Fantastic facility. Very clean and beautiful. Not one speck of dust anywhere. The doctor was very friendly, polite and answered all of my questions. The staff was super sweet from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I checked out and left the building. The girl who helped me pick out my frames has an incredible amount of patience. I have been to plenty of TSO's and this is the top one. Top notch service, great quality eyewear and decent prices. Thank you for helping me see again.

First, this office works like a well-oil machine. Between the extremely knowledgeable doctors and the friendly staff, the experience is very comfortable. Not only have MY interactions with this office been pleasant, but I have personally observed the staff go above and beyond to help other patients. Also, they have a great communication style via a combo of voice message and text messaging that keeps you updated on what is going on. I made an appointment for today at 11:20am. I got a confirmation stating that the appointment was today at 11:20. When I arrived they said my appointment was for tomorrow but they could get me in at 12:40. I show them the confirmation that I received in my email stating that my appointment was today 1/10/23 at 11:20. The girl just kind of shrugs it off and gives me an unenthusiastic “oh… sorry about that… I don’t know what happened but I have you down for 12:40 now”….meanwhile I had to take off of work because of their mistake . Dr. Shah was great. The front desk staff were pretty cold and not the best with customer service

This is my 2nd time coming to this office. Each time they have been welcoming (even from the 1st phone call). Each of the ladies are very knowledgeable regarding glasses, insurance, glasses add ons. I did not feel like I am being hustled to buy more than I need. They have a large selection of glasses for kids,women,men, sunglasses as well as unisex styles. They are very efficient and have a well run office. I saw Dr. Lo and to say she was amazing would be a severe understatement. She took her time with me, went over each issues or question I hate listed on my intake sheet. Most places don't even acknowledge you made a list of issues. She addressed my issue without me asking. She actually educated me on what issues where and really made sure I understood. This is the best appt. Of any kind I have ever had EVER in my life. My place for life!

Dr. Shah and his team are kind, professional and focused on providing quality patient care. They stay on time, yet I never feel rushed. What I like best is being able to text with the office staff. I'm usually too sick for a phone call so that is a great service! Today at my visit, I appreciated how the Optician was patient with me and told me in advance how each testing unit had been sterilized. Plus, they had an air purifier on the front counter to remove viruses from the air. As an immune compromised patient, I felt safe and was grateful for the extra steps they were taking to keep me healthy. They are still requiring everyone wear masks and I appreciated that too. Thank you, TSO!

The quality of service in which I was greeted with was phenomenal. Not once have I experienced something so great. The receptionist were extremely friendly and respectful, any complications I had was quickly resolved with patience and assurance. The doctor himself seemed extremely knowledgeable and I had no doubt that he was well experienced in his field. I had complete confidence that I was being given the correct diagnosed of eye limitations. The option of frames and payment ability is also phenomenal. I found the perfect match in both in terms of framework and price work. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% come here again.

The clinic was very busy, but that was hardly noticeable in terms of waiting and getting through the appointment. The office moved smoothly. They all you to wait on the car to minimize the account of people in the clinic and when it is your time to go in for your exam/appoibtment they will call to you. Everyone wore a mask, the staff was friendly, and the rooms was cleaned between visitors. Dr.Bui was kind, thorough, & patient.

Cannot day enough great things about the ladies at this TSO office. I have a special needs child, they take their time helping her pick out the perfect frames that make her feel beautiful, they rush her glasses to be complete soonest, and several times when we’ve taken in her glasses that have been bent, stepped on, etc., they handle it right away. Today, I had taken in glasses to be fixed—expecting to get them back in a few days—they called me back in 10 minutes and had located the frames on the shelf and they were ready! They have no idea how much they make our day, and our lives easier. So thrilled to have found this office!

It's so hard to find a practice for kids. Took our 3 kids and I had to get our eyes checked and we LOVE the practice !!! The staff was amazing and made the kids feel very comfortable. Dr. Amit Shah was awesome as the kids gravitated towards him. He took the extra time to explain to the kids the equipment involved in the examinations. The doctors at TSO Katy Ranch were a pleasure to work with. They're quick, yet informative, and personable. There was no rush in all the questions I had. I had a great experience working with them for my first eye exam. Delores helped me pick some glasses, and gave me great advice in picking the style that fit me best. Friendly staff. I'm giving 3 stars because they sent me an email letting me know to come get my glasses and they had their hours on the bottom which were 9 to 6. They sent me the email at 12:30 so I showed up at 1:30 and no one was there they were at lunch. I had to wait with my 2 kids until they returned. Wish they would have put that in the email. Sorta inconvenient to not have your true hours posted.

Ive been going to this TSO since the office opened and there is a reason for that. The staff is wonderful and Dr. A. Shah is wonderful. They take the time to explain everything to you. I have never been rushed or persuaded to do or buy anything I did not want. The whole reason I even went to this office to begin with was because when I tried to make an appt with my eye dr that I had been seeing for many many years, they were gone. The store was closed down! I was terrified. I loved my doctor. But everything happens for a reason. Because of that, I found Dr. Amit Shahs office and I could not be more pleased.
