I was in the area on vacation and accidentally left my contacts at home. Thankfully, the staff at inVista was quick to assist!! They were able to provide me 2 pairs of contacts to get through the weekend stress free. Staff was very friendly! Side note: the lobby is adorable!

I'm visiting from out of town and forgot to bring my contacts with me from Florida. First and foremost, they are open on Saturdays, which was the only place I found that was, and they have superior customer service. I needed some contacts to get me through the weekend, and they were extremely helpful in ensuring that I had everything I needed.

Great office and very welcoming staff. Dr. Janke is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She also was extremely willing to help me and went out of her way to do so when I had a visitor in town who needed her assistant with his contacts. I really appreciated her willingness to help and will continue to go to this office for my eye care needs for as long as I live here! Also is always punctual and great flexibility in scheduling with me given my busy work schedule. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a new eye doctor, and passed by this place 1000’s of times. Finally decided to call them up and make an appointment. THIS IS NOT your average optometrist. Staff was so friendly and it was an easy check-in process. They described every process and the doctor was very clear, listened to my questions, and gave easy to follow instructions. Shopping for glasses is always a process especially when indecisive like myself. The staff helped with all the questions and were happy to listen to what I wanted and helped make recommendations. Ended my appointment with a new pair of glasses and even scheduled an appointment for a year later.

This was my first time coming to inVista to purchase new glasses. Staff are friendly, patient, and willing to make sure everything is perfect. The selection of frames is unique and very different from national chains such as Lenscrafters, but there are many beautiful options. The handwritten thank you note I received when I picked up my glasses tells me that this is a business that cares and is willing to work extra hard. Highly recommended.

This place is great! I moved to Indy recently and had to find an eye doctor. I have had nothing but good experiences here! The staff is kind and diligent. The location is fantastic, and the office is aesthetically pleasing. There are a lot of glasses to choose from! Highly recommend!

I received some fantastic service from the team at inVista Optical. I can highly recommend them! Their service is very professional and courteous as well as having some very up-to-date eye examination equipment. I did not feel rushed through my eye exam and Dr. Jahnke asked if I had any questions or concerns at multiple points. Their location is very convenient to walk to as well. One other thing I really like about them is they're not part of a large corporate chain - they're a local, one location business. That alone made me want to choose them over the other options downtown, but also their service did not disappoint. You'll be in great hands here for all of your eye needs.

Dr. Jahnke and her staff are great! I always try to write a review when I interact with a business that goes above and beyond -- and they definitely do! Starting with the atmosphere - it is really comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Not to mention the location is great if you live in Mass Ave / Chatham Arch / Lockerbie / Downtown. My interaction with Brooke was great and she is very friendly - she gathered my family history and made everything super easy. Although my appointment was not for glasses, I did notice their selection. Very cute frames and a lot to choose from. I would like to return for a pair of glasses. My appointment was for a cut on my eye - Dr. Jahnke was so incredibly gentle with the "minor procedure" she had to do, and I feel a lot better already. I highly recommend them!

Great atmosphere and awesome decor (definitely not a stuffy office). But most importantly, they were so kind and answered every single question I had. I never once felt I was rushed through. They even went line-by-line on what I was going to be charged so there weren't any surprise costs after the exam. They are super knowledgeable and really on their game here. Highly recommend. **Only gave them four stars because they will not measure or give you your PD (pupillary distance) unless you order glasses specifically from them. So if you want to order glasses online (or anywhere else, really), you're out of luck. This is the first place I've ever seen do this.

inVista is by far the best optometry clinic I have ever been to. The staff are extremely helpful and customer focused. The exam equipment they use is state of the art. The frame selection is extensive. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to get glasses. Customer service is outstanding! The doctor is an Ophthalmologist and an Optometrist so all the bases are covered. After buying at places like MyEye Dr. and other retailers feels really good to come to a place like this and get the best care for the best price. No hidden fees not obscure marketing. My wife also got her contacts here and is very happy. We will come back .

Beautiful office and awesome service. I was impressed by how laid-back my visit was and the relaxed nature of the staff. I left understanding more about my vision and feeling like Dr. Jahnke really took the time to help me. It is wonderful to be able to visit a private practice like this at such a great location. I went in for a eye exam for contracts. I didn’t bring my insurance card, but they found my insurance information very quickly. The staffs are very friendly, and they do a follow up after one week to check if everything works. If you need a prescription for glasses as well, you may have to ask them to print one for you.

In a nutshell "Simply Fantastic!" I have been wearing glasses for 40 years, and it took Vista Optical to finally fit me with glasses that actually showed me all I was missing. Young staff, and the latest technology! I can't SEE going anywhere else!
