I was greeted by cheerful staff immediately and was directed to a skilled optician to help with an emergency repair to eyeglasses not purchased at the store. The optician immediately tackled the problem. She was pleasant and professional, and with skill and persistence performed a difficult reaper in a few minutes while I waited. This was an excellent future customer experience.

My experience at Warby Parker was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly- even though the store was busy. Dan was more than willing to help me find the perfect frames and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The frames arrived well ahead of the date I was given which is just a cherry on top of the amazing shopping experience I had there. Thank you Dan and Warby Parker!

Amazing customer service. Greeted within a few minutes of walking in despite the place being packed when I came in the other day. Had to get glasses adjusted and the optician was efficient and personable. Would recommend to a friend for sure, especially for the price point compared to that place downstairs from them!┌(・。・)┘♪

I had an AMAZING experience at the Westfarms Mall Warby Parker store! We walked in and were immediately greeted by an associate - she asked what frames I was looking for and instantly recommended a pair. I loved the pair, and the associate was not pushy about me buying them - she also cleaned and tightened my existing glasses that I was wearing. I ordered the glasses to have them sent to my house and will definitely be going back the next time I need a new pair!

I went into this store to help a friend out. I ended up returning my recently purchased Tiffany glasses at LensCrafters. I called my husband and we both got glasses that day. Plus my friend did too. Customer service was amazing. I wish I remember the name of the lady who helped me. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She helped my husband picked glasses that are very stylish that he probably would have never picked on his own (dark greenish/gray). I will for sure return and send customers as their pricing is very affordable.

In less than 30 minutes, we had picked a pair that suited my face shape and made all the necessary measurements. I highly recommend coming to this Warby Parker for your glasses/sunglasses needs!

Came to Warby Parker to take a look at some glasses, when I tell you the level of customer service that I received was so warm and inviting.. Alex and Ashley are just amazing, so patient, informative.. like they really gave good tips on eyeglass care and Ashely picked out a pair of glasses that I wouldn’t have thought twice about and when I tell you they are now in my favorites… I’ll be purchasing them next week .. that will make my 5th pair. I alway had to drive to Boston for my closet Warby Parker. Now I have West Hartford!
