This is my second trip to this store and I had a great experience! Ms Sonya greeted when I came through the door with a warm smile. After my eye exam, Danielle helped find the perfect pair of glasses for me! Shanise helped me find the best deal possible, she was very nice. I would definitely recommend this location!

6/17/22 I went to get glasses and had an expired prescription. Received new prescription and new glasses. New glasses didn't work, as I couldn't see with them they were making me dizzy and I didn't feel comfortable driving and endangering people. Anyone who wears glasses knows the adjustment/change routine and I was sure that this was not the case and that it was the prescription in the glasses. I returned the glasses to ask for my previous prescription, only to be told by the Pregnant Eye Doctor(I do not know her name and she didn't say it), that I was wrong and just needed to adjust. She refused several times to change the prescription and was adamant that she wasn't going to do anything to help because I just needed to adjust and endanger the lives of others by driving with glasses that didn't work. Ultimately refused to leave with the glasses so the front office worker checked them and found out that the lab had made a mistake when making the glasses which was affecting the prescription. The eye doctor refused to acknowledge me or apologize for basically being a gatekeeper who either thought she knew more than what my own eyes were telling me, or was simply trying to overcompensate for something missing inside. Either way she then threatened me by saying they would go back to my old prescription but that they wouldn't change the glasses/prescription anymore? Lmaoooo as if she's not going to do her job I guess?? I'll stick with America's best but hopefully I never get her again. The front office staff and other doctors were extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Danielle is phenomenal! We learned so much from Danielle and she helped us make a great decision on the lens to best suit my needs. It was a great experience. The location is also great — the customer service is top notch; everyone is friendly and we learned a lot from the doctor during the exam.

One of the quickest and best eye exams and purchasing processes I've ever had. Selection of glasses provided for the deal was larger and more diverse then I expected and staff were very helpful and polite. Absolutely will continue using America's Best for my future eye care needs.

I visited this location and was highly impressed with my service. Customer Service here Rocks! I walked in and was given such a very friendly welcome by Bre. Daisy was also very helpful and friendly as well. The Eye doctor made me experience very pleasant. When I had trouble deciding on a frame, Pam stepped right in and suggested a frame that I instantly loved! Also, Sheneice was very professional and friendly. I got the 2 for 1 with free eye exam. Very polite nice Friendly staff nice environment they have waiting areas but the wait doesn't seem to long besides you can browse while you wait. The eye doctors you see are really cool and professional. Even on my return to get my glasses I got I was greeted with the same friendly people. I will definitely make the hour drive again to come to this location when I decide to get contacts. I am a very satisfied customer thank you Americas best.

I give it a 3 stars because when you done with your eye exam appt you don’t know where to go nobody tells you where to sit .Sales associate BRE is amazing very knowledgeable about glasses and welcomes you soon as you walk through the door Because of her I will continue to come back

I really am impressed by staff members Quentin and Nikki; very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I am going to have to take my eyeglasses back tonight because when donning them, I have a blue outline around every object(google search reveals the term Chromatic Aberration). I am so disappointed, I hope they can be fixed or else I'll have to return them.

Was great until the glasses come in! The glasses were scratched from shipping! Also I got the coating that protects them cause there my 12 year old daughters glasses and the second pair has a scratch on it too! Just frustrated and I have the protection plan to replace them!

Very nice of them to get me in the same day! Damien was very helpful as were all of the workers here. I was in and out in about 30 minutes or so and they were very thorough. Since my insurance covered everything there was no out of pocket expense for me.
