s normally not that long of a wait but she was dealing with a “difficult” patient that required her attention. She left said patient to tend to me but she said she would have to go back and finish seeing that patient, again. She seemed frustrated. Anyway, she did my exam and gave me a 10% off for the inconvenience. I’ll give them another chance and come back one more time. Hopefully the wait won’t be long. My appt was 10:30. I left at 12:15p. It was for a yearly eye exam. No dilation.
