I haven't checked my eyes in a while and needed to find an office to go to. The scheduling and checking in processes were so easy and simple. My appointment was great. The doctor was very friendly & helpful in explaining things and helping me find a glasses right there in office for me. 10/10 recommend!

I had my follow up on my vision from Dr. Sato to see if changes had occurred from initial diagnosis. Testing was on my peripheral vision. It was probably wasn’t my best results but at senior age level, it could be worse. I’ll take the positives over a worse situation. Staff and service is great as always, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is no problem and been a client of the shop for years. Great operation.

My experience with Dr. Inouye and the team at 808 Eye Care was wonderful. I was having an issue with my eyes and almost went into urgent care. But the front office staff at 808 Eye Care fit me into the schedule due to the urgent nature of my request. Once I was at my appointment Dr. Inouye had my eye condition diagnosed in about 30 minutes. He then sent me home with the proper medicines (both holistic and non holistic) to treat my condition. Once I used the medicine I started feeling immediate relief. Thank you so much to Dr. Inouye and his friendly staff! They really care about their patients.

Appreciate the warm and friendly greetings from staff and doctors as soon as you enter. It’s great that there’s an optician on board now, too, for immediate adjustment needs, etc. Always appreciate Dr. Sato Valoroso’s wisdom and expertise. Sad to hear, however, of the limited days during the week, doctors will be seeing patients.

I had to wait a little longer for doctor to check my eyes for glaucoma. It was so nice to hear that I didn’t need to have eye drops in my eyes. Doctor was very efficient and made my anxiety go away.
